TECHNISCHE DATEN
Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen und
Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf DUAL PML
PERMANENT LASTHEBEMAGNETE.
2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und
gut beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte
Beleuchtung kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie
vorausschauend, beobachten Sie, was getan wird,
und nutzen Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand
bei der Verwendung des Gerätes.
b) Bei Zweifeln, ob das Produkt ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert, oder wenn Schäden festgestellt werden,
wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst des
Herstellers.
c) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers
durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen
auf eigene Faust durch!
d) Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte fern; Unachtsamkeit
kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät
führen.
e) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für
den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät
an Dritte weitergegeben werden, muss die
Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.
f) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
g) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs
einschlieβlich anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach
übrigen Betriebsanweisungen richten.
2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT
2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Die Maschine darf nur durch entsprechend
geschulte, zur Bedienung geeignete und physisch
gesunde Personen bedient werden, die die
vorliegende Anleitung gelesen haben und die
Arbeitsschutzanforderungen kennen.
c) Die Maschine darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende
Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient
werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die
Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer
Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.
d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben
des Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit
während der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen
führen.
e) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die
Verwendung einer geeigneten und zertizierten
Schutzausrüstung verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
f) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle
zu vermeiden.
1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und
zuverlässige Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt
nach den technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung
modernster Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter
Wahrung der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und
angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN
UND VERSTANDEN WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung
der Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.

g) Das Gerät erzeugt ein magnetisches Feld, das den
Betrieb medizinischer Geräte wie Implantate aus
Metall oder Herzschrittmacher beeinträchtigen
kann. Man darf das Gerät nicht betreiben und
sich dem Gerät nicht nähern, wenn der Hersteller
der medizinischen Geräte oder ein Arzt seine
Zustimmung dafür nicht erteilt hat.
2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
b) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.
c) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur
so wird die Sicherheit während der Nutzung
gewährleistet.
d) Beachten Sie bei Transport zwischen Lager und
Bestimmungsort und Handhabung des Gerätes die
Grundsätze für Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des
Landes, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird. .
e) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht
unbeaufsichtigt.
f) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
g) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden..
h) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts
einzugreifen, um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion
zu ändern.
i) Wurde die Maschine übermäßig belastet bzw.
starken Erschütterungen ausgesetzt, muss sie
durch den zuständigen Service-Mitarbeiter vor der
erneuten Inbetriebnahme überprüft werden.
j) Verboten ist die Belastung der Maschine mit einer
Last, die ihre max. Tragfähigkeit überschreitet.
k) Gegen den Heber oder die an ihm befestigte Ladung
darf man nicht schlagen.
l) Verboten ist das Durchgehen und der Aufenthalt
unter der angehängten Last (und in seiner Nähe).
m) Dritte sind vor dem Betrieb der Maschine zu warnen.
Diese Personen sollten sich in sicherer Entfernung
von der Ladung benden.
n) Verboten ist das Anheben von Menschen oder Tieren
unter Verwendung dieser Maschine.
o) Verboten ist das Lastanheben unter Verwendung der
Maschine über Menschen oder Tieren.
p) Die Last immer beobachten.
q) Verboten ist, die Last ohne Aufsicht zu hinterlassen.
r) Man darf die Maschine nicht mit angehängter Last
lagern.
s) Man sollte das Schwenken der Ladung vermeiden.
t) Man darf nur eine Ladung auf einmal heben.
u) Die Maschine eignet sich nicht zum dauerhaften
Heben von Lasten.
v) Besondere Aufmerksamkeit muss Faktoren gewidmet
werden, die die Magnetkraft einschränken können
(z.B. das magnetische Feld nicht leitende Werkstoe,
Rauheit und Form der Oberäche, Temperaturen, das
Verhältnis der ferromagnetischen Stoe zum Stahl,
und dass das angehobene Material ausreichend dick
sein muss, damit der Strom des magnetischen Feldes
aufgenommen werden kann).
w) Es dürfen keine Modizierungen an der Maschine
vorgenommen werden.
x) Verboten ist die Durchführung mechanischer oder
ähnlicher Arbeiten (Schweißen, Schneiden etc.) an
der angehängten Last.
y) Nach dem Abschluss des Betriebs ist die Maschine
gegen unbefugte Benutzung abzusichern.

