Thank you for purchasing the SupraH2Ultra Water System.
With its 2-stage water ltration system you have a selection
of ion-rich, bio-neutral water or puried water.
ION-RICH WATER
Ion-rich water is the subject of over 600 scientic studies on a range of over 140
health conditions. Unlike standardized ionizers, the water produced by the SupraH2
Water Systems does not increase the pH of the output water, yet generates the
highest levels of antioxidant ORP levels.

AUTHORIZED SERVICE
Except for lter replacement, this machine does NOT have any user-
serviceable parts. Do not disassemble or modify in any manner. All
maintenance and service of should only be performed by a certied
technician of Sisel International.
WARNING
This symbol indicates matters that have the risk of causing death, serious
injury or damage to the equipment if ignored or if the product is operated
incorrectly.
ATTENTION
Read this entire manual on usage and maintenance carefully and obey
all instructions before any usage or maintenance of the Supra H2 Ultra.
Failure to observe these instructions will void the warranty. Sisel is not
responsible for accidents or damages resulting from incorrect usage of
this device or from failure to observe the safety rules and procedures
explained in this manual.
ATTENTION
This device requires a regular maintenance in order to guarantee requirements
(Bill of the Ministry of Health 174-06/2004) for water drinkability and
maintenance.

Detach the cold water supply hose from the cold water supply valve.
Attach the Quick Tee adapter inlet to the cold water supply valve outlet.
Attach the cold water supply hose to one Quick Tee adapter outlet.
Attach end of plastic supply tube to other outlet on Quick Tee adapter valve.
Route plastic supply tube up to SupraH2Water System.
UNDER-COUNTER CONNECTION (Figure 2)
PRODUCT WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION
Locate the quick connector on back of machine below black water supply valve and
rotate outward.
Insert end of plastic tubing into quick connector.
CONNECT POWER
Connect power jack to the port on the back of product.
Plug in the power cord.
WARNING
Sisel strongly recommends that you hire a licensed plumber to ensure
proper installation and to prevent possible damage.

ATTENTION
The SupraH2 can be connected directly to the cold water supply. In order
to do so, additional materials will need to be purchased separately
including a quick tee adapter and corresponding ttings.
INSTALLATION OF SUPRAH2ULTRA WATER SYSTEM
WARNING DO NOT CONNECT TO HOT WATER!
Hot water may produce scale which can damage machine. Do not use the
device for ltering and ionization of other liquids than water. Do not use
the device if it appears to have been damaged in shipment.
ATTENTION
The SupraH2 Ultra Water Machine was designed for use with water from
municipal water departments. Untreated water high in mineral content
from private wells or other natural sources may damage the Supra H2’s
components; in such cases, we strongly recommend installing a system
to remove minerals. Sisel is not responsible for damage caused from the
use of untreated water.
PRODUCT PLACEMENT
Place the product indoors on an even and stable place away from open ame or
freezing areas but within easy access to power and water supplies.
FAUCET CONNECTION (Figure 1)
Remove the aerator screen (if any) from the faucet. Use the included faucet adaptors
to attach water diverter (also included) to the faucet.
Insert end of plastic supply tube into quick connector on water diverter.

WARNING
Filters must be replaced according to instructions in the attached
documentation. Failure to replace lters on schedule will effect system
performance and may damage the unit.
HOW TO REPLACE FILTERS
PREPARATION
Place machine on a dry towel to absorb excess
water which may spill.
Close water supply valve.
Remove remaining water pressure inside
lters by pressing the “Start” button until the
water stops owing.
Disconnect power input jack from the product.
OPENING SIDE COVER
Remove 2 thumb screws located on back of
machine.
Slide the door toward the back of the machine
until door releases and can be removed.
REPLACING UF AND CARBON FILTERS
Grasp lter rmly and rotate counter-clockwise
until lter drops out. Insert new lter so that it
slides up into receptacle
(it will only t one way).
Twist lter Clockwise until it is rmly seated.
Replace next lter using same procedure.
RECONNECT MACHINE
Open water supply valve.
Check each connection and tting for any
leakage. If leak is found, tighten connection.
Reconnect power input jack from the product.
Run system for 5-10 minutes prior to the rst
use after lter replacement.
REPLACE SIDE COVER
Slide the door forward from the back of the
machine until the door catches seat properly.
Replace and tighten 2 thumb screws located
on back of machine, being careful not to
over-tighten.
DISPOSAL
The construction and materials of the SupraH2 Ultra do not require special disposal
procedures. Simply follow the local requirements for the disposal of electrical and
electronic devices.

WARNING
Before performing any type of maintenance, disconnect the device from
its power source.

INITIAL OPERATION
Open black water supply valve.
Touch “Pure” or “H2” button, then press “Start” and check for water ow. Allow
water to ow for5-10 minutes before normal use.
Remove cover and check each part, connection and tting for any leakage. Replace
cover and use.
HOW TO OPERATE
Place receptacle under water outlet.
Press “Pure” button for puried water or press H2 button
for Ion infused water.
Press and hold “Start” button until desired amount has
been dispensed.
The device should be kept clean and dry. Remove any dust or grime by using a soft
cloth moistened with water or a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser.
WARNING FLUSH FILTERS!
During initial operation water may contain carbon particles, allow the
machine to run 5-10 minutes to ush these particles out. Failure to do so
may damage unit.
WARNING
Close water supply valve when the
product is not in use for more than 24
hours to prevent any damage due to
water leakage.

the order to Sisel unless there was an error on our
part related to the order, or the product arrived

Sisel®Water Systems Two-Year Limited Warranty
Sisel water systems (excluding the disposable
replacement cartridges) are warranted to be free
of defects in material and workmanship for two
(2) years from the date of purchase in normal
residential use. (The service life of any disposable
replacement cartridge varies with local water
conditions and water consumption and thus is
not warranted other than to be free of defects in
material and workmanship at the time of purchase.)
All products must be installed, maintained and
operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s
recommended procedures and guidelines. Improper
use, maintenance or installation could void this
warranty. This warranty is non-transferrable.
If a defect is found in normal residential usage,
Sisel International LLC will, at its election, repair or
replace the unit, or make appropriate adjustment.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized
modification or abuse is not covered by this
warranty. Sisel is not responsible for labor charges,
removal charges, installation, or other incidental or
consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of
Sisel exceed the purchase price of the product.
