made training tool.

In most cases, your Parallettes / Travel-
lettes will be a little wobbly on the floor
after assembly. Make sure that you have
already attached the self-adhesive pads
to the pedestals and follow these steps
to stop this:
1. Unscrew the bottom screws slightly and
align the pedestals so they are at right
angles to the grip. Retighten the screws.
2. Find a piece of completely plain floor
and place your Parallettes / Travellettes
on it. Unscrew both top screws with a full
turn to the left - both main pillars should
be a little shaky now.
3. Put some pressure on the grip by
leaning on it with one arm. Screw the first
top screw back inside by about a quarter
turn with the other. Repeat this with the
other top screw.
4. Repeat step 3 until both top screws are
tightened again.
Im Normalfall stehen deine Parallettes /
Travellettes nach dem Zusammenbauen
etwas wackelig am Boden. Gehe sicher,
dass du die Pads auf die Standfüsse
geklebt hast und befolge diese Schritte,
um das zu beheben:
1. Löse die Bodenschrauben und richte
die Standfüsse so aus, dass sie im recht-
en Winkel zum Griff stehen. Schraube sie
wieder zu.
2. Finde ein Stück vollkommen flachen
Boden und stelle deine Parallettes /
Travellettes darauf ab. Drehe die beiden
Griff-Schrauben eine volle Drehung nach
links - beide Standbeine sollten jetzt
etwas wackelig sein.
3. Lehne dich mit einem Arm auf den Griff
und drehe mit dem anderen zuerst die
eine Griff-Schraube etwa eine Vierteldre-
hung hinein, dann die andere.
4. Wiederhole Schritt 3 bis beide
Griff-Schrauben wieder fest sitzen.

Safety instructions
1. Make sure to tighten all screws
thorougly. There must not be any
movement between the different
parts when used.
2. Retighten all screws regularly.
3. Maximum load: 180 kg / 396 lbs per
pair or 90 kg / 198 lbs per piece
4. Consult a doctor before starting to
use skillworx Parallettes / Travel-
lettes to minimize the risk of injuries.
5. When using the Parallettes / Travel-
lettes for handstand training, make
sure to place them in front of a wall
or have another person take care of
you to keep you from tipping over.
6. Use them on flat surfaces only.
7. Store your Parallettes / Travellettes
under dry conditions.
1. Stelle sicher, dass alle Schrauben
gründlich angezogen sind. Zwischen
den einzelnen Teilen darf es keine Be-
wegung geben.
2. Ziehe alle Schrauben regelmäßig nach.
3. Maximalbelastung : 180 kg / 396 lbs pro
Paar oder 90 kg / 198 lbs pro Stück
4. Konsultiere einen Arzt bevor du das
Training mit skillworx Paralletes / Trav-
ellettes startest, um das Verletzungsri-
siko zu minimieren.
5. Platziere die Parallettes / Travellettes
beim Handstand-Training vor eine
Wand und rufe einen Trainingspartner
zur Hilfe, um ein Überkippen zu ver-
meiden.
6. Verwende sie nur auf ebenen Flächen.
7. Lagere deine Parallettes / Travellettes
unter trockenen Bedingungen.
