1 General safety instructions
This section includes security instructions which may help prevent the
injuries and material damage risks. All kinds of warranties shall be invalid if
these instructions are not observed.
1.1 Life and property safety
uNever place the product on a carpet-covered floor. Electrical parts will get
overheated since air cannot circulate from under the device. This will cause
problemswithyourproduct.
uUnplug the product if it is not in use.
u Alwayshavetheinstallationandrepairingprocedurescarriedoutbythe
Authorized Service Agent. Manufacturer shall not be held liable for damages
thatmayarisefromprocedurescarriedoutbyunauthorizedpersons.
u Thewatersupplyanddraininghosesmustbesecurelyfastenedandremain
undamaged.Otherwise,waterleakmayoccur.
uWhile there is still water inside the product, never open the loading door or
removethefilter.Otherwise,riskoffloodingandinjuryfromhotwaterwill
occur.
uDo not force open the locked loading door. Door can be opened a few
minutesafterthewashingcycleends.Incaseofforcingtheloadingdoorto
open,thedoorandthelockmechanismmaygetdamaged.
uUse detergents, softeners and supplements suitable for automatic washing
machinesonly.
uFollow the instructions on the label of textiles and the detergent package.
1.2 Children's safety
u Thisproductcanbeusedby thechildren whoare atthe ageof8and
over and the people whose physical, sensory or mental skills are not
fully developed or who do not have necessary required experience and
knowledgeaslongastheyaresupervisedortrainedaboutthesafeuseof
theproductanditsrisks.Childrenshouldnotplaywiththedevice.Cleaning
andmaintenanceworksshouldnotbeperformedbychildrenunlessthey
aresupervisedbysomeone.Childrenoflessthan3yearsshouldbekept
awayunlesscontinuouslysupervised.

uThis product is designed to resume operating in the event of powering
onafterapowerinterruption.Ifyouwishtocanceltheprogramme,see
"Cancelling the programme" section.
u Plugtheproductintoagroundedoutletprotectedbya16Afuse.Donot
neglecttohavethegroundinginstallationmadebyaqualifiedelectrician.
Ourcompanyshallnotbeliableforanydamagesthatwillarisewhenthe
product is used without grounding in accordance with the local regulations.
u Donotwashtheproductbysprayingorpouringwaterontoit!Riskofelectric
shock!
uNever touch the power cable plug with wet hands! Do not grab the power
cordtounplugthemachine,alwaysunplugitbyholdingthesocketwithone
hand, and pulling the plug with the other hand.
uProduct should be unplugged during installation, maintenance, cleaning
and repair procedures.
u Ifthepowercableisdamaged,itmustbereplacedbythemanufacturer,
aftersalesserviceorasimilarlyqualifiedperson(preferablyanelectrician)
orsomeonedesignatedbytheimporterinordertoavoidpossiblerisks.
1.4 Hot surface safety
Whilewashingthelaundryathightemperatures,
the loading door glass will get hot. Considering
this fact, during washing operation keep the
children away from the loading door of the
product to prevent them touching it.

2.1 Compliance with WEEE Directive
This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU). This product bears a
classificationsymbolforwasteelectricalandelectronicequipment(WEEE).
Thisproducthasbeenmanufacturedwithhighqualitypartsandmaterialswhichcanbe
reusedandaresuitableforrecycling.Donotdisposeofthewasteproductwithnormal
domestic and other wastes at the end of its service life. Take it to the collection center for

