PARTS DESCRIPTION
SELF ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- STEP No.1
Insert screw (I) into draw rails (15) fixing these to the underside of the bench top (1).
- STEP No.2
Assemble one of the side panels (2) to the front (5) and the back leg frame (6) using the bolts (A)
and nuts (E).
- STEP No.3
Insert the bottom panel (3) and assemble the other side panel (2) to complete the legs and shelf unit.
- STEP No.4
Assemble the bench top (1) onto the legs using the bolts (B) and washers (D).
- STEP No.5
Insert the draw side panels (10) into the draw front (9). Slide the draw base (12) into position. Slide
the draw back panel (11) into position and fix in place using screws (G).Finally secure the draw
bottom with screws (C).
- STEP No.6
Place the complete draw (4) onto the rails.
- STEP No.7
Insert the board jacks (8) into the position to support the work piece as required. Screw the wooden
vice (7) carefully into the front and end of the bench top. The metal dogs (14) are positionable into
the bench top dependant on the work piece size and shape.

USING THE BENCH
SAWING PLANING
GLUING BOARD JACK
Wide Boards:
When securing the board between the
dogs make sure it lies flat and the
cutting line clears the workbench.
IMPORTANT:
Due to changes in humidity, some board jacks may
require sanding to fit the holes located in the bench.
For safety, clamp the workpiece between the
dogs when working.
Your bench may work as a clamp for
gluing. Apply glue and secure workpiece
between the dogs until glue sets.
Use the Board Jack (indicated here) with the vice for support of long pieces of
wood when planing, sawing or boring holes.
Joints and
Rip Sawing:
Secure by using the tail vice and make
sure the sawing line clears the edge of
the workbench.
