COMPRESSOR NEBULIZER
User's Manual
Please, read the instructions carefully before operating this product
1. What is Nebulizer?
Medical Air Compressor Nebulizer System is a medical device
designed to administer the treatment to the lung pathways and
prescribed by a physician. Combined Nebulizer and air compressor
provides aerosol mist for inhalation of the patient and only for
medical treatment.
2. How does nebulizer operate?
This unit is compact, easy to start and appropriate to move. Single
cylinder piston pump, oil-free lubricant is used to create Air Pressure.
Air passes to the air compressor unit of Nebulizer through air filter, to
the jet outlet and then through Nebulizer.
Air compressor unit and air flow from here are shown in Figure 1.

3. Control list for opening the package
Make sure that following materials are available before using the
product:
1x Main device (Compressor)
1x Aerosol Nebulizer
1xAeresol Tube system
1x Mask (Child & adult )
1x Mouthpiece

5. How will I put the medicine into the Nebulizer?
To put the medicine into the Nebulizer, follow the steps below:
1. Open the cover (See Figure 3)
2. Put the medicine as prescribed by your physician into the
container. Make sure that medicine does not exceed the liquid area
6. ml(6cc).
3. Close the cover.
4. Fasten the mouthpiece.
Note: Mouthpiece will be used only for oral inhalation.

6. How will I start the Nebulizer?
To start the Nebulizer, follow the steps below:
1. Plug in the air filter but do not connect the main Nebulizer.
2. Make sure that the Air Filter is connected to the air compressor.
3. Turn on the power button.
4. After the air compressor is started properly, connect the jet outlet
of the air compressor to the inlet of the nebulizer by the air pipe.
5. Start the treatment according to the instructions of your physician.
6. Respire naturally. Following completion of the treatment, make
sure that the device is stopped.
7. Following use of the device, close the air compressor unit before
separating the air pipe.
WARNING: Do not use the product near combustible materials
or explosive materials.

7. What will I do after using the Nebulizer?
To ensure that the Nebulizer is started properly, follow the steps
below after each use:
1. Remove the mouthpiece after removing the air pipe.
2.Open the cover and empty the container.
Wash it in running water for 15 minutes or keep it in warm
water. Put some vinegar into the water for more detailed
hygienic cleaning.
Note: Don not boil the Nebulizer. This may damage the device.
3. Dry the Nebulizer completely before storing it.
8. How will I change the Air Filter?
Generally, air filter must be replaced in every three months or after
use for 300 times. To replace the air filter:
1. Remove the filter cover.
2. Replace the filter.
3. Insert the filter cover.
Note: In each case where the filter gets wet, dry it well before using.
9.What kind of maintenance is necessary to store the
Nebulizer?
Always use the Nebulizer carefully.
When the Nebulizer is not used, unplug the device.
Keep the Nebulizer out of reach of children.
In case you store the Nebulizer, do not bend the air pipe.
In case you store the Nebulizer, keep it in the following ambient
temperatures:
1) Temperature:-40°C-55°C
2) Relative Humidity: 595%
3) Atmospheric Pressure: 0.05 MPa- 0.106 MPa.
If possible, keep the Nebulizer in well-ventilated place.

11. Troubleshooting Manual

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Warranty period will start from delivery date of the goods and is for 2 (two)
years.
2. All goods including relevant parts of the goods are within the scope of our
company's warranty.
3. In the event that the goods fails within the warranty period of the goods,
repair period will be added to the warranty period. Repair period of the goods
will be maximum 30 (thirty) working days. This period will start from the
communication date for the failure of the goods to the service station, if such a
service station is not available, to the seller, vendor, agent, representative
office, importer or manufacturer, producer of the good. In the event that said
failure cannot be removed within 15 working days, manufacturer-Producer or
importer must make another goods with the same properties available for use
of the consumer until repair work of the goods is completed.
4. In the event that the goods fails due to material and workmanship or
assembly faults within the warranty period, such goods will be repaired without
charging any fee under the name of workmanship fee, fee for replaced part or
any other cost.
5. Although the consumer uses the right to have the goods repaired; if :
-the same failure occurs more than twice or different failures occur more than
four times within one year or total number of different failures is more than six
within the warranty period specified and such failures make the use of the
goods impossible continuously as from the date on which the goods is
delivered to the consumer provided that such failures occur within the warranty
period specified;
-maximum period for repair is exceeded;
-the service station of the concerned company is not available and in the event
that such failure cannot be removed with repair work according to a report to
be issued by respectively, seller or vendor, or agent, representative office,
importer or manufacturer-producer, consumer may demand free replacement
of the goods, refund or discount in proportion to the defect of the goods.
6. Failures arisen from improper use and against the conditions set forth in the
user's manual will be outside the scope of the warranty.
7. Application may be made to the Directorate General of Consumer Protection
and Market Surveillance of T.R. Ministry of Industry and Trade in respect of the
problems related to the Certificate of Warranty.
