EVOjack, EVOcrk, OFFjack and OFFcrk are Hydraulic fast on-board rally
jack, designed to be used exclusively in competitions by instructed and skil-
led operators.
IMPORTANT WARNING
EVOjack and EVOcrk have been designed to lift weights up to 600 Kg, OFFjack
and OFFcrk have been designed to lift weights up to 1200 Kg, do not exceed
these weights for any reason.
Before operating the jack, ensure the car is parked on a stable and at surface. Only
lift the car once the hand brake is locked on.
Always ensure maximum safety conditions while executing a wheel change, placing
a support underneath the car body (e.g. one of the wheels), in order to hold the car
in case of fall.
In normal working conditions the jack will tilt of a 15° toward the car while lifting. This
is normal and it is strongly suggested to place the jack on the same angle toward the
opposite direction (as shown in Figure 1 at page 2), so that it will be on a perfectly
vertical position at the end of the motion (see Figure 2).
The lifting pin is free to tilt in its holder, in order to correctly orientate the jack during
the lifting operation: do not stop this rotation, as you may damage the system.
To avoid the top of the jack crashing into the car body, we strongly suggest to apply a
spacer (not supplied) on the inserting pin, to adjust the distance between the jack and
the car’s body. For this purpose, the recess for the elastic ring can be used to stop the
spacer at the correct position.
The support foot of the EVO Corse jacks can hold very heavy weights, however, it
cannot be forced to extreme tilting toward any direction. If the car falls down, the foot
may come off to avoid damages to the whole system. If damaged, replacement may
be necessary.
It is strongly suggested to use this jack together with a large at plank (not supplied)
when lifting the car on mud, snow or gravel. This prevents sinking into soft ground. Be
sure that the jack foot does not slip on the plank
EVOjack is equipped with an aluminium foot: this base gives more lateral stability
when the car is lifted. However, all previous indication are valid for it also. Its lower
surface is shaped in order to give the correct angle when extended, do not modify
it. The aluminium foot can be installed also on EVOcrk (available upon request as
optional part).
Never open the release valve completely, a short twist will be sufficient for releasing
the pressure and lower the car back to the surface. If fully opened, the valve will allow
the uids out and with it also the steel sphere of the valve.
The jack has been successfully tested at low temperatures, do however store it at
room temperature in a dry place.
This jack has been designed to be carried in a rally car and has been tested in the
roughest conditions. Small oil leaks may however happen and should be considered
normal to keep lubricated all gaskets.
AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI
EVOjack e EVOcrk sono studiati per un carico massimo di 600 kg, OFFjack e
OFFcrk sono studiati per un carico massimo di 1200 kg, non eccedere assolu-
tamente questi limiti.
Prima di sollevare la macchina, assicurarsi che il freno a mano sia azionato e che la
macchina sia in posizione stabile.
Operare sempre in sicurezza quando la macchina è sollevata. Posizionare sotto la
macchina stessa un supporto (e.g. una ruota) che possa sostenerla in caso di cedi-
mento o scivolamento.
Durante il funzionamento del cric si verica una rotazione dello stesso di circa 15°
verso la carrozzeria dell’auto. Per evitare scivolamenti, posizionare il cric prima del sol-
levamento con l’inclinazione in senso opposto (come in Figura 1 della pagina succes-
siva), in modo che alla massima escursione il gambo assuma una posizione verticale
(vedi Figura 2).
Il perno di sollevamento è snodato per permettere la corretta orientazione del cric
durante il sollevamento: non impedire questa rotazione per evitare danneggiamenti al
sistema.
Per evitare contatti indesiderati con la carrozzeria dell’auto, si consiglia di posiziona-
re un opportuno distanziale sul perno di sollevamento (non fornito nella confezione),
usando anche l’apposita sede per anello elastico per fermarlo.
Il piedino di appoggio dei cric EVO Corse può sostenere carichi molto elevati, tut-
tavia, presenta un’escursione limitata angolarmente. Nel caso in cui l’auto scivolasse
lungo il senso di marcia, il piedino potrebbe sganciarsi dallo stelo del cric stesso per
evitare danneggiamenti del sistema. Potrebbe essere necessario procedere alla sosti-
tuzione del piedino stesso.
