Cylinder installation and test
1. Ensure locking system in “unlock” position.
2. Insert cylinder (B direction) with slot “C”
vertical.
3. Slot part of the cylinder should be positioned
on the interior apartment side.
4. Tighten the cylinder screw “A”.
5. Cylinder face should be at least 4 mm inside
from the interior door surface ”D”.
Otherwise, the cylinder is not compatible for
this installation.
Test of cylinder installation
1. Enter a flat screwdriver in slot “c” and rotate one turn
in lock direction. Locking mechanism should be fully
locked when the slot is vertical.
2. Use screwdriver to unlock. Check that in time that slot
is vertical, Lock is in “Unlock” position and bolts are
completely inside the door.
3. Enter mechanical key and rotate the cylinder to lock
position.
4. Extract the key.
5. Verify that key exits easily and the slot should be
about vertically.
6. Make same operation (1 –2) but to unlock.
7. Check (3) is ok and locking bolts are completely inside
the door.

1. Turn carefully the unit and slide the plastic on the cylinder body. Carefully ensure that the
metal arm will enter correctly to the vertical cylinder slot.
2. Keep the unit tight as in picture and mark location of the 4 screws –A,B,C,D.
3. Screw 4 “self drilled” screws (A,B,C,D) or drill holes and use metal screws to tight the unit.
4. Use the manual knob to check if cylinder operate correctly and smooth.

1. Insert plastic part A and calibrate handle center
to be in the center of hole B.
2. Mark location of holes:A,B,C,D,E.
3. If wooden door –drill only E = 10mm
4. IF Steel door :
E=10-12 mm, pass to the exterior side (see
next page)
A,B,C,D = 2.5mm
The best for steel door is to use “self drill
screw”.

A-10 -12 mm hole pass from the opposite
side.
B- 3.5mm hole from shablone for RFID Unit.
C–10mm exact hole for proximity module. On
the same horizontal line with hole A.
