Thank you for your purchase of the SircleBind WR-60 man-
ual 3:1 wire comb binding machine.

Asssembly:
1. Place machine on flat surface.
2. Press down on the punching plate/handle and slide the
lock button to the right. (See Fig. 1.1)
3. Release the punching plate/handle. (See Fig. 1.2)

Punch:
1. Adjust the edge guide to correspond to the size paper
that is to be punched.
2. Insert the document (6 sheet max. capacity) into the
punching throat.
3. Press down on the punching plate/handle and release.
4. Remove the punched document.

Bind:
1. Place the 3:1, ¼” wire comb on the wire hanger. (See
Fig. 2.1) Make sure that it is secure.
2. Thread the papers on the wire comb.
3. Remove the wire with threaded pages from the hanger.
4. Place the document into the wire closer with the open
fingers of the wire comb facing downwards. (See Fig.
2.2)
5. Push all the way down on the punch & bind plate. (See
Fig. 2.3)
6. Release punch & bind plate
7. Remove bound document.
Emptying Waste Bin:
1. Turn unit upside-down.
2. Open waste tray lid.
3. Empty contents and close waste tray lid.
