LUMBOCARE
Przewidziane zastosowanie:
Ocieplający pas lędźwiowy; pomaga uwolnić napięcie; możliwość indywidualnego
regulowania kompresji; bardzo miękki materiał; dyskretny wygląd.
Grupa docelowa:
Wyrób przeznaczony dla osób wykazujących objawy opisane we wskazaniach.
Wskazania:
Napięcie mięśni; ból w dolnej części pleców (zespół kręgosłupa lędźwiowego).
Przechowywanie:
Wyrób przechowywać w oryginalnym opakowaniu, w temperaturze pokojowej, w suchym i
zacienionym miejscu. Chronić przed bezpośrednim ciepłem (np. ogrzewaniem,
nasłonecznieniem) oraz wilgocią.
Środki ostrożności:
• Wyrób należy stosować tylko na nienaruszona skórę. Nie stosować bezpośrednio na rany,
uszkodzona lub chorobowo zmieniona skórę.
• W przypadku utrzymujących się lub nasilających dolegliwości bólowych, wystąpienia
reakcji uczuleniowej, podrażnienia skóry lub jakichkolwiek innych działań niepożądanych,
związanych z użytkowaniem wyrobu, należy przerwać stosowanie i skonsultować
się z lekarzem.
• Właściwe użycie wyrobu może wymagać porady specjalistycznego personelu medycznego.
• Dobranie odpowiedniego rozmiaru jest warunkiem właściwego funkcjonowania wyrobu.
• Każde użycie wyrobu powinno być poprzedzone sprawdzeniem pod katem oznak zużycia
lub starzenia. Jedynie nieuszkodzony wyrób daje gwarancje optymalnego działania.
• Nie należy stosować wyrobu nieprzerwanie przez 24 godziny, chyba, że lekarz zalecił inaczej.

Contrattura muscolare; dolore nella regione lombare (sindrome lombalgica).
Conservazione:
Il prodotto deve essere conservato nella rispettiva confezione originale, a temperatura
ambiente, in luogo asciutto e al buio. Proteggere dal calore diretto (ad es. riscaldamento,
irraggiamento solare) e dall'umidità.
Precauzioni:
• Applicare il prodotto esclusivamente su cute intatta. Non applicare il prodotto su ferite,
cute lesa o morbosa aetta da malattia.
• In caso di dolore persistente o intensicato, reazione allergica, irritazione cutanea o altri
eetti avversi legati all'uso del prodotto, interrompere l'uso e consultare un medico.
• L'uso a regola d‘arte del prodotto può richiedere una consulenza da parte di
personale sanitario specializzato.
• Selezionare correttamente la misura è importante anché il prodotto possa svolgere

Usage prévu:
Ceinture lombaire à eet chauant; aide à soulager les contractures; compression réglable
de manière individuelle; matériau extra-souple; design élégant.

Tension musculaire; douleurs dans le bas du dos ( syndrome lombaire).
Stockage:
Conservez le produit dans son emballage d'origine à température ambiante dans un endroit
sec et sombre. Protégez de la chaleur directe (par ex. chauage, rayonnement solaire) et de
l'humidité.
Précautions:
• N'utilisez le produit que sur de la peau intacte. Ne portez pas le produit sur des plaies,
de la peau endommagée ou aectée par une maladie.
• En cas de douleur persistante ou croissante, de réactions allergiques, d'irritation cutanée

un médecin.

• Only use this product on unbroken skin. Do not wear this product over wounds,
damaged skin or skin aected by a disease.
• In the case of persistent or intensied pain, allergic reaction, skin irritation or any other
adverse eects related to the use of the product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• Consultation with a medical professional may be required to ensure proper use of
this product.
• Correct sizing is very important in order for this product to function properly.
• Check the product before each use for signs of wear or deterioration.
This product can only function properly if it is completely intact.
