PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make
sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list.
If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt
to assemble the product.
1. Guide the power cord through the hole in
the center of the Base(B). Align the base
with the bottom of the heater Body(A). Lower
the Base(B) onto the heater Body(A) while
aligning the pin on the Body(A) with the
oblong slot in the Base(B).

the pin and three hooks, turn the Base(B)
slightly clockwise until the hooks secure
the Base(B).
3. Using a phillips head screwdriver
(not included) install two Screws(C)
to secure the Base(B) to the heater

POWER ICON
Press the POWER ICON to turn the main power to the unit ON or OFF
When the unit is plugged in without any functions running the POWER ICON will glow blue.
When the unit is powered ON the POWER ICON will glow red.
TEMPERATURE ICON
Press the TEMPERATURE ICON to adjust the heater’s temperature .
Press and hold the TEMPERATURE & TIMER ICON for 5 seconds to toggle between 5 °F
(3 °C) increments and 1°F (1 °C) increments when setting the temperature. The unit will beep
to indicate that the change has taken place. The factory default temperature is 5 °F (3 °C)
increments. This feature only works on the control panel not the remote control.
Hold down the TEMPERTURE ICON for 5 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
A small “F” or “C” will display next the temperature. This feature only works on the control panel
not the remote control.
When the heater is powered off the fan will run for additional time to cool the heating elements,
then will turn off.

Press the TEMPERATURE ICON again to scroll up through the pre-set temperature settings:
The thermostat setting range is 65°F (18°C) to 90°F (32°C), HI (High) and OF (Off).

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
TIMER ICON
Press the TIMER BUTTON to set the countdown timer for the unit’s main power.
Note: The timer function requires the main power to be on.
When the timer is activated a small TIMER ICON will appear lit next to the LED readout.
AIRFLOW ICON
Press the AIRFLOW ICON to use the unit as a fan only (without heat).
If the heater is on, pressing the AIRFLOW ICON will turn off the heat.
Press the AIRFLOW ICON to switch between high (F1) and low (F2) settings.
Press the POWER ICON to turn off the fan.
When the fan is running, you can press the HEATER ICON to resume the heat function at the
previous set temperature.
OSCILLATION ICON
Press the OSCILLATION ICON to turn on the oscillation function , press it again to turn it off.
The oscillation function will work with both the heater and the air flow fan only functions. Either
of these functions must be powered on before the oscillation function will work.
The fan body will oscillate 90 degrees.
MEMORY FUNCTION
This unit has a memory function that allows you to turn off the main power and retain the
function settings.
If the unit is powered off by pressing the power button then powered back on, the last
temperature setting will be retained in memory. The heater temperature will be the temperature
of the last power off. If the unit power is disconnected and then powered on (such as the power
cord is unplugged then plugged in), the unit will return to the default temperature of 75°F / 24°C.
When the unit is powered ON the LED readout will show the last temperature setting.
To reset the memory, unplug the unit from the wall.
TIP-OVER SAFETY SWITCH FUNCTION
If the heater is tipped or leaned over (25 to 35 degrees) the unit will immediately power off.
Return the unit to a level position and press the POWER ICON, the unit will return to nomal
function.
Press the TIMER BUTTON to scroll up through the timer settings which are:
30, 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H, OF. (30 means 30 minutes, OF means OFF )
When the timer reaches the last minute the LED readout will automatically activate and show
the remaining time counting down in seconds. When the timer reaches zero it will turn the
main power OFF.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE
Make sure the unit is cool to the touch and all internal parts have cooled off before storing the product.
The remote can be stored in the carrying handle locate at the top of unit on the back side
(See Diagram 2 on page 11).
Try to protect the unit from being tipped or dropped as it can damage the internal parts. If the unit has
been tipped or dropped take caution when using. Do a visual inspection, looking inside the unit for
any broken or loose parts. Gently tip the unit and listen for any loose parts. If all looks good take
caution while plugging the unit into the wall and when starting the unit to look, listen and smell for
anything out of the ordinary. If it sounds strange or smells of burning, immediately power off the unit
and unplug it from the outlet, then contact our customer service.
Make sure the unit is turned OFF, unplugged and the heating elements of heater are cool whenever
you are cleaning the heater.
Make sure the unit is level and secure when using, periodically check the underside of the base to
make sure is clean and level.
When the heater is not in use, the heater should be stored in a dry location, away from possible
damage. The power cord should be stored properly to avoid contact with hot or sharp objects.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
STORAGE
Installing or replacing remote control battery
When the remote control (D) stops operating or its range seems
reduced, it is time to replace the battery. Note: The batteries
should be removed if the product is to be left unused for a long time.

