1. Immerse Bluetooth Speaker is designed for
indoor use
2. Do not use Immerse in conditions that expose
it to liquid
3. Do not put metal objects or magnets between the
mobile device and the wireless charging surace
4. Ensure all ventilation openings remain clear and
dust free
5. Do not atempt to charge Immerse when
it is wet, or you suspect water has seeped
into Immerse
6. Do not use Immerse near any open fire, heat source
or excessive heat
7. Do not open to modify, repair or remove any original
component of Immerse. A qualified technician must
carry out repair work. Do not remove the buil-in
batery or the grill cover. Doing so could cause
damage to Immerse
8. Sound levels should be appropriate to your
environment and comply with all local regulations.
Ensure that you can hear and are aware of any
potential hazards around you when you are enjoying
your Immerse
All Sprout products go through thorough quality assurance
inspections. If you find that your device is excessively hot, is
emiting odour, is deformed, abraded, cut or is experiencing
or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately
stop all product use and contact Sprout.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to
a major failure. If you have any questions about your

This warranty does not afect your legal statutory
rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For more

Your Immerse Bluetooth Speaker is warranted
to the original owner for 24 months from the
date of purchase against defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service.
The warranty does not cover misuse of this product
and liability will not exceed the purchase price of
the product.
