will help you to usingthis lifting electric wheelchair fluently . If you can not fully

This manual describes in more detail the basic principles and characteristics of the Solax-lift
electric wheelchair, the main components and the functions, safety requirements and
operating instructions of each part, the instructions and precautions for the use of the battery,
the handling of the emergency, Care and maintenance. The following symbols will be covered in
this manual, the need for warning content and the need for special attention to be

Solax-lift electric wheelchair is used by the user to control the forward, backward, turn left, turn
right, and master the speed of the speed, so the user must have the following capabilities:

Safety instructions:
1. Can not drive the electric wheelchair on the motorway.
2. Do not drink before using the lifting electric wheelchair.
3. Do not take any mechanical or electronic device on the lifting electric wheelchair privately;
otherwise it will cause personal injury.
4. Do not travel at a slope greater than 15º.
5. Do not dive the wheelchair when the span is over than 100mm.
6. Can not be forced to cross the height of more than 50mm steps.
7. Please do not run on ice, slippery ground or saline land, otherwise it may cause

1. The electric wheelchair is driven by left and right motors, one hand operation forward,
back, turn left, turn right, due to drive the rear of the motor, there is no sense of vertigo
when turning.

4.1 Upper controller (Figure 3):The settings on the upper controller are:
a. Battery indicator light:The green light is full of battery power. Only the red light is on battery
power is insufficient, you need to recharge the battery.
b. Power Switch:Press the switch to turn on the power, and then press the button to turn off
the power.
c. Horn button:Press the button, it will ring; release the button, it will stop.

d. Speed indicator, Speed control button [-],Speed control button [+]:When press the speed
control button [+], speed indicator displays right, indicates enter the fast mode. When press the
speed control button [-], speed indicator displays left, indicates enter the slow mode.
e. Direction control lever:When moving the direction control lever forward,
the power wheelchair goes forward; the greater the movement, the faster the forward speed.
When moving the direction control lever backward, the power wheelchair goes backward; the
greater the movement, the faster the backward speed. When moving the direction control lever
right, the power wheelchair turns right; the greater the movement, the faster the speed to
turn right. When moving the direction control lever left, the power wheelchair turns left; the
greater the movement, the faster the speed to turn left.
f. In the bottom of the upper controller has a charging jack, charging the charger plug into the
hole for charging when the power of the vehicle is insufficient. (Figure 4)

g. Release the lock knob, according to the user's arm length, can adjust the upper controller
assembly moves forward and backward, to its suitable position and then lock. (Figure 5)
4.2 Seat lifting、front and rear lights control:
When you need the seat lifting, you can hand out the control box from the top of the controller.
(Figure 6) When you have finished handling, move the control box underneath the controller.

Warning: Do not place the controller in a humid environment. If the upper controller
is wet, ensure that it is completely dry before operating

Specific steps (Figure 8):
Firstly, press the remote control button, buzzer beep sound, which will open the remote control
box. And then if you want to seat up, press the seat lifting button, the seat starts to rise, release
the button to stop. Also, if you want the seat to descend, press the seat down button, the seat
starts to drop, release the button to stop.
When you are lifting or descending, you can only hear the sound of the lifter, but you can not
feel the movement of the seat, it indicates that the lift or fall is already in place. When you need
to switch the front and rear lights, press the front and rear lights button, press the button to
open, and then click to close. When you want to end this series of operations, please press the
remote control button again, the buzzer beep twice, and then rotate the control box under the
controller.

When the left and right handles are moved to ENGAGE, the wheel chair is on the start mode;
when the left and right handles are moved to DISENGAGE, the wheelchair is on the push
mode.When you use the electric wheelchair climbing for a long time that cause overload, the
overload protection switch will disconnect, but after five minutes you can press the reset.

When the user needs to get off, you can put the pedal up to 90º to easy to get on and off.
8.1 Cleaning
●Control panel, shroud, etc. are all made by durable ABS plastic with baking finish on the
surface. Do not use oil or other chemical liquids to wipe the scooter. Do not use sharp brushes
to prevent surface scratches. In order to prevent the electrical components from damage, do not
wash the scooter from the tap directly. Only clean cloth can be used to directly wipe the
appearance.
●Wheels can not use oil or other organic chemical liquids when you are wiping the scooter. Do
not rinse directly with water but can wipe with a clean cloth or wipe with a soft brush.
●The seats can be wiped with clean rags on the surface or wiped with water at clean rags.
8.2 Maintenance
8.2.1 Basic maintenance for daily use:
● If you want to use it every day, check it yourself before using it. Just check whether there is
damage on appearance.
● There will be some electrical failure occasionally, but most of the situation can be solved
yourself. The main reason is that the battery is not fully charge or saturated or the performance
has fallen.
8.2.2 Basic maintenance for daily use:
8.2.2.1 Battery Electrode Connection:
● Make sure that the electrode of the battery is tightly connected to the electrode on the
vehicle body and is free from corrosion; (monthly)
● The battery must be placed in the battery compartment and the electrodes are tightly
connected (do not disassemble the battery compartment at will). (Per year)
8.2.2.2 Wire Connector:
● Check all exposed wire connections Regularly; (monthly)
● Check all exposed wire insulation regularly including charger plugs; (monthly)
● Repair or replace the damaged connector and connect the connector. (Per year)
8.2.2.3 The Key Screws or Nuts:
●Periodically check all exposed screws or nuts for loosening. (per month)
8.2.2.4 Solax Electric Wheelchair Bearings and Motors / Transmissions:
●The component has been filled with lubricating oil, closed use, no need to inject oil; (annual)
●Avoid all electrical components damp. Such as control panel, charger, electrical controller