4.1 Installation
• Applytothenearestauthorizedserviceagentfortheinstallationofyourproduct.
• Preparationofthelocationandelectrical,tapwaterandwastewaterinstallationsattheplaceofinstallation
isundercustomer'sresponsibility.
• Makesurethatthewaterinletanddischargehosesaswellasthepowercablearenotfolded,pinchedor
crushed while pushing the product into its place after installation or cleaning procedures.
• Makesurethattheinstallationandelectricalconnectionsoftheproductareperformedbyauthorized
service.Manufacturershallnotbeheldliablefordamagesthatmayarisefromprocedurescarriedoutby
unauthorized persons.
• Priortoinstallation,visuallycheckiftheproducthasanydefectsonit.Ifso,donothaveitinstalled.
Damagedproductscauserisksforyoursafety.
4.1.1 Appropriate installation location
• Placetheproductonahardandlevelfloor.Donotputitontoacarpetwithhighpileorothersimilar
surfaces.
• Whenthewashingmachineanddrierareplacedontopofeachother,theirtotalweight–whenloaded–
amountsto180kilograms.Placetheproductonasolidandflatfloorthathassufficientloadcarrying
capacity!
• Donotplacetheproductonthepowercable.
• Donotinstalltheproductintheenvironmentswherethetemperaturefallsbelow0ºC.
• Leaveaminimumspaceof1cmbetweenthemachineandthefurniture.
• Onagraduatedfloor,donotplacetheproductnexttotheedgeoronaplatform.
4.1.2 Removing packaging reinforcement
Tilt the machine backwards to remove the packaging reinforcement.
Removethepackagingreinforcementbypullingtheribbon.Donotmake
thisoperationalonebyyourself.
4.1.3 Removing the transportation locks
1 Looseallboltswithanappropriatewrenchuntiltheyturnfreely (C).
2 Removethetransportsafetyboltsbyturningthemslightly.
3 Insert the plastic covers in the bag containing the user manual to the openings on the rear panel. (P)
ACAUTION: Removethetransportationsafetyboltsbeforeoperatingthewashingmachine!Otherwise,theproductwillbe
damaged.
CKeepthetransportationsafetyboltsinasafeplacetoreusewhenthewashingmachineneedstobemovedagaininthe
future.
Installthetransportsafetyboltsinreverseorderofthedisassemblyprocedure.
Nevermovetheproductwithoutthetransportationsafetyboltsproperlyfixedinplace!

4.1.4 Connecting water supply

Thewatersupplypressurerequiredtoruntheproductisbetween1to10bars(0.1–1MPa).Itisnecessarytohave
10–80litersofwaterflowingfromthefullyopentapinoneminutetohaveyourmachinerunsmoothly.Attachapressure
reducing valve if water pressure is higher.
Ifyouaregoingtousethedoublewater-inletproductasasingle(cold)water-inletunit,youmustinstallthesuppliedstopper
to the hot water valve before operating the product. (Applies for the products supplied with a blind stopper group.)
ACAUTION: Modelswithasinglewaterinletshouldnotbeconnectedtothehotwatertap.Insuchacasethelaundrywill
get damaged or the product will switch to protection mode and will not operate.
CAUTION: Donotuseoldorusedwaterinlethosesonthenewproduct.Itmaycausestainsonyourlaundry.
Connectthespecialwatersupplyhosessuppliedwiththeproducttothewaterinletsonthe
product.Redhose(left)(max.90ºC)isforhotwaterinlet,bluehose(right)(max.25ºC)is
for cold water inlet.
Makesurethatthehotandcoldwatertapsareconnectedcorrectlywhentheproductis
beinginstalled.Otherwise,yourlaundrywillcomeouthotattheendofthewashingprocess
and wear out.
1 Tightenthenutsofthehosebyhand.Neveruseatoolwhen
tightening the nuts.
2 When hose connection is completed, check whether there is leak
problemsattheconnectionpointsbyopeningthetapsfully.Ifany
leaks occur, turn off the tap and remove the nut. Retighten the nut
carefullyaftercheckingtheseal.Inordertopreventthewaterleaks
andresultantdamages,keepthetapsclosedwhenyoudonotuse
the product.
4.1.5 Connecting the drain hose to the drain
• Attachtheendofthedrainhosedirectlytowastewaterdrain,lavatoryorbathtub.
ACAUTION: Your drain house will be flooded if the hose comes out of its housing during water discharge. Moreover, there
is risk of scalding due to high washing temperatures! In order to prevent such situations and make sure that the machine
performswaterintakeanddischargeprocesseswithoutanyproblem,fixthedrainhosesecurely.

