This manual including: basic principle and characteristics of electric wheelchair, main
components and functions of each part, safety requirements and instructions, battery
instructions and matters needing attention, emergency treatment, car maintenance and
maintenance.
The following warning labels will be used throughout this manual,and the content and items
requiring special attention will be highlighted,and it will be critical for you to fully understand and
master them.

Safety advising
1.Do not drive a folding motorized wheelchair on the motorway.
2.Do not use folding motorized wheelchair after drinking.
3.Do not take any mechanical or electronic device in a folding motorized wheelchair, otherwise it
will cause personal iniury.
4. Do not drive on a slope greater than 15 or above.
5. Do not cross a groove with a span greater than 100mm.
6. Do not force a step beyond the height of 50mm.
7. Please do not drive on icy, slippery ground or salt ground, otherwise it may cause accidents
and personal injury.

In the front of the wheelchair are two square boxes, one of which is packed in the controller

4.Product features
4.1.1 The battery indicator shows the green light mean full of battery power, only the red
light need to charge the battery.
4.1.2 Power switch, press turn on power, then click turn off power.
4.1.3 Horn button key, press the button horn to play, release the button horn to stop.
4.1.4 Speed display lamp, speed adjustment button-on the left, speed adjustment button+
on the right, press button+the speed display light extend to the right, speed increase.
4.1.5 The direction control lever, Sticker.
Sticker intuitive control the wheel chair movement, in any directions you push it.
More range you push the sticker, the more speed the chair moving.
4.1.6 There is a charging jack under the controller for charging.
4.1.7 Remove the handle and adjust the controller assembly forward and backward
according to the length of the user’s arm.

4.2 Folding Remote
Folding
When switching to A, hold the B key of the remote control with your thumb, and the wheelchair
will begin to fold until the wheelchair is fully folded, then release the thumb.
There is a protection control of folding motor, if the folding/unfolding not complete, and no
further response after pushing remote button, Please check there is an obstacle block or A load
on the seat.

Problems in remote control or manual folding or in the absence of the battery,
need to manually fold.
Manual folding switch
1.You squat behind unfolding chair, releasing the manual folding switch whit hand from the rear,
make the body folding to a certain degree, and the let go.
2.Then you stand up to fold down the car, one hand hold back and seize the cushion with
another hand, both hands hold in inward will back and seat together, at the same time
wheelchair, overall with folded together.
3.Conversely, in a hand-folded wheelchair, with both hands open the seat and back, the folding
chair unfolds when a click is heard.
There is a protection control of folding motor, if the folding/unfolding not complete, and no
further response after pushing, Please check there is an obstacle block or A load on the seat.
Warning:
when you ride the wheelchair, please switch will be key to N, (see figure 12)this state remote
folding and manual folding cannot use, so avoid someone using remote control for folding in the
middle of the ride.

4.3 Brake handle mode switch

When the brake handle reaches ENGAGE mode,it is the driving mode;
When the brake handle reaches DISENGAGE,it is the cart mode.
4.4 Upper and lower controller connection
When you are lucky enough to have a wheelchair, insert the controlled plug into the controller’s
socket before driving.

The wheelchair has two 24V lithium
batteries and they can be interchanged.
4.5 Battery pack

until you heard a sound that it is locked
in place.

Folded the wheelchair when you want to move within the short distance,you can take
advantage of the controller to control,open the power of the controller,you stand in the
front,on the control controller joystick,and vice versa,you can move on a small scale.

5. Instructions and precautions for battery use.
The lithium ion battery. 24V/6.6AH, 2pieces easy maintenance and long service life, may
charged by 24V/2A
When the battery is used for the first time, the battery must be fully used up and then recharged
until it is full;
To make the solax-folding motorized wheelchair smooth, it should be fully charged before
traveling.
When charging,please according to the region in the country of the voltage and the plug
configuration,unavailable too low or too high voltage charging with does not match the plug, in
case of charging is damaged.
if you do not use this car for a long time, please cut off the battery power of this car, and the
power switch is on the battery shell
5.1 Battery Charged
After the battery is used for a period of time, the battery should be checked in time. When the
battery is unsaturated or very low,the battery should be charged in time, otherwise the car will
not operate properly
Charging steps:
5.1.1 Make sure your wheelchair power has been turned off.
5.1. 2 Shut off the power switch on the charger
5.1.3 Charger control device plug into the socket, household power outlet hole end inserted
the other end, determine the connected and then open the power switch, the red light, prove
that the charger has entered the charging mode, orange lights, said it was charging, When
saturated, the orange light turns green.

the battery must be protected under freezing temperatures,and it is forbidden to charge the
frozen battery, otherwise it will damage the battery and cause personal injury.
Warning:
If Solax-Ant is not used for a long time, the battery may be frozen. If you need to re-use the car,
please do not rush to charge. Heat up the battery and keep it in place for a few days before
charging.
Warning:
5.14 After charging saturation,unplug AC input power plug, then unplug DC charging
connection plug, charging work is completed;
5.15 When the main power switch is turned on, if the red light is not bright, check whether
the power plug is inserted or the fuse is burnt.
5.16 The charging time is usually 6-8 hours.
6. Basic maintenance
6.1 Failure to start the car:
Whether the button is bright or not;
If the button lamp flickers, check whether the contact is poor;
Check to see if the battery is saturated.
6.2 Stop as you walk.
The battery ages.
Check whether the battery electrode is corroded or loose;
A motor carbon brush may be damaged(requiring professional maintenance)
6.3 The speed of the car slowed sharply during the walk.

7. Maintenance and maintenance
7.1 clean
The control panel, car shell and so on, are made of durable ABS plastic, surface baking
paint.
Do not use oil or other chemical liquids when wiping the car.
Do not use sharp brush to prevent surface scratches.
Do not flush the tap directly to prevent damage to the electrical components.
Only use clean rags to wipe the surface directly, or wipe with clean rag and wipe with clean
water.
Low wheels in cleaning the car, not with oil or other chemical liquid, cannot wash water tap

7.2 maintenance
Avoid moisture in all electrical components.
Such as control panel, charger, electrical controller and other components.
If part of the component is damp, it must be dried before it can be used.
7.2.1 Basic maintenance of daily use.
If you need to use it every day, check it before you use it. Just check to see if the car is
damaged on the right side of the car.
Occasionally, there will be some electrical failures, and most of the cases can be solved by
themselves.
7.2.2 Basic maintenance every month or year.
7.2.2.1 Battery electrode connection
Monthly: Confirm that the electrode on the battery box is closely connected with the
electrode in the body, and is free of corrosion;
Per Year: The battery must be placed in the battery box and the electrode is tightly
connected(do not open the battery box at will).
7.2.2.2 Wire connection
Monthly: Check all exposed wiring connections regularly;
Regularly check all exposed wire insulation, including the charger power plug;
Per Year: Repair or replace damaged connections and connections
7.2.2.3 Key screws or nuts.
Monthly: Check all exposed screws or nuts regularly for loosening.