Clean the pre-filter using a vacuum cleaner with a hose attachment. With the unit off and cool to the
touch hold the vacuum hose against the back panel. The vacuum should remove dust and debris from
the mesh screen. For a more robust cleaning you can remove the pre-filter. Press down on the tab at
the top of the filter while tipping the top of filter away from the body (see Diagram 1 on page 11). Then
tip it out and away from the body. Use the vacuum with the hose attachment to clean both sides of the
pre-filter before re-installing it. (see Diagram 1 on page 11).
Note: Do not mix old and new batteries.
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbonzinc), or rechargeable (nicad, nimh, etc) batteries.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from
the product.

with a qualified electrician to check or change the
overheating outlet(s).

The manufacturer warrants that your new heater is free from manufacturing and material
defects for a period of one year from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and
limitations.
Install and operate this heater in accordance with the installation and operating instructions
furnished with the product at all times. Any unauthorized repair, alteration, willful abuse, accident, or
misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was
made through an authorized supplier of the product.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or
workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and
service, after said defect is confirmed by the manufacturer’s inspection.
The manufacturer may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respect to this warranty by
refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s).
Any installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from
defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor
shall the manufacturer assume responsibility for same.

Cet article n’est pas conçu pour une utilisation dans les salles de bains, les salles de lavage et

Pour débrancher cet appareil, mettez les contrôles à la position off, et retirez la fiche de la prise.
Branchez SEULEMENT l’appareil à des prises mises à terre correctement.
Cet appareil, lorsqu’il est installé, doit être mis à terre en conformité avec les normes locales, avec les
normes électriques canadiennes CSA C22.1, ou, si aux États-Unis, suivez les normes locales et les
normes électriques nationales ANSI/NFPA N0.70.
Il y a un limiteur thermostat dans l’article. Lorsque la température interne surchauffe ou qu’un
chauffage anormal survient, le dispositif thermostat protecteur coupe la source d’alimentation pour
prévenir les dommages et les risques d’incendie.
Les appareils de chauffage NE DOIVENT PAS être situés immédiatement sous une prise de courant.

Un circuit 15-amp, 120-volt, 60 Hz avec une prise mise à terre est requise. Préférablement, l’article
devrait être sur un circuit dédié étant donné que les autres appareils sur le même circuit pourraient
déclencher le disjoncteur ou faire sauter le fusible lorsque l’appareil de chauffage est en cours
d’utilisation. L’unité vient avec un fil d’alimentation de 6 pieds, sortant de l’arrière de l’appareil de
chauffage. NE dépassez PAS la capacité de courant de votre prise. Branchez TOUJOURS les
appareils de chauffage directement dans une prise murale/réceptacle. N’utilisez JAMAIS une
extension ou une barre d’alimentation
L’appareil de chauffage est conçu pour du courant 120 volts. Le cordon a une fiche tel qu’affiché
ci-dessous. Voir l’illustration pour les instructions de mise à terre. Un adaptateur, tel qu’affiché en C,
est disponible pour brancher des fiches à trois mèches dans un réceptacle à deux mèches. La
cosse de mise à terre sortant de l’adaptateur doit être branchée à une mise à terre permanente
comme une boîte de prise mise à terre correctement. L’adaptateur ne devrait pas être utilisé si un
réceptacle à trois mèches est disponible.
