ASD‐500 Soap Dispenser Drive Belt Repair





Note: Be sure to
turn the soap
dispenser "off" or
remove the
batteries before
starting the repair.
Tools you will need:
1. Phillips screwdriver
2. Small flat head screwdriver

Place the soap
dispenser on its
back to locate the
4 Phillips head
screws.

Unscrew and
remove the 4
screws.

Use the small flat
head screwdriver
to carefully pry the
base off.

The drive belt has
slipped off of the pulley.

The drive belt is
elastic, stretch it
out enough to put it
back into the
pulley's notch.

There is also a
gasket located in
the base to keep
the dispenser
water resistant.
Make sure you
replace it.

Note: There are 2
different length
screws.

not to overtighten
the screws when
replacing them.