•Connectthedrainhosetoaminimumheightof40cm
and a maximum height of 100 cm.
•Incasethedrainhoseiselevatedafterlayingitonthe
floor level or close to the ground (less than 40 cm above
the ground), water discharge becomes more difficult and
thelaundrymaycomeoutexcessivelywet.Therefore,
follow the heights described in the figure.
• Topreventthewastewatertogobackintothemachineagainandtoensureeasydrainage,donotimmerse
the end of the hose into the waste water or do not insert it into the drain for more than 15 cm. If it is too
long, cut it short.
• Theendofthehoseshouldnotbebent,itshouldnotbesteppedonandthehosemustnotbepinched
between the drain and the machine.
• Ifthelengthofthehoseistooshort,useitbyaddinganoriginalextensionhose.Lengthofthehosemay
not be longer than 3.2 m. To avoid water leak failures, the connection between the extension hose and the
drain hose of the product must be fitted well with an appropriate clamp as not to come off and leak.

4.1.6 Adjusting the feet
ACAUTION: Inordertoensurethattheproductoperatesmoresilentlyandvibration-free,itmuststandlevelandbalanced
onitsfeet.Balancethemachinebyadjustingthefeet.Otherwise,theproductmaymovefromitsplaceandcausecrushing
and vibration problems.
CAUTION: Donotuseanytoolstoloosenthelocknuts.Otherwise,theywillgetdamaged.
1 Loosenthelocknutsonthefeetbyhand.
2 Adjustthefeetuntiltheproductstandsinastableandbalancedway.
3. Tightenalllocknutsbyhandagain.
4.1.7 Electrical connection
Connecttheproducttoagroundedoutletprotectedbya16Afuse.Ourcompanyshallnotbeliableforany
damages that will arise when the product is used without grounding in accordance with the local regulations.
• Connectionmustcomplywithnationalregulations.
• Powercableplugmustbewithineasyreachafterinstallation.
• Ifthecurrentvalueofthefuseorbreakerinthehouseislessthan16Amps,haveaqualifiedelectrician
install a 16 Amp fuse.
• Thevoltagespecifiedinthe"Technicalspecifications"sectionmustbeequaltoyourmainsvoltage.
• Donotmakeconnectionsviaextensioncablesormulti-plugs.
BCAUTION: DamagedpowercablesmustbereplacedbytheAuthorizedServiceAgents.
4.1.8 Initial use
Before starting to use the product make sure that the preparations are
madewhichareinlinewiththe“ImportantSafetyandEnvironment
Instructions” and the instructions in the “Installation” section.
Topreparetheproductforwashinglaundry,performfirstoperation
inDrumCleaningprogramme.Ifthisprogramisnotavailableinyour
machine,applythemethodwhichisdescribedinthesection4.4.2.
CUse an anti-limescale suitable for the washing machines.
Somewatermighthaveremainedintheproductduetothequalitycontrolprocessesintheproduction.Itisnotharmfulfor
the product.

