1. Important Safety Precautions
Note : READ all the safety instructions and other sections of this document before switching
the Robotic Sterilizer “ON”
1. This device has to be used by properly trained adults for operation. Untrained personnel
shall not handle this device at all.
2. Do not operate on uneven surfaces like, stairs, or slopes, etc.
3. Do not enter the sterilization chamber while the UV Lamps are in “ON” condition.
4. This device operates on single phase 230 Volts power supply. Therefore, do not connect
this device to higher voltages.
5. This device performs well while all the lights are switched off.
6. Do not use any kinds of fluids, oils, or grease for lubricating any part of the Robotic
Sterilizer.
7. Keep the kids/infants/pets away from the device and the sterilization room. We (the
manufacturer or Seller) is not responsible for the losses or damage that occurs due to
improper handling of the device.
8. Do not touch the surface of the UV Lamps due to the fragility of the Lamp Glass. The
glass can crack or leave the finger prints on the glass surface.
9. Do not attempt to open the parts of the Robotic Sterilizer. Warranty will be void and it
can cause more damage to the unit externally as well as internally.
10. Operate the control switches of the R C Transmitter smoothly & safely to avoid any
damage. That also ensures smooth motion of the Robotic Sterilizer.
11. Do not look into the UV-Lamp light directly or indirectly. It is a bio hazard and can cause
loss of eye sight. It is also dangerous if the light is exposed to the skin. So do not enter
the sterilization room.
12. Keep the device away from humidity and water. To avoid electric shocks and sparks &
internal component failure.
13. The RC Transmitter circuit runs on 4 nos AAA batteries. To replace the battery of the RC
Transmitter, turn it over, press and remove the battery cover. Now remove the old
batteries. Place the new non-rechargeable AAA batteries with the correct polarity. Re-
assemble the cover.
14. Before and during the usage of the robotic sterilizer –you must note down the start
time, and ensure that the sterilization work has to be completed before the draining
time of the battery backup. (45 mins)

daily life. Today, as diseases strike the world, and pandemics prevail in many parts of the world,
a healthy living environment has become a necessity.
As a counter solution to this problem, Cenaura Technologies has innovatively designed an Air
Sterilizer UVC-TMS360 that can kill Bacteria, Virus and Fungus and Algae in the air.
This device is also very effective in disrupting the genetic component and kills the microbes
such as E.coli bacteria, human influenza virus, and SARS covid2/Covid-19 virus.
The UV-C light aids in surface and aerosol sterilization by disrupting the genetic backbone
resulting in DNA damage, and instantaneous cell death of both bacterial and viral agents.
The Mobile Robotic UV Sterilizer is a completely autonomous model that can operate on its
own and can carry out its sterilization work moving around which ever room it is placed in.
The smart sterilizer provides an effective 360° decontamination method for inactivation of
aerosol-based microorganism and contaminated surfaces.

Human Sensor
The Human Sensor is an important safety component of the
Robotic Sterilizer. It detects whether any human is present
in the room and then automatically shuts down the UV
Lamps. Later when the room is fully clear without any
humans, then the lamps start automatically.

The Lamp Tower holds the UV-C Lamps in position tightly
and provides rigidity.

Safety Handle
(for TMS 360 only)
The safety handle is used by the operating personal or
technicians while handling or positioning the Robotic
Sterilizer. It assures safety as the UVC lamps remain
untouched all the times.

Component Housing
This housing holds inside all the crucial components of this
device. Protecting them from Air, Water and Mechanical
disturbances.

Wheels
The base of the robot has 4 wheels for movement and

Object avoidance sensor
This sensor detects the presence of an object or any
obstacle in its view and, it either stops the robot or enables
it to change its direction.

Motor driver board
This driver gives the input signal to the motors and helps it
drive in particular direction and speed.

Controller Board
This board is the heart of the Robotic Sterilizer Unit, that
takes charge of the complete control of operations related
to Lamps, Motors, Sensor Inputs, Direction & Speed control
etc.

The Battery-Inverter setup is the electric segment that

The transmitter module is joystick controller operable by
hand that transmits operational signals to the controller

8. How does it work
The Robotic Mobile Sterilizer works by destroying the genetic material inside bacteria, virus,
yeast, fungus, and parasites. The UV-C light breaks down the DNA (or) RNA structure in the cells
of the Micro-organism. This subsequently breaks the cells genetic material chain. Thereafter the
Nucleic acids and Proteins get damaged killing the regenerative pathogen cells.
Effective Sterilization - destroys air borne and surface-based pathogens. This Robotic sterilizer
works with the help of a Transmitter Control. First the transmitter must have all its switches in
Position “1”and the left throttle must be in lower position. Now switch the transmitter “ON”.
The display is visible and the dash board helps to read the display data.
Now switch the Robot Sterilizer ON. Now the Transmitter switches can be used to turn the UV
Lamps ON-OFF. In the speed mode the Transmitter Switches can be used to either speed up or
slow down the robot.
A Human sensor is used as a safety device to protect human etc. The lamps will be on only
when there is no human in the room where the Robotic Sterilizer is placed. As soon as the
Human Sensor senses a human presence, lamps go Off instantly.
An object avoidance sensor is fitted to prevent dashing of robotic sterilizer against objects. It
ensures that there is no head on collision with walls or furniture or other objects in a room
while the Robotic Sterilizer is in motion.
LED INDICATOR : An LED strip is fixed at the bottom of the chassis. When the UV Lamps are ON,
it keeps blinking Red and Green every 1 second.

Battery INDICATOR : The LCD display indicates the battery status of Transmitter, Receiver in
the Transmitter Module. The battery status of the Robotic Mobile Sterilizer is displayed in the
LED display provided on the Mobile unit.
Buzzer : A buzzer is connected to indicate the switching ON Operation of the UV Lamps. It gets
off after 10 seconds and the UV Lamps are functionally in “ON” state.
