1. HOW TO START
Fully charge your watch before using it for the first time. It
normally takes about two hours to fully charge the watch. The
watch does not need to be removed from the charger after it has
been charged. It is no problem whatsoever to leave the watch in
the charger until the next day, or for several days. This does not
damage the watch. (d)
2. POWER ON
Press the ON/OFF button (c/1) for two seconds.
3. REGISTER YOUR EMERGENCY WATCH ONLINE
Visit register.smartwatcher.com and follow the instructions on
the website. During the registration process, you will choose and
subscribe to your preferred emergency service. To register your
watch, you will need the watch serial number and phone number
or SIM ID which appear on the display of your watch (as soon
as it is switched on).
4. ACTIVATE YOUR EMERGENCY WATCH FOLLOWING
THE INSTRUCTIONS IN YOUR EMAIL
Once you completed the registration on register.smartwatcher.
com, you will receive an activation email. Please follow the
instructions in this email. Set up the emergency watch
according to your preferences in the watch management portal.

5. HOW TO TRIGGER AN ALERT
Keep the red button (c/2) pressed for a couple of seconds (the

alert feature will only work after the registration steps above

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Please wipe the contact pins with a damp cloth before charging.
(a) Do not bend the MOTION straps to the outside, as the antennas
are integrated and can be damaged. The MOTION straps cannot
be replaced. (b)
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The device has a built-in non-removable battery. Do not attempt to
remove the battery. For repair and battery replacement take the
watch to an authorised service center.
2. Do not expose your device or accessories to extreme heat or cold.
Ideal operating condition is +1°C to +35°C. Extreme cold or heat
may interfere with proper function and lead to fire or explosion. Do
not expose the watch to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of
time. Stop using the device if it is overheated.
3. Unplug the charger from electrical outlets and the device when not
in use. Do not drop or cause any impact to the charger or the watch.
4. Do not use the charger or the watch if it appears wet, broken or
otherwise damaged. Do not touch the charger, the power cord or
the watch with wet hands. If the charger or the watch has been
exposed to water, other liquids, or excessive moisture, take it to an
authorized service center for inspection.
5. Keep the device and accessories dry. Do not attempt to dry it with
external heat source such as microwave oven or hair dryer.
6. Do not dispose of this watch or its charger with household garbage.
Follow local instructions and regulation for disposal of electronic
components containing batteries.

WARRANTY
Smartwatcher provides a warranty in accordance with national laws
governing the sale of consumer goods and warrants that the watch
under normal use during the warranty period is free from defects in
materials and workmanship.
1. The warranty lasts and is provided in accordance with the respective
local laws, as standard for a period of twenty-four (24) months for
the watch unit and six (6) months for the rechargeable battery and
charger from the original date of purchase of the product, and is
only applicable if you have purchased the watch from an official
dealership in a member state of European Union, Iceland, Norway,
Liechtenstein or Switzerland.
2. During the warranty period Smartwatcher or its authorized service
network will repair or replace, at Smartwatcher’s discretion, the
watch or any relevant part thereof in the event that the product is
found to be defective. Repair or replacement may involve use of a
functionally equivalent reconditioned unit or materials. All replaced
defective parts shall become the property of Smartwatcher.
3. Unless contrary to the respective local law, the warranty in respect of
a repaired or replaced product or part shall extend for the remaining
warranty period of the repaired or replaced product or part.
4. The consumer may be asked to provide the original proof of
purchase with information on the date and place of purchase
and the original packaging. If this information is not provided,
incomplete or intentionally made illegible, Smartwatcher reserves
the right to refuse warranty service.
5. The warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from one or more
of the following causes:
a) Normal wear and tear of the watch or parts thereof.

b) Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or alteration.
c) Defects and damage resulting from use other than normal and
customary use.
d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident, regardless of the cause.
e) Defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation,
maintenance, installation or modification.
f) Defects or damage caused by spills of food or liquids, corrosion,
rust or the use of an incorrect voltage.
g) Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally
exposed parts resulting from normal customer use.
6. This warranty is void in any of the following cases:
a) If the serial number on the watch box has been removed, altered or
made illegible in any way.
b) Attempts to open up the watch and/or replace the built-in SIM card
or battery.
c) Damages caused by exposure to water or submersion into
water (unless exposure/submersion was part of normal use, i.e.
showering or bathing in still water while wearing the watch).
d) Without any proof of purchase.
7. Except as expressly warranted above, Smartwatcher makes no other
warranties, express or implied, by law or otherwise, with respect
to the product, its fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. To
the extent permitted by local law, Smartwatcher shall not be liable
for any loss of use of the Product, inconvenience, loss or other
consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the
Product or the breach of any express or implied warranty.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