4.2 Preparation
4.2.1 Sorting the laundry
* Sortlaundryaccordingtotypeoffabric,color,anddegreeofsoilingandallowablewatertemperature.
* Alwaysobeytheinstructionsgivenonthegarmenttags.
4.2.2 Preparing laundry for washing
• Laundryitemswithmetalattachmentssuchas,underwiredbras,beltbucklesormetalbuttonswilldamage
themachine.Removethemetalpiecesorwashtheclothesbyputtingtheminalaundrybagorpillowcase.
• Takeoutallsubstancesinthepocketssuchascoins,pensandpaperclips,andturnpocketsinsideoutand
brush.Suchobjectsmaydamagetheproductorcausenoiseproblem.
• Putsmallsizeclothessuchasinfant'ssocksandnylonstockingsinalaundrybagorpillowcase.
• Placecurtainsinwithoutcompressingthem.Removecurtainattachmentitems.
• Fastenzippers,sewloosebuttonsandmendripsandtears.
• Wash“machinewashable”or“handwashable”labeledproductsonlywithanappropriateprogramme.
• Donotwashcoloursandwhitestogether.New,darkcolouredcottonsreleasealotofdye.Washthem
separately.
• Toughstainsmustbetreatedproperlybeforewashing.Ifunsure,checkwithadrycleaner.
• Onlyusethedyes/colorchangersanddescalingagentswhichareappropriatetomachinewash.Always
follow the instructions on the package.
• Washtrousersanddelicatelaundryturnedinsideout.
• KeeplaundryitemsmadeofAngorawoolinthefreezerforafewhoursbeforewashing.Thiswillreduce
pilling.
• Laundrythataresubjectedtomaterialssuchasflour,limedust,milkpowder,etc.intenselymustbeshaken
offbeforeplacingintothemachine.Suchdustsandpowdersonthelaundrymaybuildupontheinnerparts
of the machine in time and can cause damage.
4.2.3 Things to be done for energy saving
Followinginformationwillhelpyouusetheproductinanecologicalandenergy-efficientmanner.
• Operatetheproductinthehighestcapacityallowedbytheprogrammeyouhaveselected,butdonot
overload; see, "Programme and consumption table". See, “Programme and consumption table"
• Alwaysfollowtheinstructionsonthedetergentpackaging.
• Washslightlysoiledlaundryatlowtemperatures.
• Usefasterprogrammesforsmallquantitiesoflightlysoiledlaundry.
• Donotuseprewashandhightemperaturesforlaundrythatisnotheavilysoiledorstained.
• Ifyouplantodryyourlaundryinadryer,selectthehighestspinspeedrecommendedduringwashing
process.
• Donotusemoredetergentthantherecommendedamountspecifiedonitspackage.
4.2.4 Loading the laundry
1.Openthelaundrycover.
2.Putthelaundryitemsintothemachineinaloosemanner.
3.Pushandclosetheloadingcoveruntilyouhearthelockingsound.Ensurethatnoitemsarecaughtinthe
door.Theloadingdoorislockedwhileaprogrammeisrunning.Thedoorcanonlybeopenedawhileafter
the programme comes to an end.
4.2.5 Correct load capacity
Themaximumloadcapacitydependsonthetypeoflaundry,thedegreeofsoilingandthewashing
programme desired.
Machineautomaticallyadjuststhewateramountaccordingtotheweightofthelaundryputinsideit.
AWARNING: Follow the information in the “Programme and consumption table”. When overloaded, machine's washing
performancewilldrop.Moreover,noiseandvibrationproblemsmayoccur.

4.2.6 Using detergent and softener

Whenusingdetergent,softener,starch,fabricdye,bleacheranddecolorant,descalingagents;readthemanufacturer's
instructions written on the package and follow the dosages specified. Use measuring cup if available.

The detergent drawer is composed of three compartments:
– (1) for prewash
– (2) for main wash
– (3) for softener
– ( ) in addition, there is a siphon piece in the softener compartment.
Detergent, softener and other cleaning agents
• Adddetergentandsoftenerbeforestartingthewashingprogramme.
• Whilethewashingcycleisinprogress,donotleavethedetergentdispenseropen!
• Whenusingaprogrammewithoutprewash,donotputanydetergentintotheprewashcompartment
(compartment nr. "1").
• Inaprogrammewithprewash,donotputliquiddetergentintotheprewashcompartment(compartmentnr.
"1").
• Donotselectaprogrammewithprewashifyouareusingadetergentbagordispensingball.Placethe
detergentbagorthedispensingballdirectlyamongthelaundryinthemachine.
Ifyouareusingliquiddetergent,donotforgettoplacetheliquiddetergentcontainerintothemainwash
compartment (compartment number “2”).
Choosing the detergent type
Detergenttypetobeuseddependsonthefabrictypeandcolor.
• Usedifferentdetergentsforcolouredandwhitelaundry.
• Washyourdelicateclothesonlywithspecialdetergents(liquiddetergent,woolshampoo,etc.)usedsolely
for delicate clothes.
• Whenwashingdarkcolouredclothesandquilts,itisrecommendedtouseliquiddetergent.
• Washwoolenswithspecialdetergentmadespecificallyforwoolens.
ACAUTION: Useonlydetergentsmanufacturedspecificallyforwashingmachines.
CAUTION: Do not use soap powder.
Adjusting detergent amount
Theamountofwashingdetergenttobeuseddependsontheamountoflaundry,thedegreeofsoilingand
water hardness.
• Donotuseamountsexceedingthedosagequantitiesrecommendedonthedetergentpackagetoavoid
problemsofexcessivefoam,poorrinsing,financialsavingsandfinally,environmentalprotection.
• Uselesserdetergentforsmallamountsorlightlysoiledclothes.
Using softeners
Pour the softener into the softener compartment of the detergent drawer.
• Donotexceedthe(>max<)levelsignonthesoftenercompartment.
• Ifthesoftenerhaslostitsfluidity,diluteitwithwaterbeforeputtingitinthedetergentdrawer.
Using liquid detergents
If the product contains a liquid detergent cup:
• Puttheliquiddetergentcontainerintothe
compartment no “2”.
• Iftheliquiddetergentlostitsfluidity,diluteit
with water before putting it into the detergent
container.

