• La garanzia copre i difetti di fabbrica ed i guasti
vericatisi nei primi 2 anni dalla data di acquisto. Nel
caso di acquisto con fattura, la garanzia è limitata ad
1 anno.
• Sono esclusi i guasti causati da imperizia o da uso non
appropriato dell’apparecchio
• La garanzia non ha più alcun e󰀨etto qualora
l’apparecchio risulti manomesso.
• La garanzia non prevede necessariamente la
sostituzione del prodotto.
• Sono escluse dalla garanzia le parti esterne, le batterie,
le manopole, gli interruttori, e le parti asportabili o
consumabili.
• Le spese di trasporto e i rischi conseguenti sono a
carico del proprietario dell’apparecchio.

Warranty conditions
The product is covered by warranty according to current
national and European regulations. For detailed warranty

• The warranty covers manifacturing defects and faults
occurred in the rst 2 years from the date of purchase.
In case of purchase with invoice, the warranty is limited
to 1 year.
• Damages caused by negligence or wrong use of the
device are not covered by warranty.
• The warranty is no longer e󰀨ective if the item is
modied or disassembled by not authorized people.
• This warranty doesn’t necessarily envisage the
product’s replacement.
• External components, batteries, knobs, switches and
any removable or subject to wear and tear parts are
excluded from warranty.
• Shipment for the return of faulty items is at expense
and risk of the owner.
• For all intents and porpuses the warranty is e󰀨ective only
upon exhibition of the invoice or of the purchase receipt.

Cautions and warnings
• Read carefully the instructions contained in this manual
and follow them strictly.
• Keep this manual for future reference and include it if
you give the product to another user.
• Don’t open or take apart the device and don’t make
changes to it.
• Do not allow ammable liquid, water or objects to enter
the product.
• In the event of a serious operating problem, stop
using the product immediately. Never try to repair
it by yourself, but contact the authorized technical
service center. Repairs carried out by unskilled
persons could lead to serious damages both to the
xture and to people.
• Do not dispose of the replaced batteries with normal
household waste, but rather hand them over to a
special collection point.

Istruzioni di funzionamento
- Per prima cosa, accedete al vano porta batterie (6)
premendo e sollevando il gancio di apertura (5).
- Sollevate il coperchio con il microfono (7) ed inserite
8 batterie (tipo C - non incluse) rispettando le polarità
indicate. Suggeriamo di controllare periodicamente lo
stato delle batterie a󰀩nchè possano garantire un utilizzo
e󰀩cace e prolungato.
- Chiudete il coperchio con il microfono (7) e richiudete
il vano porta batterie (6) assicurandovi di averlo bloccato
con il gancio di apertura (5).
- Posizionate il comando rotante di volume (8) a circa
metà corsa.
- Vericate che il selettore SIREN/WHISTLE (2) sia
posto in posizione intermedia, su TALK. Qualora voleste
utilizzare una delle due funzioni (SIREN o WHISTLE),
spostate il selettore verso l’opzione desiderata.
- Impugnate il megafono portandolo a circa 2-3 cm dalla
bocca e premete il tasto di accensione (3) per iniziare a
parlare. Il megafono può essere assicurato con la cinghia
di trasporto (10).
- La funzione sirena genera un suono di allarme molto
forte, udibile anche a lunga distanza. Per attivarla basta
spostare il selettore (2) su SIREN.
- Per utilizzare la funzione schietto, spostate il selettore
su WHISTLE e premete il tasto di accensione (3). In
questo modo il megafono produrrà un suono continuo.
Per fermarlo, rilasciate il tasto di accensione.
Possibili problematiche e soluzioni
- Se il megafono non funziona, per prima cosa, rimuovete
le batterie e controllate che siano cariche.
- Controllate che i contatti delle batterie combacino
con quelli del vano portabatterie e che le batterie siano
correttamente posizionate, rispettando le polarità.
- Se il megafono dovesse continuare a non funzionare
correttamente, contattate il nostro centro assistenza per
ulteriori chiarimenti. Non tentate di riparare il megafono
in autonomia per evitare di creare ulteriori danni
all’apparecchio.

Operating instructions
- First of all, open the rear battery compartment (6), by
pressing and releasing the opening latch (5).
- Lift the cover with the microphone (7) and insert
8 batteries (type C - not included) respecting
the indicated polarities. We suggest to check
periodically the battery charge status for an e󰀩cient
and long lasting performance of the megaphone.
- Fold down the rear section (7) to close the battery
compartment (6) making sure that the opening latch is
rmly shut (5).
- Position the volume control rotating knob (8) about
halfway.
- Check that the SIREN/WHISTLE (2) switch is in middle
position, on “TALK”. If you wish to use one of the two
functions (SIREN or WHISTLE), move the switch on the
desired option.
- Hold the megaphone by bringing it about 2-3 cm from
your mouth and press the on/o󰀨 button (3) to start
talking. The megaphone can be secured thanks to the
transport strap (10).
- The siren function produces a very loud alarm sound,
which can be heard from a long distance. To activate it
just move the selector (2) on SIREN.
- To use the whistle function, move the selector on
WHISTLE and press the on/o󰀨 button (3). In this way the
megaphone will produce a continuous sound. To stop it,
release the on/o󰀨 button.
Possible problems and solutions
- If the megaphone doesn’t work, remove rst of all the
batteries and check that they are charged.
- Check that the batteries contacts match up with those
of the compartment and that the batteries are correctly
positioned, respecting the polarity.
- If the megaphone still doesn’t work properly contact our
technical service center for further explainations.
Don’t try to repair the megaphone by yourself to avoid the
risk of causing further damages to the xture.

Simboli e normative
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura
indica che il prodotto alla ne della propria vita utile deve
essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri riuti. L’utente dovrà,
pertanto, conferire l’apparecchiatura integra dei componenti
essenziali giunta a ne vita agli idonei centri di raccolta
di󰀨erenziata dei riuti elettronici ed elettrotecnici, oppure
riconsegnandola al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di
nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno
a uno oppure 1 a zero per le apparecchiature aventi lato
maggiore inferiore a 25 cm. L’adeguata raccolta di󰀨erenziata
per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchiatura dimessa al
reciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientale

Appropriate separate collection to send the decommissioned
equipment to recycling, treatment and environmentally
compatible disposal helps to prevent negative impact on the
environment and human health and promotes recycling of the
materials making up the product. In Italy illegal dumping of the
product by the user entails the application of administrative
sanctions pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 49 (14/03/2014).
