2. Einleitung
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Die Befüllstation dient der Befüllung und Spülung und Entlüftung von thermischen Solar-
und Erdwärmesystemen.
Zu dieser Anleitung:
Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung enthält wichtige Informationen zur sicheren und
sachgerechten Bedienung der Befüllstation SOLARFLUSH.
Die Betriebsanleitung richtet sich an Fachhandwerker, die aufgrund ihrer fachlichen
Ausbildung und Erfahrung Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Heizungsanlagen haben. Service-
Tätigkeiten dürfen nur von Personen ausgeführt werden, die über diese Fachkenntnisse
verfügen!

Bewahren Sie diese Betriebsanleitung immer gut zugänglich und in der Nähe der
Befüllstation auf!
Bei Inbetriebnahme der Befüllstation sind außerdem die Daten- und Sicherheits-
datenblätter der Fördermedien und die Bedienungsanleitungen der angeschlossenen
Komponenten zu beachten.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der
Betriebsanleitung entstehen.
Gefahr
Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag
Arbeiten am Gerät nur ausführen, wenn die Pumpe nicht in Betrieb und
der Antrieb vom Netzanschluss getrennt ist.
Gefahr
Lebensgefahr durch Explosion
Keine Flüssigkeiten fördern, deren Flammpunkt unter 55° C liegt.
Kein Benzin oder Lösungsmittel fördern.

Gefahr
Verbrühungsgefahr bei hoher Medientemperatur
Anlage nur im kalten Zustand befüllen, gegebnenfalls
Sonnenkollektoren abdecken.
Verbrennungsgefahr durch heißes Motorgehäuse
Ansaug- oder Druckschlauch nur kurzzeitig (max. 60 Sekunden)
absperren, da sonst die Pumpe heißläuft.
Warnung
Verletzungsgefahr durch herausspritzende Flüssigkeit
Schlauchverschraubungen fest anschließen.
Vorsicht
Sachschaden durch Überhitzung der Pumpe
Pumpe nicht länger als 60 Sekunden trocken laufen lassen.
Umweltschäden durch Fördermedium
Austretendes Fördermedium auffangen und entsprechend
den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften entsorgen.
Sachschaden durch Kippen des Geräts auf unebener Standfläche
Auf sicheren Standplatz der Befüllstation achten.
Sachschaden durch unsachgemäße Lagerung
Pumpe reinigen, wenn sie längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, um ein
Verkleben des Laufrads zu vermeiden.
Pumpe frostfrei lagern.
3. Transport und Auspacken
Solarfüllstation nach dem Auspacken auf Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen
kontrollieren.
Transportschäden sofort der Lieferfirma melden.
Verpackungsmaterial entsprechend den örtlichen Vorschriften entsorgen.

7. Den Deckel vom Kanister öffnen, damit die
Luft zirkulieren kann.
Vorsicht: Flüssigkeitsstand im Kanister
beobachten und, wenn nötig, Wärme-
trägermedium nachfüllen, so dass keine Luft in
den Solarkreislauf gelangt.
8. Solarkreislauf mit dem Medium spülen.
Am Sichtfenster der Filtertasse oder durch
Blick in die Öffnung des Kanisters
kontrollieren, ob noch Luftblasen in der
Flüssigkeit sind.
Den Spülvorgang so lange fortsetzen, bis
sich keine Luft mehr in der Flüssigkeit
befindet.
5. Betriebsende
Nach dem Befüll- und Spülvorgang:
> Pumpe ausschalten.
> Kugelhahn von Vor-und Rücklauf des KFE-Hahns an der Solarstation schließen.
> Absperrung des KFE-Hahns öffnen.
Der Druck, der beim Spülen in der Leitung zwischen dem Pumpenausgang und dem
KFE-Hahn der Solarstation entsteht, lässt sich durch Öffnen des Filters am
Pumpeneingang abbauen. Anschließend kann man den Füllschlauch leicht von der
Befüllarmatur abschrauben.
Vorsicht: Auslaufende Flüssigkeitsreste mit einem Behälter auffangen.
> Filtertasse abschrauben und restliche Flüssigkeit entleeren.
> Füllschlauch von der Befüllarmatur abschrauben.
> Rücklaufschlauch von der Befüllarmatur abschrauben.
> Offene Schlauchenden mit dem mitgelieferten Verbindungsstück
zusammenschrauben, um Tropfen oder Auslaufen von Flüssigkeit während des
Transports zu vermeiden.

