SUMMARY:
DESCRIPTION
The SF6-36V2 is a sequencer controller for the command and
control of dust-removal equipment.
It can be equipped of the differential or relative pressure measure
(pressure drop).
It is equipped with a T1 time (activation), a T2 time (idle time), a
T3 time (rest time between two cycles), a T4 time which performs a
cleaning cycle if the sequencer has not operated for a set number of
hours, manual running, three input controls (I1: T2A or DP loop
control if no DP card, I2: compressed air, I3: fan or other loop
control), an electrical fault control, possibility to execute a
preselected number of cycles et the fan stop, three relay outputs for
transfer of information, a compressed air control in association with
an external pressure switch.
If the device is equipped of the pressure measure card, it is
equipped with a ∆P 2 thresholds (maxi and mini) for the declogging,
2 ∆P alarms (high and low), a ∆P threshold for accelerated running, a
T2A time (accelerated rest). A 4-20 mA output enables the transfer of
the remote measurement.
The device is parameterisable depending on the use.
All the operating parameters are adjustable through buttons on the
front.
The value of each parameter and that of the pressure is displayed
on a high luminosity LED display.
Comment: this data sheet is drawn up on the basis of a device
equipped with the pressure drop measure and in 36 outputs
configuration. If the device is not equipped with the pressure
drop measure, the functions relating to this are not validated.
The information concerning the device equipped with the
pressure measure are in “grey” in the notice.
Be careful:
The type of the S.V. outputs voltage: either “AC”
alternative, or “DC” direct, is confirmed at the order and
can’t be modified after.
Identically to the power output: either « 25VA/25W » ou
« 45VA/40W »
Refer to the manufacturing plate to know the specifications of the hardware.

11) T1 setting:
Activation time of an output (in 1/100th of second).12) T2 Setting:
Rest time between two outputs (in seconds).
13) T2A Setting: (if presence of the DP measurement sensor)
Accelerated rest time between two outputs (in seconds).
14) T3 Setting:
Rest time between two cycles (in minutes).
0: inactive.
15) Setting T4:
Maximum non-cleaning time (in hours).
0: inactive.
If the sequencer has not performed any cycle for the set number of hours, the cycle in course terminates
(if stopped on image) and a cleaning cycle is performed (the cycle remains controlled by the output I2 (a/c) ).
Comment: the T4 time is initialised at each impulse on an EV.
16) Number of fan stoppage cycles setting:
Define the number of cycles to be carried out at the time of detection of the fan stoppage
0: inactive.
17) Manual running:
The cycle in course terminates and the number of set cycles is carried out without taking account of the
DP order or the input controls I1 and I3.
- Fan stop running:
If the stop of the fan is detected, the cycle in course terminates and the number of cycles parameterised is carried out.
Comment:
- If the re-start of the fan is detected during the execution of the parameterised number of cycles, a classic
operation is started.
- The carrying out of the cycles when the fan is stopped remains controlled by the input I2 (a/c)
The fan stop can be detected in 2 ways (set in the factory): through loss of the input I3 or, if it’s equipped with the
DP, through the disappearance of pressure (as soon as it becomes lower than a value variable from 5 to 20 daPa).
If there is a DP sensor present, the choice of the type of detection of the stop fan is indicated in the
“HIDDEN MENU”.

- Sequencer controller running:
if the device is not equipped with the DP sensor:
Conditions for the cleaning start-up:
oinput I1=1 (closed input) (representative of a DP external loop control)
oinput I2=1 (closed input) (representative of the c/a presence)
oinput I3=1 (closed input) (representative of a fan or other loop control)
If loss of the input I3, the sequencer carries out the number of adjusted cycles on stop fan and stops. If the
number of adjusted cycles is set at 0: the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course according
to the chosen stop mode.
If the device is equipped with the DP sensor:
Conditions for cleaning start-up:
oinput I3=1 (closed input) (representative of the fan operation or of another loop control according
to the detection mode of the stop fan)
oinput I2=1 (closed input) (representative of the c/a presence)
oDP order present (if cycle controlled by DP: « AdP » choice)
-If stop fan detection is through TOR input:
oIf loss of the input I3, the stop fan is established: the sequencer terminates the cycle in course
according to the chosen stop mode, carries out the adjusted number of cycles and stops. If the
adjusted number of cycles is set at 0: the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course
according to the chosen stop mode.
- If stop fan detection is through pressure drop:
oIf loss of input I3, the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course according to the
chosen stop mode.
oIf the stop fan is established: the sequencer terminates the cycle in course according to the chosen
stop mode, carried out the adjusted number of cycles and stops. If the number of adjusted cycles is
set at 0: the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course according to the chosen stop
mode.
- If loss of the DP order (if cycle controlled by DP: « AdP » choice), the cycle stops instantly or terminates the
cycle in course according to the chosen stop mode.
In both cases:
If loss of the input I2 (a/c), the cycle stops at the EV in course whatever the chosen stoppage mode and waits
for the electrovalve to close in order to re-start the cycle where it stopped.
Note: When making alive, a 10 seconds delay prohibits cleaning.

CONTROL / FAULTS DISPLAY
The faults are displayed in visual DP measurement position (alternating with the measurement) or in visual cycle
position. They are displayed in order of priority according to the following list and are coded as below:
1) "CFx" if configuration fault when the device is made live (x represents a code error), verification of the
parameters is then necessary:
- CF0: zero DP
- CF1: DP scale
- CF2: DPMAX threshold
- CF3: DPMIN threshold
- CF4: number of EV
- CF5: T1 time
- CF6: T2 time
- CF7: low DP alarm threshold or high DP alarm threshold
- CF8: T2A time
- CF9: threshold for passing into T2A
- CFA: 4mA value of the 4-20ma output
- CFb: 20mA value of the 4-20ma output
2) "dEF" if electrical fault “output always supplied” (short circuit)
Appears if a current consumption has been detected on one of the outputs whilst it is inactive.
3) "rxx" if fault no climb c/a
xx represents the SV number which has caused the fault.
This control is effective if the "c/a control" option is validated (see "HIDDEN MENU").
This fault appears after a shooting, at the end of T2, if the c/a input is set to 0.
This fault is reseted if the next shooting on this SV is OK.
4) "dAC" if fault c/a general
This fault appears if the c/a input is opened more than 2 seconds outside of a declogging cycle.
This fault is reseted through the closing of the c/a input.
5) "cxx" if fault no c/a consumption
This control is effective if the "c/a controle" option is validated (see "HIDDEN MENU").
xx represents the number of the SV which has caused the fault.
A pressure consumption is considerated as good if the c/a input opens during the SV activation or during
the T2 time that follows it.
If there is no c/a consumption detection three times consecutively on the same SV, this fault appears.
This fault is reseted through a c/a consumption detection on this SV at the next cycle.
6) "dxx" if electrical fault “open circuit” on the output
Appears if no electrical consumption has appeared during the activation of this EV.
xx represents the number of the EV which has generated the fault.
