1. Información General
• Manipular el paquete con cuidado. Desembalarlo y comprobar que el con-
tenido coincide con lo indicado en el apartado de la “Lista de embalaje”. Si se
observa algún componente dañado o la ausencia de alguno, avisar rápidamente
al distribuidor.
• No instalar ni utilizar el equipo sin leer, previamente, este manual de instruc-
ciones. Estas instrucciones forman parte inseparable del equipo y deben estar
disponibles a todos sus usuarios.
• Consultar cualquier duda al servicio técnico.
• No utilizar el equipo en atmosferas explosivas, inamables ni corrosivas.
2. Lista de Embalaje
Aviso a los clientes:
El producto se compone de varios componentes y diversos materiales que deben
reciclarse o, en su defecto, depositarse en los sitios correspondientes de elimi-
nación de escombros cuando la vida del producto se ha completado o cuando,
de lo contrario, es necesario desecharlo. Para ello, el usuario nal que adquiere
el producto debe conocer la normativa vigente de cada municipio y / o localidad
en función de los residuos eléctricos y electrónicos. El usuario que adquiere este
producto debe conocer y ser responsable de los posibles efectos de los compo-
nentes sobre el medio ambiente y la salud humana como resultado de la presencia
de sustancias peligrosas. Nunca coloque el producto en un contenedor conven-
cional de alcance ciudadano sin un desmantelamiento previo y conocimiento de
los componentes que incorpora. Si no conoce el procedimiento a seguir, consulte
con el ayuntamiento de la ciudad para obtener más información.

4. Información sobre seguridad
4.4. Mantenimiento
Antes de quitar las tapas del equipo para manipular en su interior, apague la
máquina y desconéctela de la toma de red.
La manipulación de los circuitos electrónicos por personal no autorizado
puede provocar daños de difícil reparación. Consulte al servicio técnico
autorizado.
Para la limpieza de las partes accesibles del equipo, utilice limpiacristales o similar
con un paño suave. No utilizar disolventes agresivos.
Asegúrese de que la máquina esté fría cuando sustituya la cuchilla. Tenga cuidado
con la cuchilla, está muy alada.
5. Descripción del equipo
La selladora de bolsas automática Seal-Com 2 es un equipo especial para sellar
bolsas de polipropileno-poliester con base de papel para esterilizar.
La selladora es un equipo muy necesario y útil para embalar instrumental de
esterilización. Dispone de un control preciso de temperatura, lo cual la convierte
en un equipo de gran rendimiento.
6. Características
Las características principales de la Seal-Com 2 son:
Exterior en acero protegido con esmalte.
Tiempo de calentamiento: 4’, desde temperatura ambiente hasta 180 °C.
Ancho de sellado:12 mm.
Margen de sellado: 0-35 mm ajustable
Regulación electrónica y lectura digital de la temperatura.
Cuando la temperatura de sellado excede el rango de valor establecido de
la temperatura ±4°C , la máquina dejara de funcionar automáticamente.
Sellado continuo. Avance manual o automático.

Las teclas 1 y 3 se utilizarán para congurar los valores. Con la tecla 2 se-
leccionaremos el bit que se ha de ajustar. Establezca las opciones de la tecla
SET según los parámetros:
Ajustes de temperatura
Se ilumina la pantalla de inicio, y se va calentando automáticamente el equipo
a la temperatura inicial establecida. Una vez alcanzada la temperatura, la
selladora ya puede funcionar.
Pulse la tecla SET, las ventanas de dígitos parpadearán. Pulse las teclas 1 o 3
para congurar los números. Pulse la tecla SET para conrmar. Ajuste la tecla
SET una vez completado, el sistema ejecutará el programa de conguración.
7. Instalación y funcionamiento
La temperatura de sellado de las bolsas de esterilización a alta temperatura
es de 180 a 185ºC y la de a baja temperatura es de 120 a 125ºC.
Conecte el equipo a la toma de corriente y enciéndalo. Tendrá que esperar
mientras el dispositivo se está calentando.
Una vez se haya calentado, coloque el papel de la bolsa de esterilización
hacia abajo, de izquierda a derecha.
Verique la calidad del sellado y a continuación, déle la vuelta y comience
de nuevo.
Si la bolsa de esterilización en el terminal derecho se atasca, deténgase
inmediatamente para buscar una solución.
Una vez localizado el problema, apague la alimentación y soluciónelo antes
de continuar funcionando.
8. Solución de problemas
1. Papel:
Si se produce un error al colocar el papel, compruebe el tamaño de las
bolsas, compruebe que se encuentren colocadas correctamente en su lugar,
compruebe que la distancia entre bolsas sea de más de 1.5 segundos antes
y después de la bolsa.
2. Cabezal de impresión:
Si el cabezal de impresión se sobrecalienta, se produce un error. La
temperatura del cabezal de impresión ha excedido la temperatura máxima de
funcionamiento establecida. Cuando el cabezal se enfríe automáticamente,
el dispositivo volverá a funcionar normalmente.

3. El equipo no arranca:
Compruebe si el equipo está conectado y si la fuente de alimentación
es normal; compruebe que el interruptor de encendido; compruebe si el
fusible está dañado. Una vez realizadas estas comprobaciones, reinicie el
dispositivo.
Si aún no puede usar el equipo correctamente, póngase en contacto con el
servicio técnico o el fabricante.

