Elprincipiode la limpiezaporultrasonidosconsisteen
lautilización de lasondassonorasde altafrecuencia
(40KHz) que sepropagan mecánicamenteen elinte-
riorde lacuba,produciendo un efectocavitación que
originalaformacióndemillonesdeburbujasmicroscó-
picasdebaja presión que ejercenuna limpieza
molecular.
Laspiezasconpartesdedifícilaccesopuedenlimpiar-
sesinnecesidaddedesmontarlas,yaque elefectode
lacavitación seejerceallídondelasoluciónlimpiadora
penetre.

Ultrasoniccleaners withbasketelevatorandautomatic
drying atthe end ofcycle.
The principle ofultrasoniccleaning consiston the
useofhighfrequencysoundwaves(40Khz)produced
byageneratorthroughatransducer,whichpropagates
themmechanicallyinsidethetank,producinga
cavitationeffectwhichleadstotheformationofmillions
oflowpressuremicroscopicbubbleswhichcarryouta
molecularcleaning.
Partscontaining siteswithcomplexaccescanbe
cleanedwithoutdisassemblybecausethe cavitation
effectreachwhereverthecleaningsolutionpenetrates.

Colocarelaparatosobreunasuperficieplana,horizon-
tal ynivelada,procurandodejarunespaciolibrede10
cm.porlaparteposterioryporloslateralesdel equipo.
Afinde facilitarelembalajeyeltransporteelaparato
sesuministracon eldispositivoelevadoren laparte
inferior(en posición limpieza).Cuando seconectael
bañoalaredeléctricayseaccionael interruptorgene-
raleldispositivosubeautomàticamente.
Colocarelcestilloenel dispositivoelevadoryconectar
aelaparatoalared eléctrica..

INSTALLATION
Placetheapparatusonaflat,horizontal,levelsurface,
tryingtoleaveaspaceatthe back oftheapparatusof
10 cm.
Tomakeeasierpackage and transportthe apparatus
isdelivered withelevatorin lowerposition (cleaning
position).When cleanerisconnected atmainsand
the main switchisswitched on,the elevatorup
automatically.
Put basketon and connectat mains.

*Eltiempo de limpiezade cualquierobjetodepende
deltipo,cantidad ysituacióndelasuciedadquedebe
limpiarse.Enalgunoscasos,cuando sóloexisteun
suciedadsuperficial,éstapuededesprenderseen sólo
pocossegundos.Lasuciedadmásarraigada yelorin
necesitan algunosminutosparasereliminados.
*Despuésdeserutilizado,elbaño,debe simplemen-
telimpiarsecon un trapo mojado,yluego debe se-
carsebien.Durantelalimpiezaelaparatodebeestar
desconectado de lared eléctrica
*Paraunamejorconservaciónymayorduración,acon-

período de limpiezade losobjetos.Sielaparatono

SOLUCIONES LIMPIADORAS:
Entrelassolucioneslimpiadoraspuedemosencontrar
dosgrandesgrupos:lasque tienen porbaseelagua a
laque selemezclaráun compuestodetergente,ylos
otrosdisolventes.Losdetergentesquesemezclancon
elagua pueden sersólidosolíquidos.Elagua esel
medio de limpiezamásutilizado,dado quetiene laca-
pacidad de disolvermuchossólidosinorgánicos.No
puededisolverlasmateriasorgánicastalescomoacei-
tes,grasasyceras;sinembargo,elagua sirvede me-
diodetransporteparaloscompuestosdetergentesque
actuarán sobreestosproductos.
Elagua actúa también comoun mediode dispersión
paralasmateriasorgánicasquenopuededisolverpero
lasmantiene en suspensión.
Enlamayoríade loscasosde limpieza,yespecial-
mentecuandono existengrandesdepósitosdegrasas
oaceites,un detergentelíquido domésticopuede ser
apropiado.
Cuandoel volumenynaturalezadealgunasuciedades
talque lassolucionesacuosasno laatacan enabsolu-
toolohacenmuylentamente(cerasyalgunosaceites
ograsas),setendrán que utilizardisolventesespecífi-
cos.
*Thechemicalcleaningsolutionsemployed mustbe
properwithworktools,materialsandequipment.
*Corrosivesolventsmustbe avoited.
*The timenecessary toclean eachobject depends
on the type,quantityand location ofthe dirttobe
removed. Inthe caseof superficial dirt, onlyafew
secondsmaybenecessary,butinothercases,some
minutesoperationwillbe required.
*Afterusing the cleaner,clean itwithadampcloth
and wipe dry.Disconnectfrommainsbeforeclean-
ing.
*Forgreaterconservationanddurabilityofcleaner,it
isbettertokeep itconnected onlyduring the clean-
ing ofitems.Ifthe cleanermustbe acertain time
withoutoperating,itmustbe keptdisconnected by
mainswitch(7)placedon rearpart.
CLEANINGSOLUTIONS:
Amongcleaningsolutionswecanfindtwo mainkinds:
thosewhichhavewaterasthebasicelementinwhich
adetergentisadded,andothersolvents.The
detergentswhicharemixedwithwatermaybesolidor
liquid.Wateristhe mostuniversal cleaning type,asit
isabletodissolvemanyorganicsubstances.Although
watermaynotdissolvesuchorganicsubstancesas
oil,greaseorwax,butitcan be used tocarry the
cleaning detergentthatacton theseproducts.
Wateralsoactsasenviromentofdispersionfororganic
substanceswhichcannotbedissolvedbutwhichmay
be carried byits.
Mostofcases,and mainlywhen thereareno large
tracesofgreaseoroils,astandarddomesticliquid
detergentmaybeproper.
When volumeand type ofdirtissuchthataqueous
solutionsdonotattackitatallordoitveryslowly(wax,
oilsorgreases),specificsolventshavetobe used.