If the product does not contain a liquid detergent cup:
• Donotuseliquiddetergentfortheprewashinaprogrammewithprewash.
• LiquiddetergentstainsyourclotheswhenusedwithDelayedStartfunction.Ifyouaregoingtousethe
DelayedStartfunction,donotuseliquiddetergent.
Using gel and tablet detergent
• Ifthegeldetergentthicknessisfluidalandyourmachinedoesnotcontainaspecialliquiddetergentcup,
putthegeldetergentintothemainwashdetergentcompartmentduringfirstwaterintake.Ifyourmachine
contains a liquid detergent cup, fill the detergent into this cup before starting the programme.
• Ifthegeldetergentthicknessisnotfluidalorintheshapeofcapsuleliquidtablet,putitdirectlyintothe
drum before washing.
• Puttabletdetergentsintothemainwashcompartment(compartmentnr."2")ordirectlyintothedrum
before washing.
Using starch
• Puttheliquidsoda,powdersodaorthefabricdyeintothesoftenercompartment.
Donotusesoftenerandstarchtogetherinawashingcycle.
Wipe the inside of the machine with a damp and clean cloth after using starch.
Using limescale remover
•Whenrequired,uselimescaleremoversmanufacturedspecificallyforwashingmachinesonly.
Using bleaches
Addthebleachatthebeginningofthewashingcyclebyselectingaprewashprogram.Donotputdetergent
in the prewash compartment. As an alternative application, select a programme with extra rinse and add
the bleaching agent while the machine is taking water from the detergent compartment during first rinsing
step.
• Donotusebleachingagentanddetergentbymixingthem.
• Usejustalittleamount(approx.50ml)ofbleachingagentandrinsetheclothesverywellasitcausesskin
irritation.Donotpourthebleachontothelaundryanddonotuseitwiththecoloreditems.
• Whenusingoxygen-baseddecolorant,selectaprogramwhichwashesthelaundryatalowtemperature.
• Oxygen-baseddecolorantcanbeusedwiththedetergent;however,ifitisnotatthesameconsistence,first
put detergent in the compartment number “2” in the detergent dispenser and wait for the machine to flush
the detergent when taking in water. While the machine continues taking in water, add decolorant in the
same compartment.

Todecreasethespinspeed,presstheSpinSpeedAdjustmentbutton.Spinspeeddecreasesgradually.
Then,dependingonthemodeloftheproduct,"RinseHold"and"NoSpin"optionsappearonthedisplay.See

Rinse Hold
Ifyouarenotgoingtounloadyourclothesimmediatelyaftertheprogrammecompletes,youcanuserinse
holdfunctiontokeepyourlaundryinthefinalrinsingwaterinordertopreventthemfromgettingwrinkled

4.3.7 Auxiliary function selection
Selectthedesiredauxiliaryfunctionsbeforestartingtheprogramme.
Wheneveraprogrammeisselected,ifarelevantauxiliaryfunctionisselecteditsrelatedindicatorlightwill
illuminate.
CIndicatorlightsoftheauxiliaryfunctionsthatarenotallowedtobeselectedwiththecurrentprogrammewillflashandanaudio
warning is given.
Furthermore,youmayalsoselectorcancelauxiliaryfunctionsthataresuitabletotherunningprogramme
afterthewashingcyclestarts.Ifthewashcyclehasreachedapointwherenoauxiliaryfunctioncanbe
selected,anaudiowarningwillbegivenandtherelatedauxiliaryfunction'slightwillflash.
CSomefunctionscannotbeselectedtogether.Ifasecondauxiliaryfunctionconflictingwiththefirstoneisselectedbefore
startingthemachine,thefunctionselectedfirstwillbecanceledandthesecondauxiliaryfunctionselectionwillremainactive.

