purchasing date.
3. Thecompany sliabilityandtheagentsauthorizedbyShenzhenShenkeMedical
InstrumentTechnicalDevelopmentCo.,Ltd.underthislimitedguaranteeshouldbe
restrictiveundertheoperationprivilegeofShenzhenShenkeMedicalInstrumentTechnical
developmentCo.,Ltd.—undertakingthemaintenanceandreplacementofsyringepump
underthecircumstance thatithasdefectinmaterialandtechnologythroughinspection.
Themaintenanceandreplacementofanyproductsbasedonthislimitedguarantee should
notexceedthetimelimitoftheabovelimitedguarantee.
4. Allthemaintenance basedonthelimitedguarantee shouldbeundertakenbyqualifiedand
trainedpeople.Whensyringepumpisfounddefectivewithinthetimelimitofthelimited
guarantee,thepurchasershouldnotifyShenzhenShenkeMedicalInstrumentTechnical
DevelopmentCo.,Ltd.ortheauthorizedagentswithin30daystofindtheproduct s
defects.
5. ThedefectivesyringepumpshouldbesentdirectlytoShenzhenShenkeMedical
InstrumentTechnicalDevelopmentCo.,Ltd.ortheauthorizedagentsforthepurposeof
inspection,repairorreplacementofsyringepump.Thepostageshouldbebornebythe
purchaser.
6. TheproductsmailedbacktoShenzhenShenkeMedicalInstrumentTechnical
DevelopmentCo.,Ltd.oritsagentsshouldbeappropriatelypackedintransportation
packing boxwithinstructionmanualofShenzhenShenkeMedicalInstrumentTechnical
DevelopmentCo., Ltd.Inappropriatepackingwill causeseveredamagetosyringepump
whichshouldbebornebypurchaser.
7. Thelimitedguarantee ofShenzhenShenkeMedicalInstrumentTechnicalDevelopment
Co., Ltd.doesnotapplytoproduct sdamageordefectsresultedfromthefollowing causes:
mechanismdamageandincorrectinstallationcausedcompletelyorpartiallybyneglectof
duty, liquorfeeding, fallingofsyringepump,falseuseandabuse;reconstructionofsyringe
pump byanyunprofessional,disqualifiedoruntrainedpeople;damageduetoincorrect
packing whenthedefectiveunitismailedtoShenzhenShenkeMedicalInstrument
TechnicalDevelopmentCo., Ltd.anditsagents.

reservetherightstoissuetheproductsinspectioninvoicetopurchasers,providedtheyare
notabletoconfirmthematterafterinspection.
