Plugging in the RocketBox
•Find the three-prong, 110v plug that is located on the side of the machine that has
the PLC on. (Programable Logistic Control)
•Plug into a normal 110v/15Amp wall outlet.
Turning on the RocketBox
•The on/off switch is located on the side of the machine that has the PLC.
•Turn the switch so that it is pointing up and down. This will turn the RocketBox
on.
•At this point the PLC should turn on and show the main menu screen which
shows:

How to operate the PLC
•This icon represents the home screen which also can be called the main
menu screen.
•Anytime that you need to go back to the main menu, this will be the icon
you press.
•When you’re in the home screen you should have the following icons and
functions:
oHand icon, Gears icon, Monitor icon
oYou can start and stop the pre-set cycles
oYou can raise and lower the shaker box
•This icon represents the pre-set profile mode.
•When this icon is pressed, it will take you to a profiles screen where you
can save up to 10 different profiles that can pack differently.
•Press the individual number that you want to use. This will highlight the
number.
•After you pick your profile number and it is highlighted then you hit the
gears icon one more time.
•This will take you to that individual pre-set where you can set the parameters for
the Motor Speed, Duration of each stage, and PSI for the pneumatic leveling
system.
•To change the parameters, you will click the box you would like to change and
type in the correct numbers and hit the enter button.
Motor Speed Range- 0-100%
Duration of Stage Range- 00:00-99:99 minutes: seconds
PSI Range- 0-95 psi
•Once all the settings are to your liking, you will hit the back arrow to go to the
profiles page, or you will hit the home icon to go back to the main menu
•This icon represents the Manual mode.
•When pressed this will take you to the manual mode screen, this will allow
you to control the Motor Speed and the PSI for the pneumatic leveling
system.
Motor Speed Range- 0-100%
PSI Range- 0-95 psi
•This mode will be used to find out what vibrations work the best for your
individual strains and products.

•To adjust the settings in this mode you press the box that has the numbers
in them. This will bring up a number pad to choose what you want.
•When you have entered the numbers, you will then hit the enter button and
that will save that number for that operation.
•This icon represents the Service Page. It allows you to see how long the
motor has been running for since you have received the RocketBox.
•When this icon is pressed it will take you to another screen that shows
how long the machine has been running for in hours.
PLC Calibration
•To Calibrate the PLC all you’ll do is touch anywhere on the PLC screen for 5
seconds, or until the screen goes black and the calibration screen will appear.
•Touch the box that says calibrate. This will bring up a tiny square that you will
touch.
•After the first square is pressed there will be a sequence of 4 more squares you
will press through out the screen to ensure that the PLC is fully calibrated.
•Once you’re done you will press the Esc. on the screen and this will take you back
to the main menu.
Emergency Stop
•This is the emergency stop button for the RocketBox.
•To engage the emergency stop you push the button all the way in.
•Engaging the emergency stop will do the following for the machine:
▪It will stop the cycle that you are operating. (whether you’re in
manual mode or the pre-set profile mode)
▪The shaker box will deflate all the way.
▪The PLC will flash Emergency Stop.
•To disengage the emergency stop you simply pull the emergency stop button out all the
way. (the button is a little stiff so make sure that you pull the button all the way out till
you hear it click.)
•Once the Emergency Stop button is disengaged you can press the go button on the main
menu to start the cycle from where it left off when it was pressed.

Loading/Unloading Station
•Screw in the four feet into the bottom of the box.
•Set the station on a level surface.
•On the right side of the box is a black knob that will allow you to move the base plate
inside of the station, for when you want to load your cones and unload your cones.
•When loading the cones, you want the knob all the way in so that the feet on the bottom
tray sit on the base plate inside the station.
•When unloading the cones, you want the black knob pulled out, so that the feet on the
bottom tray will fall through the holes in the base plate, allowing the bottom of the cones
to be pushed up to remove from the tray.

Trays
There are five different trays that are available for the RocketBox: There are cones that
we know will work with these trays (confirm paper size and manufacturer with us for correct
tray)
.5 gram (achieve up to .5 gram)
.7 (achieve .5-1.0 gram)
.8 (achieve .5-1.0 gram)
1 gram (achieve 1 gram)
This is the top tray with funnels.
This is a one-gram tray. It will hold the standard King size
cone.
(This tray comes with a spacer bar on it that is screwed in
with 3 small screws)

This is a half-gram tray. It will hold the standard 1-1/4 size
cone.
(This tray does not have a spacer bar but has small black
pads where the spacer bar holes are)
This is a .7-gram tray. It will hold the 98mm special papers.
(papers made by Raw. The tray is a half gram tray with a
spacer bar on it.)
Loading trays into the RocketBox
•First choose which tray you are going to fill. Either the half-gram,.7-gram or the
one-gram tray.
•Load the tray with the correct cone by dropping the cone into the tray.
•Once all the cones are in the tray, you’ll place the top tray on the top of the four
rods that are in each corner of the station, so that it lines up with the bottom tray.
•You will then pull the bottom tray up and out of the loading station with the top
tray.
•The top tray funnels will go into the cones to help funnel the material into the
cone.
•Before you set the trays into the RocketBox, make sure that the shaker box in the
machine is in the DOWN position.
•When you have both trays in hand, you will then lower the trays into the
RocketBox by lining up the feet on the bottom tray with the two guide rods that
are in the RocketBox.
•After the trays have been lowered you will place the nylon washer over the guide
rods to set on the top tray.