GARANTIE
Smartwatcher gewährt eine Garantie gemäß den nationalen Gesetzen
für den Verkauf von Verbrauchsgütern und gewährleistet, dass die
Uhr während des Garantiezeitraums bei normalem Gebrauch frei von
Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern ist.
1. Die Garantie gilt und wird in Übereinstimmung mit den jeweiligen
örtlichen Gesetzen gewährt, standardmässig für einen Zeitraum
von vierundzwanzig (24) Monaten für die Uhreneinheit und sechs
(6) Monate für den Akku und das Ladegerät ab dem ursprünglichen
Datum von Kauf des Produkts und gilt nur, wenn Sie die Uhr bei
einem offiziellen Händler in einem Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen
Union, Islands, Norwegens, Liechtensteins oder der Schweiz
erworben haben.
2. Während der Garantiezeit repariert oder ersetzt Smartwatcher oder
ein autorisiertes Servicepartner nach eigenem Ermessen die Uhr,
falls das Produkt fehlerhaft ist. Die Reparatur oder der Austausch
kann die Verwendung einer funktional aufbereiteten Einheit oder
Materialien erfordern. Alle ausgetauschten defekten Teile gehen in
das Eigentum von Smartwatcher.
3. Soweit nicht gegen die jeweiligen örtlichen Gesetze verstoßen wird,
erstreckt sich die Garantie für ein repariertes oder ausgetauschtes
Produkt/Teil auf die verbleibende Garantiezeit des reparierten oder
ausgetauschten Produkts/Teils.
4. Der Verbraucher kann gebeten werden den originalen Kaufbeleg
mit Informationen zum Kaufdatum/-ort und original Verpackung
vorzuweisen. Wenn diese Informationen nicht vorgelegt werden,
unvollständig sind oder absichtlich unleserlich gemacht werden,
behält sich Smartwatcher das Recht vor, die Garantieleistung
abzulehnen.
5. Die Garantie erstreckt sich NICHT auf Schäden, die aus einer oder
mehreren der folgenden Ursachen resultieren:
a) Normaler Verschleiss der Uhr oder von Teilen der Uhr.
b) Jegliche unbefugte Demontage, Reparatur, Änderung oder

Modifikation.
c) Mängel und Schäden, die auf eine andere als die normale und
übliche Verwendung zurückzuführen sind.
d) Fehlbedienung, Missbrauch, Fahrlässigkeit oder Unfall, unabhängig
der Ursache.
e) Mängel oder Schäden, die sich aus unsachgemäßer Prüfung,
Bedienung, Wartung, Installation oder einer Änderung oder
Modifikation ergeben.
f) Defekte oder Schäden durch Verschütten von Lebensmitteln oder
Flüssigkeiten, Korrosion, Rost oder die Verwendung einer falschen
Spannung.
g) Kratzer oder Beschädigungen an Kunststoffoberflächen und
allen anderen äußerlich exponierten Teilen, die auf den normalen
Gebrauch beim Kunden zurückzuführen sind.
6. Diese Garantie ist in den folgenden Fällen ungültig:
a) Wenn die Seriennummer auf der Uhrenbox entfernt, verändert oder
unleserlich gemacht wurde.
b) Versuche, die Uhr zu öffnen und / oder die eingebaute SIM-Karte
oder den Akku zu ersetzen.
c) Schäden, die durch Einwirkung von Wasser oder Untertauchen in
Wasser verursacht werden (es sei denn, Exposition / Untertauchen
gehörte zum normalen Gebrauch, d. h. Duschen oder Baden in
stillem Wasser, während die Uhr getragen wurde).
d) Ohne Kaufnachweis.
7. Mit Ausnahme der oben genannten ausdrücklichen Garantien
gewährt Smartwatcher keine weiteren ausdrücklichen oder
stillschweigenden Garantien per Gesetz oder anderweitig in Bezug
auf das Produkt, die Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck oder
anderweitig. Soweit dies nach den örtlichen Gesetzen zulässig ist,
haftet Smartwatcher nicht für den Verlust der Nutzung des Produkts,
Unannehmlichkeiten, Verluste oder andere Folgeschäden, die sich
aus der Nutzung oder Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung des Produkts oder
aus der Verletzung einer ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden
Garantie ergeben.