entworfen wurde und über Schutzmechanismen
sowie zusätzlicher Sicherheitselemente verfügt,
besteht bei der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall-
oder Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.
3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Magnetische Hubgeräte erzeugen große magnetische
Hubkraft unter Anwendung eines festen Magnets. Sie sind
zum vorübergehenden Heben und Transport von Lasten,
die aus ferromagnetischen Metallen angefertigt sind,
bestimmt.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
3.1. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG
3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
Vor dem Einbau an der Arbeitsstelle ist die Maschine in
Bezug auf mögliche Beschädigungen zu überprüfen. Man
sollte sich vergewissern, ob die Tragkonstruktion, an der
die Maschine befestigt wird, die Last und das Gewicht der
Maschine aushalten wird. Verboten ist die Befestigung der
Maschine an einer Konstruktion, die sich in Bezug auf ihre
Tragfähigkeit nicht überprüfen lässt. Für die Befestigung an
der Tragkonstruktion und für die Tragkonstruktion selbst ist
der Benutzer verantwortlich. Beim Aufhängen der Maschine
an der Tragkonstruktion ist besondere Vorsicht geboten.

Tragfähigkeit und Stahldicke sowie Luftspalt
Es sind sichere Arbeitsbedingungen zu gewährleisten,
um Gefahren im Zusammenhang mit eventuellen
Personenverletzungen zu vermeiden. Es ist zu überprüfen,
ob die Magnete des Hubgeräts nicht verschmutzt sind. Falls
sie es sind, müssen sie vor dem weiteren Betrieb gereinigt
werden. Die gehobene Last muss ebenfalls sauber und ohne
Korrosionsspuren sein.
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Oberäche des
angehobenen Objekts sauber und rostfrei ist.
2. Setzen Sie den Lasthebemagnet in die Mitte des
Werkstücks.
3. Bewegen Sie den Verriegelungshebel in die Position
"ON".
4. Nachdem die Ladung transportiert wurde und stabil
ist, bewegen Sie den Verriegelungshebel in die
Position "AUS", um den Aufzug zu trennen.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie den Verriegelungshebel nicht
auf "ON", wenn sich der Lasthebemagnet nicht auf
der Oberäche des Werkstücks bendet.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
b) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
c) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden. Das Gerät sollte einmal im Jahr auf
Funktionstüchtigkeit getestet werden.
d) Zum Reinigen ist ein weicher, feuchter Lappen zu
verwenden.
e) Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/
oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder
Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberäche
des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,
beschädigen können.
f) Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit säurehaltigen
Substanzen. Medizinische Geräte, Verdünner,
Kraftsto oder andere Chemikalien können das
Gerät beschädigen.
g) Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten wird es empfohlen, den
Lasthebemagnet mit Öl zu schützen.
h) Lagern Sie das Gerät nicht mit angeschlossener Last.
ENTSORGUNG GEBRAUCHTER GERÄTE
Die bei der Konstruktion des Gerätes verwendeten
Kunststoe können entsprechend ihrer Kennzeichnung
recycelt werden. Mit der Entscheidung für das Recycling
leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Schutz unserer
Umwelt. Wenden Sie sich an die örtlichen Behörden, um
Informationen über Ihre lokale Recyclinganlagen zu erhalten.

TECHNICAL DATA
The terms "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions to refer to DUAL PERMANENT MAGNET
LIFT.
2.1. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b) If you are unsure about whether the product is
operating correctly or if you nd damage, please
contact the manufacturer’s service centre.
c) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
d) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden to
enter a work station. (A distraction may result in loss
of control over the device).
e) Please keep this manual available for future
reference. If this device is passed on to a third party,
the manual must be passed on with it.
f) Keep the device away from children and animals.
g) If this device is used together with another
equipment, the remaining instructions for use shall
also be followed.
2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The machine may be operated by physically t
persons who are able to handle the machine, are
properly trained, who have reviewed this operating
manual and have received training in occupational
health and safety.
c) The machine is not designed to be handled by
persons (including children) with limited mental
and sensory functions or persons lacking relevant
experience and/ or knowledge unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety or
they have received instruction on how to operate the
machine.
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protective equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct and approved personal
protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
g) This machine generates a magnetic eld which
may interfere with medical devices such as metallic
implants or pacemakers. Never use the machine or
approach the machine when it runs if not permitted
by the manufacturer of the medical devices or
a physician.

