Getting started
What you need:
•the contents of Jawwy TV box: TV box, remote control, HDMI cable, and power cord.
•Internet connection
•A Google account (optional)
Connect to the TV set
Connect the HDMI cable between Jawwy TV box and
the TV set. To display the picture from the box, the TV
set must be switched to the correct external input.
Connect to Internet
Connect your Jawwy TV box to the Ethernet port of
your router or wall socket using the provided Ethernet
cable. This is the recommended over Wi-Fi network
for stable and fast connection.
If connecting the device to Ethernet port is not
possible, you can set up Wi-Fi network later.
Connect to power outlet
Connect the power supply to the DC jack on the
Jawwy TV box and to a power outlet. Your box will
power on and Jawwy TV logo will fill the TV screen.

Connecting remote control
with the box
•Insert AAA batteries into the remote.
•Bring your remote control closer to the
box.
•Press any key to connect your remote
to the TV box.
•When the remote connects to the TV,
you’ll see a check mark on the screen.
If it doesn’t connect right away, try
pressing any key again.
Choose your preferred
language:
•Arabic
•English (United States)
•English (United Kingdom)
•English (Australia)
•English (India)
Setting up your new
Jawwy TV box with a
Google account (optional)
There are 3 options to add a Google
account on your Jawwy TV box during
the initial setup.
Options 1. Quick setup using an
Android phone
Option 2. Set up with a phone or
computer
Option 3. Set up with your remote

If you have an Android phone at hand,
then, follow these steps:
•On your Android phone, open the pre-
installed Google app.
•Type or say set up my device.
•Follow the instructions on your phone
until you see a code.
•Make sure the same code shows up on
your TV.
•On your phone, tap JAWWY-TV-2.0
when it shows up.

•Follow the instructions on your Android
phone and you will be automatically signed
into your Google account and connected
to the same Wi-Fi as your phone.
•Once you have completed the set up with
option 1: with an Android phone, see the
next sequential step in slide #22.

If you chose to skip setting
up Google account on your
Jawwy TV using an Android
phone, then you need to set
your Wi-Fi network on the TV
box.
Skipping to set up your Jawwy TV with an Android phone
If you have already set up your
Jawwy TV box with Ethernet
connection or Wi-Fi using
Android phone setup, then this
step will be automatically be
skipped.
•Select your Wi-Fi network
from the list of available
networks.
Setting up Wi-Fi network on your Jawwy TV box
Note: Please make sure the box
is close to a Wi-Fi access point
with strong network.
•Enter the password of the selected
Wi-Fi network. If you are unable to
connect, please try again. You may
choose Forget Network option and
try re-entering the password.
•After you connected to internet, you
will be again prompted to set up your
Jawwy TV box with a Google
account.
•Once connection setup is done if
there is an update detected, you
might need to wait for the system to
update.
Setting up Wi-Fi network
on your Jawwy TV box
•If you have already set up your
Jawwy TV box with a Google
account, then these steps will be
skipped.
•Select Sign In option to set up
your Google account on the
Jawwy TV box.
•Select Skip to proceed with
Google agreements, tutorials, and
signing into your Jawwy TV
account.
•Please be aware that if you skip
this section, you may need to sign
in later to access certain Google
apps.
Making the most of your TV - sign in or skip
After selecting Sign In in the
previous screen, you will find two
options available for setting up
your Google account
•Option 2 –Use your phone
or computer
•Option 3 –Use your remote
Making the most of your TV screen –sign in
Option 2 –Use your phone or
computer
•If you decide to use the option Use
your phone or computer, your
phone/ computer needs to be
connected to the same network as
your TV.
•This is the recommended option if
you would like to hide your Google
account and password from being
displayed on your TV screen.
•After setting up your Google
account on the new Jawwy TV box
using your phone or computer, see
the next sequential step in the slide
#21.
Option 3 –Use your remote
•After selecting Use your remote, follow
the on-screen instructions displayed on
your TV.
•Enter your Google account details
using remote and finish the setup.

with a Google account using your
remote, see the next sequential step in
the slide #21.
