Operation
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► The suction opening must always be open
and may not be blocked. Blockages lead to
overheating and damage to the motor.
► Do not vacuum shag pile carpet with the floor
nozzle. The rotary brush tcan get caught in
the carpet and block!
NOTE
► Make sure that the HEPA filter 6and the
coarse filter 7are always inserted before
using the appliance.
► As soon as the suction power of the appliance
begins to diminish noticeably and the charge
indicator lamp 3flashes green, connect the
appliance to the charger p.
Using the hand element with the
handle
1) Insert the hand element 4into the hand
element recess ras described in the chapter
"Assembly/disassembly".
2) Fold out the grip qon the handle by pressing
the release button wand, at the same time,
pulling the grip qupwards.
3) Switch on the appliance using the On/Off
switch 9. The charge indicator lamp 3
lights up green, the LED light zon the floor
nozzle lights up and the rotary brush tstarts
turning.
NOTE
► Press the ECO button 0to switch to the
energy-saving ECO mode. The appliance
now uses a lower suction power but can run
for longer.
Press the ECO button 0again to work at full
suction power.
4) Guide the floor nozzle over the area to be
vacuumed. Hold the grip qso that the floor
nozzle moves smoothly over the floor.
5) Press the On/Off switch 9when you have
finished vacuuming. The rotary brush tstops,
the charge indicator lamp 3and the LED
light zgo out.
Using the hand element
1) Remove the hand element 4from the hand
element recess ras described in the chapter
"Assembly/disassembly".
2) If required, you can attach the crevice tool i,
the brush attachment uor the upholstery
nozzle o.
3) Press the On/Off switch 2on the hand
element 4to start vacuuming the desired
areas. The charge indicator lamp 3lights
up during operation.
4) When you are finished vacuuming, press the
On/Off switch 2again. The charge
indicator lamp 3goes out.

mains. Pull the barrel plug aout of the
charging socket fon the cradle gbefore
cleaning the cradle g.
► Always remove the hand element 4from the
hand element recess ron the handle before
cleaning
