Necessary tools: hexagon, Phillips,
flathead screwdriver, box wrench, universal pliers
Step1: use hexagon wrench turn on the
screw of strap, take out the strap
Step2: use flat head screwdriver take out the
pump chamber
Step3: take out the pump chamber and suction pipe
Step4: take out the screw of strap,
and take out the strap retainer Step5: take out the chamber
Disassembly of shaft seal

Step11: take out the impeller
Step6: use Phillips screwdriver to take out the
screw of fan cover, and take out the fan cover
Step8: use universal pliers to clamp the
end of motor spindle
Step10: take out the clamp
Step7: use flathead screwdriver take out the fan,
take out the fan
Step9: grasp the universal pliers, use box wrench
take out the lock nut

Step12: take out the chamber
Step14: take out the chamber (upper)
Step16: take out the O-ring
Step17: use hands take out the rotation of the ring,
use flat head screwdriver take out the fixed ring
Disassembly complete
Step15: take out the bushing and spring
Step13: take out the spacing pipe and impeller

Necessary tools: hexagon, Phillips,
flathead screwdriver, box wrench, universal pliers
Step4: put the impeller first and put the
chamber (upper) on it
Step2: put O-ring in it (put it on the bottom)
Step1: put the fixed ring into the set base of
shaft seal and put the rotation of the ring into it
Step3: put the bushing and spring in it
Step5: put the impeller in it, then put the
spacing pipe in it

Step7: put the impeller in it
Step6: put the chamber in it
Step9: use universal pliers to clamp the end of
motor spindle
Step8: put the clamp in it
Step10: put the lock nut on it and grasp the
universal pliers
Use box wrench to lock the nut
Step11: use hammer to beat the fan into it

Step19: use hexagon wrench to lock the strap
Assembly complete
Step18: install the pump chamber
Step15: install the suction pipe
Step14: lock the strap retainer
Step13: put the chamber on it
Step12: use Phillips screwdriver to
lock the fan cover