6. Wartung
Gefahr
Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag
Vor Arbeiten am Gerät immer den Antrieb vom Stromnetz trennen.
Vorsicht
Umweltschäden durch Fördermedium
Austretendes Fördermedium auffangen und entsprechend
den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften entsorgen.
6.1 Schlauchverbindungen
Regelmäßig kontrollieren, ob die Schlauchverbindungen dicht sind.
6.2 F ilter
Auf der Ansaugseite der Pumpe ist ein Feinfilter zum Filtern des Schmutzes eingebaut.
Er muss gereinigt werden, wenn Schmutzablagerungen durch das Sichtfenster am
Filtersieb erkennbar sind:
Filtertasse abschrauben und Filtersieb abziehen und beides unter fließendem
Wasser oder mit Druckluft reinigen

SOLARFLUSH
1. Declaration of Conformity
The product complies with the requirements of the applicable european
directives. The conformity was declared. The documents to which the
declaration relates and the original declaration of conformity are
available at the manufacturer.
2. Introduction
Intended use
The filling unit is designed/used for filling, flushing and venting thermal solar systems
and heat pump systems. Any other use or extended use is considered to be
improper. The manufacturer is not liable for any resulting damage.
Notes on the documentation
This manual provides important information for a safe and correct operation of the
solar filling unit SOLARFLUSH.
The manual is designed for qualified personnel who are trained and specialised in
installing heating systems. Service and maintenance works must only be carried out
by approved specialists.
Subject to technical modifications
The continuous development and improvement of our products may cause minor
modifications of technical data and illustrations.

adherence to the operating instructions.

> Prior to work on the pump, always disconnect the drive from the
power supply.
Danger
Danger of death due to explosion
> Do not pump any liquids with a flash point of less than 55 ° C.
> Do not pump petrol or solvents.

Danger of scald burn due to high media temperature
> Fill the solar system only when cold – if necessary cover the solar
collectors.
Danger of burn due to hot motor casing
> Do not block neither suction nor pressure hose more than 1 minute
to avoid overheating of the motor.
Warning
Danger of injury due to splashing liquid
> Connect the hoses tightly to the pump.
Caution
Material damage due to dry running
> Never allow the pump to run dry for more than 1 minute.
Material damage due to tilting of the cart on uneven ground
> Operate the filling unit only on even ground.
Danger of environmental damage due to hazardous pumped media
> Collect escaping pumped media and dispose of according to the
locally applicable regulations.
Material damage due to improper storage
> Prior to extended periods of pump down time clean pump to avoid
adhesions and damage to the impeller.
> Store pump under frost-protected conditions.
3. Transportation and unpacking
> After unpacking, immediately check the filling unit for completeness and damage.
> Immediately report any transit damage to the supplying company.
> Dispose of packaging material according to the respective local regulations.

7. Open tank lid to ensure the circulation
of the air.
Caution: Monitor fluid level in the tank and,
if necessary, refill heat transfer fluid to
prevent air entering the solar circuit.
8. Flush the solar circuit with the fluid.
Check at the inspection window of the
filter or through the tank opening if there
are still air bubbles in the heat transfer
fluid. Continue flushing until there is no
air remaining in the fluid.
5. End of operation
After filling and flushing the solar system
> Switch off pump.
> Close fill and vent valve at the solar station.
> Open stop valve between fill and vent valve.
The pressure that is generated between pump outlet and fill valve when flushing the
pipe can be released by opening the filter at the pump inlet. It will be easier then to
unscrew the filling hose from the fill valve.
Caution: Collect escaping pumped media in a container.
> Unscrew the filter casing and flush remaining liquid.
> Unscrew the filling hose from the fill valve.
> Unscrew return hose from vent valve.
> Screw open hose ends together with the provided connecting piece in order to
avoid dripping or escaping of fluid during transport.

Danger

> Prior to work on the pump, always disconnect the drive from the
power supply.
Caution
Danger of environmental damage due to hazardous pumped media
> Collect escaping pumped media and dispose of according to the
locally applicable regulations.
6.1 Connections
> Check regularly if hose couplings are tight.
6.2 Cleaning the filter
There is a built-in fine filter on the suction side of the pump to filter out sold and
welder residues.
Check the inspection window at the filter regulraly and clean the filter when you see
dirt deposits on the strainer:
> Screw off the filter casing, remove the strainer and clean both with rinsing water
or compressed air.
