1. When you receive your Georgia Curved Shower package please check for any freight damage.
2. If damage has occurred advise your supplier within 8hours.
3. Do not install any faulty product as this will invalidate later claims.

WARRANTY
• This covers faulty product for 5 years. Check www.stein.co.nz for full details of
warranty.
• Any breakage on site will not be covered.
• The installation must conform to the instructions for the warranty to apply.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Glass is heavy and requires two people to handle in most applications.
• Always stand glass up after unpacking the components and use soft packing when
in contact with hard surfaces. Take care not to strike an edge or corner on a hard
surface.
• All glass is toughened and cannot be reworked or drilled.
• Wear protective gloves and eye protection.
• Special care should be taken when drilling walls to avoid hidden pipes or electrical
cables.
IMPORTANT PREPARATION STEPS !
1. Solid fixing must be provided in the walls behind the wall channels. 20mm centre
off outside of the Acrylic tray.
2. Plumbing fittings in the wall need suitable solid fixings.
3. All Plumbing must be completed by a registered plumber and be in place prior to
being lined.
4. The wall lining must be a “Wet Area” grade to meet the Building Code.
5. The floor must be level and flat without deflection. Walls must be plumb and
surfaces flat.
6. The Acrylic Tray and Liner comes with its own specific instructions.

IMPORTANT:
Position the wall proles at 13mm o the Acrylic tray edge (Diagram A). This will allow for walls out of
plumb protruding or curving inwards up to 4mm. Greater variations to plumb will require recalculated
reduction of Diagram A.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TABLE
The Minimum and Maximum table is intended for shower installations outside of the package
installation being outlined. Walls out of plumb will not allow the full minimum/maximum range.

silicone at joint as indicated prior
to fully fastening up. Clean o

Mark out the positioning of the wall proles (refer to the Layout Plan on page 5 for measurements).
Using a soft pencil or masking tape mark out the outside boundary line on the base and up the walls
with a spirit level. Use the wall channel holes to pre-drill a 2mm lead hole in the lining.
Take the bottom curved horizontal rail (6) and install the two xed panels (8). NOTE: The screw holes in the
xed panel proles are oset. Check that these align with the screw locations in the curved horizontal rails.
If they do not line up, change over the xed panels. Use 3.5x30 frame screws.
Add the top horizontal rail using the M3.5 x 30 screws fasten this frame together.
INSTALLATION
Prior to wall channel xing
Apply a continuous 7mm bead
of silicone on back of channel
plus short bead across tray to
liner join at base of channel. 1

1. Slide the frame out of the wall
channel suciently to equalise
alignments.
2. Adjust the frame to plumb & level.
Tip: Compressing the frame into the second wall channel
can be made easier by the following steps:
1. Fit one side oset to the channel as diagram (1a).
2. Fit other end correctly into the opposite channel (1b).
3. Ret the rst side as channel (1c).
If the bottom rollers are
tight to t:
1. Apply weight
downwards on the
top rail to ensure the
xed glass has fully
entered the seals.
2. Lower the door with
adjustment of the
top rollers.
INSTALLATION
Fit the frame into the wall channels.
1. Fit rollers to door glass (adjustment screw on top roller with release button on bottom rollers)
2. Place the rollers into the top channel and press the bottom rollers down into the lower rail.
1. Fit the two door handle sets (11)
2. Place the water deector sealing strips (7) to the back edge of the doors and the front edge of
the xed side panels.
3. Fit magnetic seal to leading edge of doors.

Adjust the sliding doors using the screws
located on the bottom of top roller
assemblies. Adjust rollers so that the
sliding doors are parallel to each other.
Note: Do not over tighten top rollers as
this will cause the bottom rollers to jam
and break
!
Silicone is not used on the inside of the
shower screen because water can build
up over time within the wall channel and
leak out of the shower area. The screen is
designed to allow the water to return into
the shower area, if any is present.
Screens that are sealed on the inside will
void warranty.

Allow 24 hours for silicone to fully dry before use.

Adjust the sliding doors as shown in the illustration below.
1. Double check the frame alignment including levelling the top horizontal Rail to ensure that the whole
frame sits square on the shower.
2. From the inside attach the wall channels with M4x10 screws to the xed glass extrusion.
Apply silicone to outer line as indicated