In caso di utilizzo su terreni cedevoli si consiglia di appoggiare il piedino di supporto
del cric su una tavoletta o un altro supporto rigido (non fornito nella confezione) per
permettere un adeguato aumento della supercie di appoggio sul terreno. Assicurarsi
che il piedino non possa scivolare dalla tavoletta stessa.
Il piedino in alluminio di EVOjack garantisce estrema stabilità laterale quando la
macchina è sollevata. In ogni caso valgono tutte le indicazioni precedenti. Il fondo di
questa base è sagomato per dare la corretta inclinazione in estensione: non modicar-
lo. Il piedino in alluminio può essere montato anche su EVOcrk (disponibile su richiesta
come accessorio opzionale).
Non svitare completamente il manettino della valvola, è sufficiente un quarto di giro
per una rapida discesa. Svitare completamente il manettino comporterebbe la fuoriu-
scita dell’olio e della sfera della valvola.
Il cric è stato testato a basse temperature, si consiglia tuttavia di mantenere il cric in
ambiente secco e a temperatura ambiente.
I cric EVO Corse sono stati testati nelle condizioni di utilizzo più severe, tenendo
conto di un’escursione termica notevole e delle sollecitazioni a cui possono essere
sottoposti all’interno dell’abitacolo di un’auto da rally: piccoli tralaggi d’olio sono da
considerarsi normali e utili a mantenere lubricate le guarnizioni.

Insert the lifting pin in one of the car’s body holes, keeping it on a safe distance from
the car body, tilting it 15° opposite the car to prevent the jack crashing into the car body
when releasing it (Figure 1). If using EVOjack, place the aluminium foot in parallel to
the car side (Figure 3).
Once the jack is safely in place with the valve closed, start operating the main handle
to lift the car up. Do not keep pumping after the lift has reached the top position.
Always place one of the two wheels underneath the car body.
Once the new wheel is on, do not lock the wheels nuts using the wrench while the
car is still on the jack. Lower the car before using a wrench.
Open slowly the valve of a quarter twist only.
Extract the jack from the car body and gently close the valve.
Fasten the two moving elements (main handle and pin) to the jack’s body and store
the jack back in the booth, safely locking it in its bracket.
MAINTENANCE AND SUGGESTIONS
This jack does not need any particular maintenance, just keep it clean and store in
a dry ambient. Any oil leak or malfunctioning must be notify to the re-seller. Only the
manufacturer is allowed to operate maintenance.
All nuts are xed with thread-lock products, in order to avoid nut loosening with vibra-
tions: however we suggest to check frequently all nuts are tight.
Do not open the oil reservoir for any reason and/or modify the oil level and/or intro-
duce another oil: damage the jack might be damaged.
 If the reservoir locking nut is slightly loose, do check the lid gasket position and
tight the nut. Only perform this operations when the jack handle is completely lowered.
Air bubbles may occur, if this happens the jack will “pump empty”. Give two strokes
with the pumping rod and then lower the jack with the valve only slightly open. Lock the
valve again and try a lift. This should resolve the inconvenience.
This jack has been successfully tested with temperature as low as -15°C. Lower
temperatures may change the oil viscosity and the jack may result heavier to operate.
Water may inltrate some parts of the jack, keep it always in clean and dry conditions.
Water intrusions may result in ice which could damage the jack.
Users are responsible to check the legality of using this product and installing it on
their racing car to be in compliance with existing technical rules for their category/
championship.
MANUTENZIONE E SUGGERIMENTI
Non è necessaria alcuna manutenzione particolare, se non una corretta e costante
pulizia dello stesso e un posizionamento in ambiente asciutto. Se si dovessero veri-
care delle perdite di olio dovute ad una usura delle guarnizioni di tenuta, si consiglia di
ricorrere all’assistenza per una corretta manutenzione.
Tutte le giunzioni del cric dove siano presenti dei letti sono state bloccate mediante
frenaletti, per evitare allentamenti accidentali a causa delle vibrazioni in auto. Si con-
siglia di vericare con regolarità il ssaggio delle viti principali.
Per nessun motivo aprire il serbatoio dell’olio e/o modicare il livello dell’olio presente
e/o introdurre un altro olio: potrebbero vericarsi dei malfunzionamenti.
