WARNING
We recommend you to throughly read the directions provided in this handbook before
switching the device on.
Store this manual close to the device for any quick reference by operators!
If PureZone Machine is correctly used according to the directions provided by SPIN SRL,
the device present no hazard for operators.
SPIN SRL declines any responsibility for failures and/or other consequences caused by
incorrect procedures of the User.
• Before each use, check PureZone Machine. If damaged, do not use it and let any eventual damage be repaired
by qualied professionals.
• Opening PureZone Machine is prohibited to unauthorized users.
• Maintenance or repair operations of PureZone Machine must be carried out by authorized personnel only.
• Do not tilt PureZone Machine when full or connected to electric power supply.
• Always use an electric cable with ground tap.
• Do not open PureZone Machine while connected to electric power supply.
• Ensure that the power supply connection points comply with current safety regulations (differential switch and grounding).
• DO NOT USE PUREZONE MACHINE IN PRESENCE OF LIVING ORGANISMS.

vehicle cockpit. The technology applied and the quality achieved in years of experience in the eld make PureZone Machine
an excellent equipment able to give you the maximum satisfaction thanks to its efciency and reliability over time.
PureZone Machine uses the latest technology in the eld of ultrasonic nebulisation.
This handbook has to be considered an integral part of the equipment as it contains instruction for its correct use.
Therefore, we invite you to carefully read throughout these directions before switching PureZone Machine on, to
adequately train operators and to store the handbook for any future reference.

INTRODUCTION
PureZone Machine is an electronic ultrasonic device which atomizes an antibacterial liquid (PureZone) in order to be
distributed by the vehicle A/C system’s recirculation system.
One of the main advantages of an ultrasonic atomization system is to obtain atomized liquid particles at ambient
temperature. This prevents condensation which typically occurs when a liquid is atomized by heating it to a higher
temperature.
The liquid particles which are atomizes with PureZone Machine are smaller than 5µm and do not easily settle on
surfaces they encounter. Hence, they will fully propagate in the A/C system and in the vehicle cockpit.
Such a condition cannot be realized with traditional aerosol cans, as the size and the weight of their atomized particles
will lead to their prompt precipitation.
One antibacterial treatment with PureZone Machine takes minimum 11 minutes at 20 °C and automatically stops
once minimum liquid level is reached.
At higher ambient temperature the treatment will take less time; at lower ambient temperature, instead, it will take
more time.

WARNING
Use PureZone Machine exclusively with the chemical product
PureZone.
The warranty of the ultrasonic nebulizer PureZone Machine is
valid only if you use the chemical product PureZone.

use of a chemical product different from PureZone WILL NOT
be covered by warranty.

1. After pouring one dose of the liquid PureZone (120 or 220 ml), the two READY/ON green leds start to ash.
2. In case too much liquid is poured inside PureZone Machine and maximum level is exceeded, HIGH LEVEL red
led will start ashing (warning for excess) and nebulisation will be blocked.
3. Pressing START/STOP button 100 ml (in case you use the dose of 120 ml) or START/STOP button 200 ml (in
case you use the dose of 220 ml), the device is automatically set on a minimum operating time of 11 minutes.
4. When PureZone Machine starts nebulising the READY/ON green led stops ashing and stays xed.
5. If the internal temperature reaches more than 65°C the device stops nebulising and the HIGH TEMPERATURE
red led switches on (warning of high temperature), but the fan will keep working.
6. Nebulisation will restart when the temperature will recover under 60°C and the HIGH TEMPERATURE red led will
switch off.

WARNING
• The device automatically switches off at the end of the treatment.
• If the cabin lter is located inside the vehicle cockpit, take it away.
• If the cabin lter is located in the front of the vehicle, under the bonnet, it is not necessary
to take it away.
• Clean the vehicle and take the carpets away from the cockpit.
• At the end of the operation open all doors, stop engine and ventilate the cockpit for
approximately 5-10 minutes.
• ALWAYS replace the cabin lter after the antibacterial treatment.

• Avviare il motore del veicolo.
• Appoggiare l’apparecchio sul tappetino
poggiapiedi lato passeggero.
• Avvicinare il tubo convogliatore all’apertura
d’aspirazione del ricircolo d’aria (Fig. D).
• Far passare il cavo di alimentazione attraverso il finestrino
laterale lato passeggero, oppure tramite la portiera lasciati
leggermente aperti.
• Chiudere tutti gli altri finestrini e portiere del veicolo (Fig. E).
ATTENZIONE
Se la temperatura interna del veicolo supera i 60 °C, prima di procedere all’utilizzo
del nebulizzatore, mettere in fuzione il climatizzatore per portare la temperatura al
di sotto dei 60 °C.
NOTA
Non è necessario rimuovere il filtro antipolline.

Start engine and place PureZone Machine on the oor mat at
the passenger side and set the conveyor tube as much closer
as possible to the recirculation air intake.
Place the supply cable through the door and completely
close all windows and doors of the vehicle.
Set A/C system temperature at 22°C and select front
ventilation. Select internal air recirculation mode.
Set the air fan on intermediate speed. Open all air ows of the dashboard.

USE OF PUREZONE MACHINE IN A/C SYSTEMS
For A/C systems up to 12.000 Btu/h and interiors up to 15 MQ
use one dose of PUREZONE of 120 ml
For A/C systems up to 24.000 Btu/h and interiors up to 30 MQ
use one dose of PUREZONE of 220 ml
WARNING
• The device automatically switches off at the end of the treatment.
• Clean the room and take all carpets away from it.
• At the end of the operation open all doors and windows and ventilate the room for
approximately 5-10 minutes
• Carefully wash the A/C system lter before remounting it in the specic place.
Open the cover of the A/C systems
and take the lter away.
Switch the A/C system on, set temperature at 22°C
and select ventilation on medium speed.
Place PureZone Machine on the oor and connect the 3 mt
exible hose on the conveyor tube.
Clip the 3 mt exible hose to the lter.

MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect the supply cable from PureZone Machine and take the conveyor tube away.
• Pour the residual liquid after the treatment (approximately 20 ml) into the same bottle.
• The residual chemical product PureZone can be used in next applications.
• For periodical clean it is sufcient to add some running water in PureZone Machine tank, energetically shake and
then empty the contents.