When you buy a Solax- lift electric wheelchair and open the packing box, you will see the
wheelchair, an instruction, a charger, an AC line, a controller manual
As a result of long distance transportation, the power supply of the wheelchair is cut off from the
factory, so when you pull the Solax- lift electric wheelchair from the packing box, take the seat
down from the car first, then take the shell up, (Shell and frame is buckled by the front and rear
four buckles, slightly lift the shell, you can trip the shell, and then gently press down the shell
you can install it.) And then plug the battery connector (see Figure 12) and then restore the shell
and seat, insert the yellow controller connector into the plug, then you can read the instructions
to test your wheelchair.

●The car uses 24V / 30Ah lithium battery. The battery does not need to be maintained and
has a long service life. Charging with 24V / 5A charger, it is easy to use.
●When the battery is used for the first time, all the power in the battery must be used up, and
then charged until it is full.
●To be fully charged before traveling to make the Solax-lift electric wheelchair travel smoothly,
●When charging, please charge the charging plug according to the voltage in the country
where you are located. You can't charge the mismatched plug with too low or too high voltage to
prevent the charging from being damaged.
●If you do not use the car for a long time, please cut off the battery power of the car and pull
out the battery connector.
6.1 How to Charge the Battery
●After using the battery for a period of time, you should check the battery power in time, once
you found that the battery is very little, you should charge the battery in time, and otherwise the
car can not function properly.
6.1.1 Confirms that the starting power for the Solax- lift electric wheelchair has been turned off.
Position the charger, turn off the power switch on the charger, insert the charging plug into the
charging socket of the controller, as shown in Figure fourteen, and insert the other part into the
AC socket
6.1.2 Turn on the main power switch of the charger. The red light is turned on means the power
switch is on. When the orange light is on, it says it is charging. When saturated, the orange light
turns into a green light

Warning: The battery should be protected in freezing temperature! Do not charge the
frozen battery. Otherwise, it will damage the battery and may cause
personal injury.
WARNING: If Solax-S7102 is not used for a long time, the battery may have been
frozen. To re-use the scooter, it should be kept warming for several days
before charging.
6.1.3 Turn off the power switch first when the battery is fully charged. Then take out the AC input
power socket before you take out the DC charging connector.
6.1.4 If the red light is off when the main power switch is turned on, please check whether the
power plug is properly inserted, otherwise the fuse burns out;
6.1.5 Normally allows 6-8 hours for charging.
7.1 Trouble shooting for the scooter can not start
●Whether the brake lever switch to driving mode.
● Check that the battery is fully charged

8.1 Cleaning
●Control panel, shroud, etc. are all made by durable ABS plastic with baking finish on the
surface. Do not use oil or other chemical liquids to wipe the scooter. Do not use sharp brushes
to prevent surface scratches. In order to prevent the electrical components from damage, do not
wash the scooter from the tap directly. Only clean cloth can be used to directly wipe the
appearance.
●Wheels can not use oil or other organic chemical liquids when you are wiping the scooter. Do
not rinse directly with water but can wipe with a clean cloth or wipe with a soft brush.
●The seats can be wiped with clean rags on the surface or wiped with water at clean rags.
8.2 Maintenance
8.2.1 Basic maintenance for daily use:
● If you want to use it every day, check it yourself before using it. Just check whether there is
damage on appearance.
● There will be some electrical failure occasionally, but most of the situation can be solved
yourself. The main reason is that the battery is not fully charge or saturated or the performance
has fallen.
8.2.2 Basic maintenance for daily use:
8.2.2.1 Battery Electrode Connection:
● Make sure that the electrode of the battery is tightly connected to the electrode on the
vehicle body and is free from corrosion; (monthly)
● The battery must be placed in the battery compartment and the electrodes are tightly
connected (do not disassemble the battery compartment at will). (Per year)
8.2.2.2 Wire Connector:
● Check all exposed wire connections Regularly; (monthly)
● Check all exposed wire insulation regularly including charger plugs; (monthly)
● Repair or replace the damaged connector and connect the connector. (Per year)
8.2.2.3 The Key Screws or Nuts:
●Periodically check all exposed screws or nuts for loosening. (per month)
8.2.2.4 Solax Electric Wheelchair Bearings and Motors / Transmissions:
●The component has been filled with lubricating oil, closed use, no need to inject oil; (annual)
●Avoid all electrical components damp. Such as control panel, charger, electrical controller
and other components.
●If some components are damp, they must be dried before they can be used.