4.3.8 End Time
WiththeEndTimefunction,thestartupoftheprogrammemaybedelayedupto24hours.Afterpressing
EndTimebutton,theprogramme'sestimatedendingtimeisdisplayed.IftheEndTimeisadjusted,EndTime
indicator is illuminated.
In order for the End Time function to be activated and the programme to be completed at the end of the
specifiedtime,youmustpressStart/Pausebuttonafteradjustingthetime.
IfyouwanttocancelEndTimefunction,pressOn/Offbuttontoturnoffandonthemachine.
CDo not useliquiddetergentswhenyouactivateEndTimefunction!Thereistheriskofstainingoftheclothes.

When the End Time selection is completed, the time appears on the screen consists of end time plus the duration of the
selected programme.

4.3.9 Starting the programme
1. Press Start / Pause button to start the programme.
2. Programme follow-up light showing the startup of the programme will turn on.
CIfnoprogrammeisstartedornokeyispressedwithin1-10minuteduringprogrammeselectionprocess,themachinewill
switchtoOFFmode.Displayandallindicatorsareturnedoff.
SelectedprogrammedatawillbedisplayedifyoupressOn/Offbutton.
4.3.10 Loading door lock
Thereisalockingsystemontheloadingdoorofthemachinethatpreventsopeningofthedoorincaseswhen
the water level is unsuitable.
"Door Locked" LED in the panel turns on when the loading door is locked.
4.3.11 Changing the selections after the programme has started
Aftertheprogrammehasstartedyoucanmakethefollowingchanges.
4.3.11.1 Switching the machine to pause mode:
Press the Start/Pause button to switch the machine to pause mode while a programme is running. The light
indicating the Start/Pause status and programme step starts flashing on the Programme Follow-up indicator
to show that the machine has been switched to the pause mode. Also, Loading Door light will also flash until
thedoorisreadytobeopened.Whentheloadingdoorisreadytobeopenedloadingdoorlightwillwillturnoff
and programme step indicator and Start / Stop LED continue to flash.
Also,whentheloadingdoorisreadytobeopened,LoadingDoorlightwillalsoturnoffinadditiontothe
programme step light.
4.3.11.2 Changing the auxiliary function, speed and temperature
Dependingonthesteptheprogrammehasreached,youcancancelorselecttheauxiliaryfunctions.See,
"Auxiliaryfunctionselection".
You can also change the speed and temperature settings. See, "Spin speed selection" and "Temperature
selection".
CIf no change is allowed, the relevant light will flash for 3 times.
4.3.11.3 Adding or taking out laundry
1. Press the Start / Pause button to switch the machine to pause mode. The programme follow-up light of the
relevant step during which the machine was switched into the pause mode will flash.
2. Wait until the Loading Door can be opened.
3.OpentheLoadingDoorandaddortakeoutthelaundry.
5. Close the Loading Door.
6.Makechangesinauxiliaryfunctions,temperatureandspeedsettingsifnecessary.
7. Press Start/Pause button to start the machine.
4.3.12 Child Lock
UseChildLockfunctiontopreventchildrenfromtamperingwiththemachine.Thusyoucanavoidanychanges
in a running programme.
CYou can switch on and off the machine with On / OffbuttonwhentheChildLockisactive.Whenyouswitchonthemachine
again, programme will resume from where it has stopped.