2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
b) Keep the device in perfect technical condition.
Before each use check for general damage and
especially check for cracked parts or elements and
for any other conditions which may impact the safe
operation of the device. If damage is discovered,
hand over the device for repair before use.
c) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
d) When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country
where the device will be used.
e) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
f) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
g) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
h) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
i) If the machine has been overloaded or subject to
strong shock/vibrations, it must be inspected by
a qualied service technician before commencing
any work on the machine.
j) Do not overload the machine with a load exceeding
the maximum admissible load.
k) Do not hit the magnetic lifter or the load.
l) Do not walk or stay under a hanging load (and in its
direct vicinity).
m) Third parties must be warned about operation of the
machine and stay at a safe distance.
n) Do not lift people or animals using this machine.
o) Do not lift the load using the machine over people or
animals.
p) Always pay attention to the load.
q) Do not leave a hanging load unattended.
r) Never store the machine with a payload attached to
it.
s) Avoid situations in which the load could swing.
t) Lift only one load at a time.
u) This machine is not designed for permanent load
lifting.
v) Pay particular attention to factors reducing the
magnetic attraction force (such as materials which
do not conduct the magnetic eld, coarseness
and shape of surface, temperature, the ratio of
ferromagnetic material to steel, and that the lifted
material must be thick enough to completely absorb
the stream of the magnetic eld).
w) Never introduce any modications to the machine.
x) Do not conduct mechanical or similar works
(welding, cutting, etc.) on a hanging load.
y) After completion of work, the machine must be
secured against unauthorised use.

3. USE GUIDELINES
Magnetic hoists are lifting machines that generate a high
force of magnetic attraction with the use of a xed magnet.
They are designed for the temporary lifting and moving of
loads made of ferromagnetic metals.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
Check if the machine is not damaged before installing it at
the work station. Make sure that the load bearing structure
on which the machine is installed is suciently strong
to withstand the weight of the load and machine. Do not
install the machine on a structure that cannot be veried

3.3. DEVICE USE
1. Make sure the surface of the lifted object is clean and
rust-free.
2. Place the jack in the centre of the workpiece.
3. Move the lever lock to the "ON" position.
4. After the load has been transported and is in a stable
position, move the lock lever to "OFF" to disconnect
the lift.
NOTE: Do not set the locking lever to the "ON"
position if the lift is not on the surface of the
workpiece.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
c) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage. The device

wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.

3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Magnetické zvedáky jsou zvedací zařízení, která
vytvářejí obrovskou magnetickou přitažlivost pomocí
permanentního magnetu. Jsou určeny k dočasnému
zvednutí a přenesení břemen z feromagnetických materiálů.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku
použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.
3.1. POPIS ZAŘÍZENÍ
POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby
bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,
tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při
práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu
nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost
a zdravý rozum při jeho používání.

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI
Dříve, než budete stroj instalovat na pracovišti, zkontrolujte,
zda není poškozen. Ujistěte se, že nosná konstrukce, na níž
bude stroj připevněn, je dostatečně pevná, aby byla schopna
unést hmotnost samotného stroje i nákladu. Je zakázáno
montovat stroj na konstrukci, u níž nelze zjistit nosnost či
odolnost. Uživatel sám zodpovídá za montáž na nosnou
konstrukci a za samotnou nosnou konstrukci. Při zavěšování
stroje na nosnou konstrukci buďte opatrní a zajistěte veškeré
podmínky nezbytné pro bezpečnou práci – tím se vyhnete
rizikům spojeným s případnými nehodami. Zkontrolujte, zda
magnety zvedáku nejsou znečištěné. Pokud ano, před další
prací musí být bezpodmínečně vyčištěny. Dbejte na to, aby
byl zvedaný materiál čistý a zbavený stop po korozi.
3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
1. Ujistěte se, že je povrch zvedaného předmětu čistý
a bez rzi.
2. Umístěte zvedák na střed zvedaného předmětu.
3. Přesuňte zajišťovací páku do polohy „ON“.
4. Po přepravě břemene a jeho stabilním uložení
odpojte zvedák přesunutím zajišťovací páky do
polohy „OFF“.
POZNÁMKA: Pokud není zvedák na povrchu
zvedaného předmětu, nenastavujte zajišťovací páku
do polohy „ON“.
3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) K čištění povrchu zařízení používejte výhradně
prostředky neobsahující žíravé látky.
b) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu svitu.
c) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,
zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.

g) Po ukončení práce se doporučuje zvedák ochránit
olejem.
h) Neuchovávejte zařízení s připojeným nákladem.
LIKVIDACE OPOTŘEBENÝCH ZAŘÍZENÍ
Komponenty použité v zařízení jsou vhodné pro zužitkování
v souladu s jejich označením. Díky zužitkování, recyklaci nebo
jiným způsobům využití opotřebených zařízení významně
přispíváte k ochraně životního prostředí. Informace
o příslušné sběrně opotřebených zařízení poskytne místní
obecný nebo městský úřad.