9. Mantenimiento y garantía
9.1. Método seguro de revisión
Apague la fuente de alimentación, y desenchufe el cable de alimentación.
Utilice el destornillador adecuado, extraiga el soporte, verique el daño y
sustituyalo. Después, vuelva a colocar el soporte del fusible.
Advertencia:
● No desmonte el dispositivo si no es un profesional.
● No lo golpee ni tire de él.
● Pongase en contacto con el servicio técnico.
● Los daños causados por el cliente no son responsabiliad del servicio
postventa.
9.2 Garantía
Este producto tiene una garantía de un año desde la fecha de compra. La garantía
no cubre los daños causados por uso indebido o causas ajenas al fabricante.
Cualquier manipulación del equipo por personal no autorizado anula los benecios
de la garantía.
El cliente pagará l os cargos por reparación en los siguientes casos:
1) En caso de exceso del período de garantía del producto, pasado un año
desde la fecha de la factura de compra.
2) Durante el período de garantía, si se producen uno de los siguientes
motivos:
a) Factores de fuerza externos que causen daños y deformaciones del dis-
positivo.
b) Acumulación de polvo, corrosión, moho, daños biológicos y humedad de
líquidos dentro del equipo usado, o que esté almacenado en un mal ambiente;
c) Piezas de la máquina derretidas o enganchadas por un uso indebido;
d) Si se ha utilizado para sellar películas de polietileno, películas de PVC
blando, películas de PVC duro, películas de nailon, películas de polipropileno.
Ninguno de estos materiales se puede sellar.
e) El uso de una fuente de alimentación con conexión a tierra no conable.
f) El voltaje de la red eléctrica está más allá del rango especicado del equipo.
g) Debido a desastres naturales inevitables;
h) La sustitución de piezas no originales producidas por el fabricante.
i) Personal no autorizado para desmontaje, modicación y mantenimiento
de los equipos.

4. Safety information
4.4. Maintenance
Unplug the equipment from the mains before removing the oven’s cover to
handle inside.
The manipulation of the equipment internal electronic circuits by un-
authorized personnel can cause irreparable damage.
Take it to one of J.P.SELECTA’s authorized technical services.
It is recommended to clean the accessible parts of the oven with a soft cloth and
a cleaner, or a similar solution. Do not use aggressive solvents.
Make sure that the machine is cool when replacing the blade. Be careful with
the blade, as it is very sharp.
5. Equipment description
Bag automatic sealing machine Seal-Com 2 is a special equipment to seal plastic
bags of thermoplastic composite packaging material.
The sealing machine is a very necessary and useful equipment to pack instru-
mental. It has a precise temperature control, which makes it a high performance
equipment.
6. Features
Main features of Seal-Com 2 are:

Heating time: 4’, from ambient temperature to 180°C.

Sealing margin: 0-35mm adjustable
Electronic regulation and digital reading of temperature.

Keys 1 and 3 will be used to set the values. With key 2 we will select the bit
to be adjusted. Set the SET key options according to the parameters:
Temperature settings
Start screen lights up, and the equipment automatically heats up to the
initial temperature set. Once the temperature is reached, the sealer can
already work.
Press the SET key, the digit windows will ash. Press 1 or 3 keys to set the
numbers. Press the SET key to conrm. Adjust the SET key once completed,
the system will run the setup program.
7. Installation and operation
Sealing temperature of the high temperature sterilization bags is 180 to 185ºC
and that of the low temperature sterilization bag is 120 to 125ºC.
Connect the equipment to the power outlet and turn it on. You will have to
wait while the device is warming up. Once heated, place the sterilization bag
paper side down, from left to right. Check the quality of the seal, then turn it
over and start again. If the sterilization bag on the right terminal gets stuck,
stop immediately to nd a solution.
Once the problem is located, turn off the power and x it before continuing
to work.
8. Troubleshooting
1. Paper
If there is an error when loading the paper, check the size of the bags,
check that they are correctly placed, check that the distance between bags
is more than 1.5 seconds before and after the bag.
2. Print head
If the printhead overheats, an error occurs. The print head temperature
has exceeded the maximum set operating temperature. When the head
automatically cools, the device will work normally again.
3. The equipment does not boot:
Check if the equipment is connected and if the power supply is normal;
check that the power switch; Check if the fuse is damaged. Once these
checks have been made, restart the device.

9. Maintenance and warranty
9.1 Secure review method
Turn off the power supply, and unplug the power cord. Use the appropriate
screwdriver, remove the bracket, check for damage and replace it. Then replace
the fuse holder.
Warning:
● Do not disassemble the device if you are not a professional.
● Do not hit or pull on it.
● Contact technical support.
● Damage caused by the customer is not the responsibility of the after-sales
service.
9.2 Warranty
This product is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty
does not cover damages caused by an improper use or causes beyond the control
of the manufacturer.
Any manipulation of the equipment by unauthorized personnel cancels the benets
of the guarantee.
The customer will pay the repair charges in the following cases:
1) In case of excess of the guarantee period of the product, after one year from
the date of the purchase invoice.
2) During the warranty period, if one of the following reasons occurs:
a) External force factors that cause damage and deformation of the device.
b) Accumulation of dust, corrosion, mold, biological damage and liquid moisture
inside the used equipment, or that it is stored in a bad environment;
c) Machine parts melted or seized due to improper use;
d) Whether it has been used to seal polyethylene lm, soft PVC lm, hard PVC
lm, nylon lm, polypropylene lm. Neither of these materials can be sealed.
e) Use of an unreliable grounded power supply.
f) The mains voltage is beyond the specied range of the equipment.
g) Due to unavoidable natural disasters;
h) The replacement of non-original parts produced by the manufacturer.
i) Unauthorized personnel for disassembly, modication and maintenance of the
equipment.