•Take the wing nuts that come with the RocketBox and tighten them down on the
guide rods till you feel tension. Turn about a quarter to half a turn after you first
feel tension. If the machine seems loud you can tighten the trays more.
Adding material to the RocketBox
•Make sure that all the stems and possible chunks are removed before adding to the
RocketBox.
•When preparing your material, you want to make sure that it is not ground too
finely as well as not too coarse. The grind should be a consistent grind that is
approximately the size a normal hand grinder. Which is approximately about an
1/8 of an inch.
•When pouring your material on the top tray, you want to make sure that you are
pouring the material evenly across the top tray.
•As the material starts to fill the cones you can help spread the material on the top
tray that has not fallen yet to parts of the top tray that does not have material.
Optimal Grind Size
Most optimal grind should be between these two grinds.

Unloading trays from the RocketBox and removing cones from tray
•Once your done packing the cones make sure that the shaker box has deflated all
the way before removing the trays.
•Loosen the wing nuts from the guide rods.
•Before placing trays into unloading box, makes sure that the black knob is pulled
out all the way and that it is locked by turning it about a quarter of a turn.
•Lift trays out of the RocketBox and place them in the unloading station.
•The top tray should sit on the four rods that are in the corners of the box.
•As you lower the bottom tray the feet will fall through the holes in the unloading
box allowing the joints to be pushed up to remove all the cones from the tray.
This is the Finishing stand. It helps facilitate in the
unloading of the cones, so that you can use the loading
station to load cones while the other part of your team
can unload and close the pre-rolls with the finishing
stand.
Cleaning the RocketBox
•After each strain or at the end of each work day it is recommend that you clean all
parts of the machine that may have come into contact with cannabis.
•You may use soap and water to clean the trays or isopropyl alcohol that has been
diluted.
•You may also put the trays into a dish washer if one is available.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
All STM systems carry a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Who is Covered:
Please note that results with STM Processing Equipment vary widely and depend on a myriad of factors, including
but not limited to: correct grind size, age of material, quality of material, moisture content, strain, temperature,
correct sized cone usage, quality of cones used, skill of the operator, and more. Our quoted weight ranges for
flower and trim are all general averages that have been reported to us by our customers. However, your material
may behave completely differently. We take no responsibility whatsoever for your results, only for the working
functionality of our products. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk to us about this
very important disclaimer.
What Voids the Warranty:
•Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications.
•Custom applications.
•No proof of purchase at the time of warranty. Claimant must provide proof of purchase, warranty card,
and a warranty authorization number (RMA) obtained from STM.
•Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather
conditions, exposure to salt, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not
covered.
•International gray-market product purchased through a dealer/distributor not authorized for your country
will not be supported by this warranty.
•Electrical parts are not covered under warranty.
Extent of Warranty:
Any STM system properly returned to STM will be repaired or replaced by STM. STM is not responsible for any
other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is STM responsible for any
damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or
indirectly from the use of the STM system purchased. Any system returned to STM must be sent at the customers
expense along with the proof of purchase and warranty authorization (RMA). STM reserves the right to determine
whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are
not followed, this warranty is voided.
STM is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications - should any of these be found,
this warranty is voided. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express
warranty. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded. The warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

Terms:
All orders will be shipped COD (Cash on Delivery) unless other arrangements have been made. STM reserves the
right to specify collection by certified check, money order, or company check. Personal checks are not accepted.
Shipping:
All orders are FOB Spokane, Washington. Orders received will fall in line and be serviced accordingly where the
shipment date may be sooner than originally quoted. We will ship by the most reasonable means based on the
volume of the order, unless otherwise specified.
Special Orders:
All special-order items must be paid in full before the order is placed. These items are non-returnable and no
refund will be given. All special-order items will also take a longer period of time for the customer to receive,
which will be quoted at the time of payment.
Liability:
The purchaser of any parts releases the manufacturer of those parts and STM from all liabilities pertaining to use
of the parts. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modifications to any STM system may increase the
risk of accident and/or injury and may also render the machine inoperable.
Returns:
No Refunds/Exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. All items
that we ship are insured; if an item comes that is damaged from shipping, we will work closely with you to get you
replacement parts as soon as possible. We may also request pictures or other identifying information to establish
that damage was caused by the shipping carrier. If you receive an item you believe is defective, please contact us

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period
of time, whether you are entitled to replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or
refund, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
Claims:
Since ownership of product transfers at the FOB point, claims for damaged, lost, or short shipments must be made
at the time of receipt.