In caso di allentamento della vite di chiusura del coperchio, ssarla avendo cura di
controllare l’alloggiamento della guarnizione del tappo. Effettuare questa operazione
con il cric in posizione di riposo, completamente rientrato.
In caso di inltrazione di aria nel circuito, si sente il cric pompare a vuoto. In questo
caso è necessario azionare due volte il manico di pompaggio, aprire lentamente la
valvola e far abbassare il cric completamente. Quindi chiudere la valvola e riprovare il
sollevamento. Questa manovra è sufficiente nella maggior parte dei casi per espellere
l’aria dal circuito.
Il cric è stato testato con successo no a -15°C, a temperature inferiori potrebbero
vericarsi malfunzionamenti dovuti ad un aumento di viscosità dell’olio. Nell’utilizzo po-
trebbero vericarsi inltrazioni di acqua all’interno del gambo che gelando potrebbero
bloccare il cric: si consiglia una accurata pulizia prima di ogni utilizzo.
La verica della possibilità di utilizzo regolamentare del prodotto e la sua installa-
zione in auto, in accordo con i regolamenti tecnici e sportivi della propria categoria/
campionato, sono sempre a carico dell’ utilizzatore.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before starting a race, be sure that all parts work properly and adjust the lifting pin’s
height accordingly to the car ride.
POSITIONING THE JACK IN THE CAR
The jack can be placed in the car booth either in a vertical or in a horizontal position.
Please do verify with your ASN regarding any possible specic regulation. If not pro-
perly locked in place, the jack may become a serious hazard.
IMPORTANT: Adjust the pin’s height before starting the event, operating exclusively
the handle. Do not lock the pin using only the nut, when the handle is closed. Operate
the cam barehanded, without tools.
NOTE: In some units, the handle may be substituted by a screw and a nut.
IMPORTANT: Do not remove the washer inside the slot on the back of the pin hol-
der, as it is intended to limit the compression applied around the jack’s body when the
cam-handle is tighten.
PREPARAZIONE E POSIZIONAMENTO IN AUTO
Il cric può essere posizionato nel bagagliaio dell’auto sia verticalmente che orizzon-
talmente. Vericare la posizione con i regolamenti attuali. Il cric, se non propriamente
ssato, può essere molto pericoloso.
Prima di partire, vericare che il perno di sollevamento sia posizionato alla corretta
altezza. Agire sulla camma per regolare l’altezza.
IMPORTANTE: non ssare il dado opposto alla camma quando questa è chiusa,
agire con la camma aperta a mani nude e fare diversi tentativi no a trovare la corretta
tensione.
NOTA: In alcune versioni la camma può essere stata sostituita da una vite e un dado
autobloccante.
IMPORTANTE: non rimuovere la rondella presente nella fessura presente sul retro
del supporto perno di sollevamento, serve a limitare la compressione sul gambo del
crick, per evitare danneggiamenti dello stesso.
Inlare il perno di sollevamento nel foro sulla scocca dell’auto, mantenendo il cric
a debita distanza dalla carrozzeria, e rispettando un angolo d’inclinazione di almeno
15° in direzione opposta rispetto alla verticale della carrozzeria (Figura 1). Se si sta
utilizzando EVOjack, orientare il piedino in alluminio nella stessa direzione del senso
di marcia dell’auto (Figura 3).
Iniziare a pompare per far salire la macchina, dopo aver accuratamente controllato
che la valvola sia chiusa. Non continuare a pompare dopo il ne-corsa.
Posizionare una ruota o un altro oggetto resistente sotto la macchina mentre
è alzata.
Completare le operazioni ad auto sollevata, senza ssare i dadi con la chiave, far
scendere con attenzione la macchina, aprendo lentamente la valvola. Fissare i dadi
solo dopo la discesa.
Richiudere la valvola senza eccedere nel serraggio, bloccare gli elementi mobili e ri-
porre il cric nella propria sede in macchina assicurandosi che sia correttamente ssato.
ISTRUZIONI D’USO
Prima della partenza, vericare che tutte le parti funzionino correttamente, e che la
posizione del perno di sollevamento sia correttamente impostata in base all’altezza
dell’auto.
