For your safety
Intended use
The ProClick system is used to sort and transport tools and
consumables. It is primarily designed for mobile use on
construction sites. Ensure that it is securely attached when in
use.
Foreseeable misuse
Modification The product may not be modified. Modifications could lead to
impairments in the load-bearing capacity.
Securing people Do not use the tool belt as a fall arrester.
Repairs Do not carry out any repairs on the product.
Operator’s obligations
Ensure that ...
• the applicable laws and standards are observed (e.g. DGUV
V38 or professional association guidelines).
• the safety markings are affixed and legible on the product.
• the ProClick system is regularly inspected for wear or damage.
• the user has read and understood this document.
• the user has the required knowledge and can apply it.

Risk of injury from damaged products
Severe injuries can result from the use of damaged products.
▶ Never use damaged bags or belts.
▶ Replace damaged products with new products.
▶ Make sure that the ProClick Holder is correctly engaged and
closes.
▶ Do not repair damaged products at your own discretion.

Requirements for the user
Limitations of use
Risk of falling objects
Severe to fatal injuries can result if the maximum permitted load
is exceeded.
▶ Pay attention to the maximum permitted load of the bags and
tool belt.
▶ When using, ensure that the tools and consumables are
securely attached.
▶ Weight of the load.
Load-bearing capacity Every bag has an individual maximum permitted load shown in
the following table.

Care and maintenance
Check the following elements regularly for wear or damage.
• Tool belt,
• Holder,
• ProClick hooks on the tool bags,
• Fabric bag seams.
Interval • Before starting work,
• After any unusual loads.
e.g. falls.
Care Use a soft brush to regularly clean the fabrics. Use a damp cloth
to clean the plastic areas. Avoid using highly corrosive cleaning
agents to prevent damage to the product.

Functions
ProClick Holder
At the heart of the system is the ProClick Holder. This is what
holds all ProClick Tool bags. All ProClick bags available on the
market can be hooked into the Holder – across different systems.
The ProClick Holder can be attached to any standard belt.
Securing the holder To do this, open the holder and attach it to a belt.
Note: Check that the ProClick Holder is securely attached to the
belt.

Attaching the tool bag Pass the hook of the tool bag into the holder and push it down.
Note: Listen to ensure that it has clicked into place. Check that
the bag is securely attached by gently shaking it.

Functions
ProClick Tool Belt
The tool belt enables tools and working materials to be kept
directly on the body. The ProClick Holder can be flexibly
attached to your tool belt, letting you quickly switch tool bags by
simply clicking and releasing.

Risk of injury due to incorrect use
The tool belt is not designed as a fall arrester. Severe to fatal
injuries can result if it is used for this purpose.
▶ Never use the tool belt as a fall arrester.
▶ Only use approved fall arresters.
▶ Do not attach fall arresters to the metal eyes of the tool
belt.
