Mo nting the Helm
Drilling the Hole Usi g the mou ti g plate o page 2, use the followi g steps to
make a accurate a d clea cut i to the dash.
1. Tape the template to the dash a d use a ce ter pu ch for
locati g the holes o dash, or photocopy if required to use as
a drilli g template. If a photocopy is required check ALL
MEASUREMENTS as per the template to ensure that the
photocopied template is true and correct.
2. Before drilli g the holes, check that the helm locatio will allow
u restricted moveme t of the steeri g wheel.
3. Drill the 3" diameter ce ter hole a d the four 5/16" diameter
mou ti g holes, positio ed as show .

i gredie ts MUST NOT be used for clea i g a y part of this
Hydraulic Steeri g System. Failure to comply will cause serious
damage to the steeri g system, resulti g i possible loss of
steeri g, causi g property damage, perso al i jury a d/or death .
