When the power is turned on, the temperature of the soldering iron tip can be as
high as 480°C.Before using the welding station, please follow the relevant rules.
To avoid electric shock or fire or damage to life.
In view of possible burns or fire from abuse, please strictly observe
the following.
1.Do not touch the metal parts near the soldering iron tip of this product.
2.Do not use this product near inflammable and explosive objects.
3. Notify other workers in the workplace that the tip of the soldering iron is extremely hot,
which may cause a dangerous accident, and the power should be turned off when resting
or after use.
4.When replacing parts or soldering iron tips, turn off the power first and wait
for the soldering iron tips to cool down to room temperature before proceeding.
To avoid damage to the welding station and safe working
environment, observe the following:
1.Do not use this product for operations other than soldering.
2.Do not knock the handle of the soldering iron on the worktable to remove the residual tin,
which will damage the heating core.
3.Do not modify the power cord and parts of this product without authorization.
4.Do not operate the product with a warm electric soldering station or wet hands.
5.During welding, smoke will be generated. Users should take corresponding protective
measures and use it in a well-ventilated environment.
6.When using this product, do not do anything that may hurt the body or damage objects.

2. How to use
A. Check before power-on: Check the power supply voltage at the rear of the product
and make sure that the input power meets the specifications.
B. After power-on: turn on the power switch, the LED digital tube displays the
temperature unit symbol "--C" or "--F" for one second, and then displays the set
temperature for three seconds,and then displays the actual temperature value of the
soldering iron.
C. Temperature setting: When the temperature needs to be adjusted, turn the
temperature knob to set the temperature. The LED digital tube displays the set
temperature, and after three seconds, the LED digital tube displays the actual
temperature of the soldering iron tip.
D.Temperature correction: When replacing the heating core or the soldering
iron head and need to calibrate the temperature, you can use a screwdriver with a
"-" head to align the "CAL" position hole on the panel, and then fine-tune the
potentiometer inside to perform temperature calibration.
E. Temperature locking and unlocking: When the temperature needs to be locked
in certain situations, please use a screwdriver to tighten the screw of the temperature
setting knob clockwise until the temperature setting knob does not move. Screw the
setting knob until the temperature setting knob can set the temperature.
F. Temperature unit conversion: Turn the temperature potentiometer to the
maximum in status, turn on the power switch, when the LED displays the temperature
unit, quickly turn the potentiometer to the lowest end to convert the temperature unit.
G.Fault display: When the LED displays "S-E", please check whether the handle wire
is correctly connected or the heating core sensor is damaged. When the LED displays "H-
E", it means that the heating core is damaged and the temperature cannot be controlled
normally.
H.Maintenance before shutdown: Before shutdown, please add an appropriate
amount of tin to the tin surface of the soldering iron tip, adjust the temperature setting
knob to the minimum value, and finally turn off the power switch on the host.
