Issues Possible Causes Solutions
Is the Key in the ACC or IGN
position?
Press the Power button. Unit not powering
On
Fuse is burnt. Chec and replace fuse with appropriate size and
rating.
It is mute or the volume is at zero. Adjust the volume to your required level. No sound
Wires are improperly connected. Chec the wiring diagram and ma e sure wires are
properly connected.
Incorrectly reading
USB or SD card
Error or not recognizing the media. Remove and re-insert, chec media files.
Volume level too high. Lower the volume to a comfortable level. Audio Distortion
Spea er cables are contacting bare
metal.
Properly connect and secure all connections.
Antenna might be powered. Chec to see if the antenna needs to be powered by
the remote out wire.
Poor tuner reception
Wea signal. Change the station.
Not responsive. Turn off the power and power it on again. Unit is freezing
