L’évacuation de l’eau rejetée
de cette zone est reliée par
une conduite reliant la citerne
au raccord à branchement
rapide du récipient.
Les matiéres solides conte-
nues dans les eaux usées,
ò l’exclusion des plus nes,
sont retenues par le crible
et transportées dans la zone
supérieure réservée aux
phases de compactage et
déshydratation.
L’évacuation de l’eau rejetée
de cette zone est reliée par
une conduite à l’entrée de
l’efuent dégrillé dans la tré-
mie du séparateur.
La sédimentation des sables,
optimisée par l’insufflation
de l’air, a lieu dans ce sépa-
rateur; ensuite elles seront
déchargées dans la benne.
Les déshydratation des
sables a lieu pendant leur
transport. Une brosse spé-
ciale assure le nettoyage
du crible dans la zone de
dégrillage.
Sa potentialité permet de
décharger une citerne d’une
capacité de 10 m3( environ
6% maxi. de matiéres solides
) en 10 à 15 minutes pour la
version 15 lit./sec. et en 5 à
7 minutes pour la version 30
lit./sec.

Die Feststoffe des Abwasser

le) werden durch das Sieb
zurückgehalten und in den
oberen Bereich beför-dert,
wo sie verdichtet und entwäs-
sert werden.
Die Leitung, die die Flüs-
sigkeit aus diesem Bereich
ableitet, ist über eine beson-
dere Leitung dem Einlauf im
Trichter der Trennvorrichtung
für die gesiebte Flüssigkeit
ver-bunden.
In dieser Trennvorrichtung
erfolgt die Sedimentierung
des Sandes, die durch die
Lufteinblasung optimiert wird.
Eine spezielle Bürste sorgt
für die Reinigung des Siebes
im Siebbereich.
Die Leistungsfähigkeit der
Anlage ist so beschaffen, daß
ein Tankwagen mit Inhalt von
10m3(circa max.6% Fest-
stoffgehalt) in der Version mit
15 l/s in circa 10-15 Minuten
und in der Version mit 30
l/s in 5-7 Minuten entleert
werden kann.

Lo scarico di liquido da tale
zona è collegato tramite ap-
posita condotta con lo scarico
dei liquami, avviene tramite
una tubazione che collega
l’autobotte all’attacco rapido
del contenitore.
I solidi contenuti nel liquame,
ad eccezione di quelli più
fini, vengono trattenuti dal
vaglio e trasportati nella zona
superiore, dove avviene la
compattazione-disidratazio-
ne degli stessi.
Lo scarico liquido da tale
zona è collegato tramite ap-
posita condotta con l’ingresso
del liquido grigliato nella tra-
moggia del separatore.
In tale separatore, ottimizzata
dall’insufaggio dell’aria, av-
viene la sedimentazione delle
sabbie che tramite apposita
coclea vengono poi portate
allo scarico in cassone.
Una apposita spazzola prov-
vede alla pulizia del vaglio
nella zona di ltrazione.
La potenzialità è tale da per-
mettere lo scarico di un’au-
tobotte di capacità pari a 10
m3( contenuto solido ca. 6%
max.) in ca. 10/15 minuti per
la versione da 15 l/s, 5/7 mi-
nuti per la versione da 30 l/s
