GENERAL
INSTRUCTIONS
Read all usage instructions
carefully before using this product.
This product is intended for
users 5 years and older.
Athletes aged 13 years old or
younger should be supervised
by an adult at all times while
using this product.
This product is intended for
one-time use only.
If this product is used incorrectly,
it could cause damage to the
product and/or the user.
Always check product for damage
or defects before use, if any are
found, do not use and please
contact Customer Service at
[e-mail].

1. For best results, apply to DRY
skin. SPX Sensory Trainers are
intended for one-time use and
should be discarded after each use.
2. Remove paper backing.
3. Using a mirror, align an SPX
Sensory Trainer below your eye
so the middle of it aligns with
your pupil and it fits against the
bridge of your nose
4. Press down on the SPX Sensory
Trainer about 0.25 inches below
the base of your eye on your
upper cheek bone
5. Repeat this process below
the other eye.
6. Check the mirror to make sure
SPX Sensory Trainers are even on
your face. Remove and replace
them correctly if they are not.

7. To remove, carefully and slowly
pull from base of the product
adhered to skin and discard.
8. Do not apply product
over your eyes.

REMOVE PRODUCT FOR GAME
PLAY OR CONTACT PRACTICE.
Product is not a substitute for any safety
device. Users should wear all safety gear
while using this product.
Immediately discontinue use of
SPX Sensory Trainers if you develop or
experience skin sensitivity, irritation,
inflammation, itching, rashes, skin
discomfort or any other abnormal
symptom or condition.

By purchasing and/or using this product,

Trainers for any other purpose than the
intent stated in the packaging instructions

SPX Athletics, any of its officers, directors,
members, etc. shall not be liable for any
type of injury while using this product.
You understand that this product is to only
be used in a non-contact practice setting
and is not to be used in games or game
like situations.

LIMITED WARRANTY
SPX Athletics warrants to the original
consumer purchaser of any product it
manufactures that the product will be free
of defects in materials or workmanship for
ninety (90) days (unless specified in
alternate warranties) from the date of
purchase. If defective and purchased from
a retail store, return the product along with
receipt to the retail store where the product
was purchased. If the item was purchased
from SPXAthletics.com, return the product
along with the packing slip (proof of
purchase) postage prepaid to the address
below for replacement consideration.

This warranty does not cover damages
resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or
lost merchandise. Only valid in the USA.
All returns sent to SPX Athletics require a
Return Merchandise Authorization number
(“RMA”). For returns to SPX Athletics and
