SoloStrength Ultimate Wall Mount User manual

Assemble the components as shown and tighten the wall mount connection
to the main SoloStrength. Set the support bar low to square the system.

*It is prefered but not requried
to have at least one side attached
to wall studs if possible.
**If lateral forces will be greater
using suspension trainer and bands,
it is recommended to find studs.
******You can use crossbeam wood
planks to first attach to wall in
studs and then attach wall mounts
to connect most securely.