4.3.12.1 To activate the child lock:
Press and hold Auxiliary Function button2for3seconds.Intheprogrammeselectiondisplayonthepanel,
"CL On" light will turn on. You can release Auxiliary Function button 2 whenthiswarningisdisplayed.
4.3.12.2 To deactivate the child lock:
Press and hold Auxiliary Function button2for3seconds.Intheprogrammeselectiondisplayonthepanel,
"CL Off" light will turn on.
4.3.13 Canceling the programme
The programme is cancelled when the machine is turned off and on again. Press and hold On / Off button for
3 seconds.
CIfyoupressOn / Off button when the Child Lock is enabled, the programme will not be cancelled. You should cancel the
Child Lock first.
Ifyouwanttoopentheloadingdoorafteryouhavecancelledtheprogrammebutitisnotpossibletoopentheloadingdoor
since the water level in the machine is above the loading door opening, then turn the Programme Selection knob to
Pump+Spin programme and discharge the water in the machine.
4.3.14 End of programme
EndLEDappearsonthedisplaywhentheprogrammeiscompleted.
Ifyoudonotpressanybuttonfor10minutes,themachinewillswitchtoOFFmode.Displayandallindicators
are turned off.
CompletedprogrammestepswillbedisplayedifyoupressOn/Offbutton.
4.3.15 Your machine features "Standby Mode".
AfteryouswitchonyourmachinewithOn-Offbutton,ifnoprogramisstartedornootherprocedureis
performed at the selection step or no action is taken within approx. 10 minutes after the selected program
ends,yourmachinewillswitchtoOFFmodeautomatically.Displayandallindicatorsareturnedoff.Selected
programmedatawillbedisplayedifyoupressOn/Offbutton.Beforeyoustarttheprogram,checkthe
accuracyofyourselections.Ifnecessary,repeatthem.Thisisnotanerror.

4.4 Maintenance and cleaning
Servicelifeofproductextendsandfrequentlyexperiencedproblemswillbereducedifitiscleanedatregular
intervals.
4.4.1 Cleaning the detergent drawer
Cleanthedetergentdraweratregularintervals(every4-5washingcycles)as
shown below in order to prevent accumulation of powder detergent in time.
Lift the rear part of the siphon to remove it as illustrated.
If more than normal amount of water and softener mixture starts to gather in the
softener compartment, the siphon must be cleaned.
1 Pressthedottedpointonthesiphoninthesoftenercompartmentandpulltowardsyouuntilthe
compartment is removed from the machine.
2. Washthedetergentdrawerandthesiphonwithplentyoflukewarmwaterinawashbasin.Inorderto
preventtheresiduestocontactyourskin,cleanitwithanappropriatebrushbywearingapairofgloves.
3 Insert the drawer back into its place after cleaning and make sure that it is seated well.
4.4.2 Cleaning the loading door and the drum
For products with drum cleaning programme, please see Operating the product - Programmes.
For products without drum cleaning, follow the below steps to clean the drum:
Select Additional Water or Extra Rinseauxiliaryfunctions.UseaCottons programme without pre-wash.
Set the temperature to the level recommended on the drum cleaning agent which can be provided
from authorized services.Applythisprocedure without any laundry in the product. Before starting the
programme, put 1 pouch of special drum cleaning agent (if the special agent could not be supplied, put max.
100 g of powder anti-limescale) into the main wash detergent compartment (compartment no. „2“). If the anti-
limescaleisintabletform,putonlyonetabletintothemainwashcompartmentno.„2“.Drytheinsideofthe
bellow with a clean piece of cloth after the programme has come to an end.
CRepeatDrumCleaningprocessinevery2months.
Use an anti-limescale suitable for the washing machines.
Aftereverywashingmakesurethatnoforeignsubstanceisleftinthedrum.
If the holes on the bellow shown in the figure is blocked, open the holes using a
toothpick.
Foreign metal substances will cause rust stains in the drum. Clean the stains on the
drumsurfacebyusingcleaningagentsforstainlesssteel.
Never use steel wool or wire wool. These will damage the painted, chromated and
plastic surfaces.
4.4.3 Cleaning the body and control panel
Wipethebodyofthemachinewithsoapywaterornon-corrosivemildgeldetergentsasnecessary,anddry
with a soft cloth.
Useonlyasoftanddampclothtocleanthecontrolpanel.