Une fois que vous avez terminé l’enregistrement sur register.
smartwatcher.com vous recevrez un e-mail d’activation. Veuillez

d’appel d’urgence selon vos souhaits dans le portail de gestion

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
1. L’appareil est équipé d’une batterie rechargeable intégrée non
amovible. N’essayez pas de retirer la batterie. Envoyez la montre à

4. N’utilisez pas le chargeur ou la montre s’ils sont mouillés, cassés
ou autrement endommagés. Ne touchez pas le chargeur, le
cordon d’alimentation ou la montre avec les mains mouillées. Si le
chargeur ou la montre a été exposé à l’eau, à d’autres liquides ou à
une humidité excessive, contactez un centre de service agréé pour
un contrôle.
5. Rangez l’appareil et les accessoires dans un endroit sec. N’essayez
pas de le sécher avec une source de chaleur externe comme un
micro-ondes ou un sèche-cheveux.

6. Ne pas jeter cette montre ou son chargeur avec les ordures

GARANTIE
Smartwatcher garantit que la montre est exempte de défauts de
matériaux et de fabrication pendant la période de garantie en cas
d’utilisation dans des conditions normales et conformément à la
législation nationale régissant la vente de biens de consommation.
1. La garantie est valable et est accordée conformément aux lois
locales en vigueur, par défaut, pour une période de vingt-quatre
(24) mois pour l’unité montre et de six (6) mois pour la batterie et
le chargeur à compter de la date d’achat du produit et uniquement
si vous avez acheté la montre chez un revendeur officiel dans un
pays membre de l’Union européenne, en Islande, Norvège, au

2. Pendant la période de garantie, Smartwatcher ou un partenaire de
service agréé réparera ou remplacera la montre à sa discrétion, si
le produit est défectueux. La réparation ou le remplacement peut
nécessiter l’utilisation d’une unité ou de composants remis à neuf
sur le plan fonctionnel. Toutes les pièces défectueuses remplacées
deviennent propriété de Smartwatcher.
3. Sauf disposition contraire de la législation locale en vigueur, la
période de garantie de tout produit/pièce réparé ou remplacé sera
égale à la période de garantie restante du produit/pièce réparé ou
remplacé.
4. Le consommateur peut être invité à fournir la preuve d’achat
originale avec des informations sur la date et le lieu d’achat, et
à présenter l’emballage original. Si ces informations ne sont pas
fournies, incomplètes ou intentionnellement illisibles, Smartwatcher
se réserve le droit de refuser le service de garantie.
5. La garantie ne couvre PAS les dommages résultant d’une ou
plusieurs des causes suivantes :
a) L’usure normale de la montre ou des pièces de la montre.

b) Tout démontage, réparation, altération ou modification non
autorisés.
c) Les défauts et dommages résultant d’une utilisation autre que
l’utilisation normale et habituelle.
d) Une mauvaise utilisation, un abus, une négligence ou un accident,
quelle qu’en soit la cause.
e) Défauts ou dommages résultant d’essais, d’une utilisation, d’un
entretien, d’une installation ou d’une modification incorrects.
f) Défauts ou dommages causés par des déversements d’aliments
ou de liquides, la corrosion, la rouille ou l’utilisation d’une tension
incorrecte.
g) Rayures ou dommages sur les surfaces en plastique et sur toutes
les autres pièces exposées à l’extérieur résultant d’une utilisation
normale par le client.
6. Cette garantie est nulle dans les cas suivants :
a) Si le numéro de série sur le boîtier de la montre a été enlevé,
modifié ou rendu illisible.
b) Suite à des tentatives d’ouvrir l’horloge et/ou de remplacer la carte
SIM ou la batterie intégrée.
c) Suite à des dommages causés par l’exposition à l’eau ou
l’immersion dans l’eau (excepté l’exposition / l’immersion dans
le cadre d’une utilisation normale de la montre, c’est-à-dire une
douche ou la baignade dans de l’eau calme).
d) En l’absence de preuve d’achat.
7. À l’exception de ce qui est expressément garanti ci-dessus,
Smartwatcher ne concède aucune autre garantie, expresse
ou implicite, par la loi ou autrement, concernant le produit, son
aptitude à un usage particulier ou autre. Dans la mesure permise
par la législation locale, Smartwatcher n’est pas responsable de
toute perte d’utilisation du produit, de tout inconvénient, perte
ou autre dommage consécutif découlant de l’utilisation ou de
l’incapacité d’utiliser le produit ou de la violation de toute garantie
explicite ou implicite.

1. COME INIZIARE
Caricare completamente l’orologio prima di utilizzarlo per la
prima volta. Solitamente ci vogliono circa due ore per ricaricare
completamente l’orologio. Non è necessario rimuovere l’orologio

5. COME ATTIIVARE UN ALLARME

danneggiato in altro modo. Non toccare il caricabatterie, il cavo di
alimentazione o l’orologio con le mani bagnate. Se il caricabatterie
è stato esposto ad acqua, altri liquidi o umidità eccessiva, portarlo
in un centro di assistenza autorizzato per l’ispezione.

