ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
BASE:
•Remove the protective wrapping, being careful not to scratch the paint or cut the fabric.
•Locate the two side pieces, and two cross bars. (Note: The screw holes in the side pieces have an indent on one
side to accommadate the head of the flat head screws. Put the screws in from the indented side).
•Attach two of the cross bars to the inside of one of the side pieces, using the allen wrench provided. (Note: Tighten
the screws securely but do not over tighten). Attach the other side piece to the other ends of the two cross bars and
tighten the screws. This completes the base assembly. See fig. 1.
UPRIGHT:
•The tubes on one end of the base are higher than the other end. The high end is the back of the base. Set the
upright on the back of the base tubes with the buckle to the back and the Vertical Stimulation Loops to the front. Be
sure that the ends of the upright are slid all the way down on the base tubes. See fig. 2.
SEAT:
•One side of the seat has a Southpaw label at the top. This side goes up (sit on this side). With the seat properly
positioned, attach the pear snaps on the web loop on top of the seat to the ends of the Vertical Stimulation Loops
hanging from the web strap on the upright. (See chart for recommended weight range). Slide the short tubes on the
other end of the seat onto the tubes on the low end of the base making sure that they are all the way down. See fig.
3.
•The height of the seat may be adjusted by means of the “buckle” on the strap at the rear of the chair. Adjust the
height of the seat up by pulling down on the web loop with one hand while pulling up on the tag end of the strap with
the other hand. To lower the height of the seat, pull on the red web strap on the buckle with one hand while pulling
up on the black web strap with the other hand.
•The weight tension may be adjusted by adding or removing Vertical Stimulation Loops as needed.
IMPORTANT: Never try to adjust the height or the weight tension while someone is in the chair.
