Inside the port cockpit locker. **This must be on in order for the engine to start**
Engine Hour Meter
On engine panel. Do not use meter under the chart table.
Fuel Gauge
Aft of engine panel. Power button on engine panel must be pressed in order to read
Ignition/Start
On Engine Control panel
Throttle
Port side, in front of the engine panel; combines direction and speed.
Shifting
● To engage transmission, simultaneously push the trigger button on the
shifter handle and move forward or reverse until it “clicks” into place. To
increase speed, continue to move the lever forward or reverse, watching the
tachometer to ensure speed isn’t too high.
● To disengage transmission, pull the lower part of the shifter out (hub), then
move the lever forward. Pulling the lever back into neutral will pop the hub
back in. Speed can be adjusted when the lever is moved forward or back;
transmission is disengaged as long as the lever does not move into neutral.
Engine Starting
1. Press Power button (do not press and hold in)
2. Wait for the alarm, then press Start. Engine will start up.
Engine can start in neutral.
Engine Stopping
Make sure the shifter is in neutral. Push Stop, then push and hold Power until alarm
stops.

Electrical
AC Electrical
Switches
AC panel is located above the chart table. Main breaker switch is at the top of the
panel.
House Battery Switch
Located under the chart table. Keep the selector on “1,” as the engine battery switch
is separate. Main DC breaker is also under the chart table above the battery selector
switch.
Battery Charging
Charged by either shore power (make sure AC power and battery charger switch are
turned ON) or by running the engine.
Monitoring Batteries
Monitor levels when using DC services while the engine is not running.
Battery voltmeter is next to indicator lights.
Battery System
Indicator lights below the chart table show which batteries are on. Turn off the starter
battery when the engine is not running, including when the boat is docked. Leave the
“combiner” switch off unless it is needed as an emergency start.
DC Electrical Panel
Located on the left half of the electrical panel, with the main breaker underneath the
chart table above the battery selector switch.
Electronics
GPS/Chartplotter
Access through the “Instruments” switch on the DC panel. To Use:
1. Turn on the small unit by chart table and the large unit hanging above the galley
sink.
Depth/Speed/Wind
Instruments
Located on either side of the cockpit. To Use:
1. In main cabin, turn “Instruments” switch on the DC panel to “on”
2. Depth, speed and wind will read automatically.
Sails
Headsail
Genoa that can be furled in to work as a jib. Unfurl slowly on windy days.
Mainsail
Main halyard, first reef, outhaul and boom vang adjustments run to a deck clutch starboard of
the companionway.
Tankage
Water Tanks
Two tanks onboard with a total capacity of 65 gallons (32.5 each)
Tanks are located under each settee in the salon
Fuel Tank
Location: Under aft berth
Fill Cap: aft on the starboard side
Capacity: 21 gallons
Holding Tank
Capacity: 22 gallons
Location: Under v-berth, forward port side
Pump-out Deckfill: Located on port midship; labeled “Waste”. Never pump the tank
overboard.

Head
Operation
Nothing goes in
the bowl that has
not been
consumed first.
Do not flush toilet
paper → put TP
in trash.
Make sure the water intake seacock is open
Head Operation:
1. Move selector switch to wet bowl
2. Pump 3-5 times to allow water into the bowl
3. After use, move the selector switch to “dry bowl” and pump contents until the bowl
is empty.
4. Move the switch back to “wet bowl”, pump again a few times to bring in water, then
change to “dry bowl”, pumping water through until the bowl is empty.

Bilge Pump
Bilge Pump
(Electric)
3-way switch on panel underneath chart table. Hold to “manual” for continuous or “auto”
for intermittent with a float switch. Always leave the switch on “auto” before leaving the
boat.
Bilge Pump
(Manual)
Socket located aft portside in the cockpit. Handle is stowed in the chart table.
To operate:
1. Insert handle into socket
2. Move handle up and down to allow the pump to prime. When the pump is
primed, moving the handle will be harder, but keep pumping as water is moving
through and out the bilge exit thru hull. Pumping will become easier as water
exits the boat.
3. Remove handle and place back in the chart table.
An additional hand pump is located inside the port cockpit locker.
General Notes
Refrigeration
Has an icebox; no electrical system. Icebox drain is under the galley sink.
Stove
Fueled by propane.
Basic Operation (detailed operation located in boat manual):
1. Open gate valve on propane tank
2. Turn on the solenoid switch located on the DC panel labeled “gas valve”.
3. Light the propane lighter holding next to the desired burner.
4. Push the knob in and turn the gas control knob on the stove to light. Once lit, keep
pushing the knob in for 15 seconds to activate the safety sensor.
Shut Down:
1. Turn off the solenoid switch “gas valve” on the panel
2. Once flame is extinguished, turn off knob(s) on stove
3. Turn off the valve on the propane tank. Especially make sure this is closed at the
end of the day.
Galley Sink
Y-valve to both water tanks is located under the cabin sole.
Seacock located in a cabinet under the sink.
See manual for operating water pressure.

Seacock located under sink
Hot Water Heater
AC and engine heat exchange operated. 12 gallon capacity. Make sure tank(s) have water
before operating.
Anchor &
Windlass
2 Anchors: primary in the bow anchor locker, secondary starboard side anchor well.
Primary Anchor: 25 lb. CQR w/ 130’ chain and 140’ line.
Secondary Anchor: Secondary Danforth w/chain in STB deck locker.140’ extra line in
anchor locker for either system.