GARANZIA
Smartwatcher fornisce una garanzia in conformità con le leggi nazionali
che regolano la vendita di beni di consumo e garantisce contro i difetti
relativi a materiali e fabbricazione in condizioni di utilizzo conformi al
manuale utente durante il periodo di garanzia.
1. La garanzia è fornita in conformità con le leggi locali applicabili
ed è valida per un periodo standard di ventiquattro (24) mesi per
l’orologio e sei (6) mesi per la batteria ricaricabile e il caricabatterie
dalla data originale di acquisto del prodotto ed è applicabile solo
se l’orologio è stato acquistato presso un rivenditore autorizzato
in uno stato membro dell’Unione Europea, Islanda, Norvegia,
Liechtenstein o Svizzera.
2. Durante il periodo di garanzia, Smartwatcher o la sua rete di
assistenza autorizzata riparerà o sostituirà, a discrezione di
Smartwatcher, l’orologio o parte di esso nell’eventualità che
il prodotto sia riscontrato come difettoso. La riparazione o la
sostituzione possono richiedere un’unità o materiali ricondizionati
funzionalmente equivalenti. Tutte le parti sostituite diventeranno
proprietà di Smartwatcher.
3. Salvo differenti leggi locali, l’esecuzione di una riparazione e/o
sostituzione, alle condizioni previste dalla presente garanzia, non
comporta estensione della stessa nè il rinnovo dei suoi termini di
decorrenza.
4. Al consumatore può essere richiesto di fornire la prova d’acquisto
originale con informazioni sulla data e il luogo dell’acquisto e
l’imballaggio originale. Se queste informazioni non vengono
fornite, o fossero incomplete o rese intenzionalmente illeggibili,
Smartwatcher si riserva il diritto di rifiutare il servizio di garanzia.
5. La garanzia non copre i danni derivanti da una o più delle seguenti
cause:
a) Normale usura dell’orologio o parti di esso.

b) Qualsiasi operazione di smontaggio, riparazione, alterazione o
modifica non autorizzata
c) Difetti e danni dovuti all’uso diverso da quello normale e consueto.
d) Uso improprio, abuso, negligenza o incidente, indipendentemente
dalla causa.
e) Difetto o danno derivante da test, operazioni, manutenzione,
installazione o alterazioni improprie.
f) Difetti o danni dovuti a versamento di cibo o liquidi, corrosione,
ruggine o uso di tensioni errate.
g) Graffi o danni alle superfici in plastica e a tutte le altre parti esposte
derivanti dal normale utilizzo da parte del cliente.
6. La presente garanzia sarà annullata in uno dei seguenti eventi:
a) Se il numero di serie sulla scatola è stato rimosso, alterato o reso
illeggibile in alcun modo.
b) Tentativi di aprire l’orologio e / o sostituire la scheda SIM
incorporata e / o la batteria
c) Danni causati dall’esposizione all’acqua o dall’immersione
nell’acqua (a meno che l’esposizione / l’immersione non facciano
parte del normale utilizzo, ovvero facendo una doccia o facendo il
bagno in acqua calma mentre si indossa l’orologio).
d) Senza alcuna prova di acquisto.
7. Fatta eccezione per la garanzia esplicita riportata sopra,
Smartwatcher non concede altre garanzie, esplicite o implicite, per
legge o altro, per quanto riguarda il prodotto o l’idoneità per scopi
particolari. Nella misura consentita dalle leggi locali, Smartwatcher
non sarà responsabile per la perdita di possibilità di utilizzo del
prodotto, inconveniente, perdita o qualsiasi altro danno derivanti
dall’utilizzo o dall’impossibilità di utilizzare il prodotto o per la
violazione di qualsiasi garanzia implicita o espressa.

Bezoek register.smartwatcher.com en volg de instructies op de
website. Tijdens het registratieproces kiest en abonneert u zich op
de hulpdiensten van uw voorkeur. Om uw horloge te registreren,
heeft u het serienummer en het telefoonnummer of SIM-ID van
het horloge nodig, die op het display van uw horloge verschijnen
(zodra het is ingeschakeld).
4. ACTIVEER UW NOODOPROEP HORLOGE
VOLGENS DE INSTRUCTIES IN UW E-MAIL
Zodra u de registratie op register.smartwatcher.com heeft voltooid,
ontvangt u een activeringsmail. Volg de instructies in deze e-mail.
Stel het noodoproep horloge in volgens uw voorkeuren in het
portaal voor horlogebeheer. Ga voor verdere instructies of hulp
naar www.smartwatcher.com/support.

Houd de rode knop (c/2) een paar seconden ingedrukt (de
waarschuwingsfunctie werkt alleen nadat bovenstaande
