Frame Assembly Steps
Choose the place, measure according to above drawing, and install base as illustrated below.
（Note：Please install the shelter after the concrete concreted）

Step 1: Install the first row of rafters with #5, #4 and #1, #2 as illustrated below. (To avoid accident, It is very
important to hold the first row of rafter with support(wood, rope or similar thing), make sure that it won’t fall
down.)
Step 2: Install the second row of rafters with #5,#3 and #1, #2, connect the first row with #11, #12, install the
cables#24, #25, and fasten.

Step 3：The same way to install other rows of rafters, purlin and cables.
Step 4：Install the end frames as following，then fasten all the screws and parts.

TIPS : Slide the roof cover over assembled frame from one side
insert the conduit to
pocket on side:
Pocket for side wall conduit
Ratchet tie down for tensioning the
Side wall (roof cover)

Step 2 : Attach the cover (#33/#35) to the frame as following :
Note:
#33for main roof cover tensioning.
#35 for front and end covers tensioning.

PS:Guy rope using instruction: Inside view
Fix the item #A,#B,#C onto the sides of shelter as shown above,to tension the
shelter and make the shelter stable.
Cinch the rope to auger anchor as shown below,and fix the anchor into ground.

(in order to protect the shelter from heavy wind, please install the wind bracing straps at points 300 mm measur-
ing from the ends, and others to be installed in the middle averagely.) (photos are for reference only, the real
quantity is according to packing list.)