2.3. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L'APPAREIL

3.2. PRÉPARATION À L'UTILISATION
Avant d'installer la machine au poste de travail, veuillez
vérier qu'elle ne présente aucun dommage. Assurez vous
que la structure porteuse à laquelle elle doit être xée est
assez solide pour supporter et le poids de la machine, et
la charge suspendue. Il est interdit de xer la machine à
une structure dont la force portante n'a pas été vériée.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de défaut
de la structure porteuse ou de la xation de la machine à
la structure porteuse. Lors de la xation de la machine
à la structure porteuse, une prudence particulière est
recommandée. Veuillez sécuriser les environs immédiats
de la machine, pour éviter tout risque de blessures
pour les personnes alentours. Le fabricant décline toute
responsabilité quant aux conditions d'installation et à
l'installation elle-même de la machine. Assurez-vous que
l’aimant de la machine est propre. Le cas échéant, nettoyez-
le avant d’utiliser la machine. La charge à lever doit elle aussi
être propre et dépourvue de toute trace de rouille.
3.3. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
1. Assurez-vous que la surface de l'objet soulevé est
propre et sans rouille.
2. Placez l'aimant de levage au centre de la pièce.
3. Mettez le levier de verrouillage en position «ON».
4. Une fois que la charge a été transportée et qu'elle est
stablement posée, déplacez le levier de verrouillage
sur la position «OFF» pour déconnecter l'aimant de
levage.
ATTENTION: Ne placez pas le levier de verrouillage
sur la position «ON» si l'aiment de levage ne se
trouve pas sur la surface de la pièce à travailler
3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Pour nettoyer les diérentes surfaces, n'utilisez que
des produits sans agents corrosifs.
b) Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et
sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du
soleil.
c) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer
qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun
dommage. La abilité de l'appareil doit être testée
une fois par an.
d) Il est conseillé de laver l’appareil uniquement avec un
chion mou et humide.
e) N’utilisez aucun objet présentant des arêtes
tranchantes, ni objet métallique (tels qu’une brosse
ou une spatule en métal) pour le nettoyage car ils
pourraient endommager la surface de l’appareil.
f) Ne nettoyez pas l’appareil pas avec des substances
acides. L’équipement médical, les solvants, les
carburants et les produits chimiques peuvent
endommager l’appareil.
g) Après utilisation, il est recommandé de protéger
l'aimant de lavage avec de l'huile.
h) Ne stockez pas l'appareil avec une charge attachée.

2.1. SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO
a) Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato. Il

a incidenti. Essere sempre prudenti, osservare che
cosa si sta facendo e utilizzare il buon senso quando
si adopera il dispositivo.
b) In presenza di dubbi sul corretto funzionamento del
dispositivo o se ci sono dei danni, rivolgersi al servizio
clienti del produttore.
c) Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente
dal servizio assistenza del produttore. Non eseguire le
riparazioni da soli!
d) I bambini e le persone non autorizzate non devono
essere presenti sul posto di lavoro. (La disattenzione
può causare la perdita del controllo sul dispositivo).
e) Conservare le istruzioni d‘uso per uso futuro. Nel caso

dispositivi medici o dal medico.
USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO
a) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori
dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non
hanno familiarità con il dispositivo e le istruzioni
d’uso. Nelle mani di persone inesperte, questo
dispositivo può rappresentare un pericolo.
b) Mantenere il dispositivo in perfette condizioni.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano
danni generali o danni alle parti mobili (frattura
di parti e componenti o altre condizioni che
potrebbero compromettere il funzionamento sicuro
del prodotto). In caso di danni, l'unità deve essere
riparata prima dell'uso.
c) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell'attrezzatura
devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
specializzato qualicato e con pezzi di ricambio
originali. Ciò garantisce la sicurezza durante l'uso.
d) Quando si trasporta e si sposta l'apparecchiatura
dal luogo di deposito al luogo di utilizzo, i requisiti
di sicurezza e di igiene per la movimentazione
manuale devono essere rispettati per il paese in cui
l'apparecchiatura viene utilizzata.
e) Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito mentre è in
uso.
f) Pulire regolarmente l'apparecchio in modo da
evitare l'accumulo di sporcizia.
g) Questo apparecchio non è un giocattolo! La pulizia
e la manutenzione non devono essere eseguite da
bambini a meno che non siano sotto la supervisione
di un adulto.
h) È vietato intervenire sulla costruzione del dispositivo
per modicare i suoi parametri o la sua costruzione.
i) Se il dispositivo è stato caricato eccessivamente
o viene sottoposto a forti scossoni esso deve essere
controllato da un membro dell'assistenza prima
dell'utilizzo successivo.
j) È vietato il carico del dispositivo con un peso che
supera la portata massima.
k) Non colpire la leva o il carico ssato.
l) È vietato passare sotto e rimanere sotto il carico
appeso (e nelle sue vicinanze).
m) È necessario avvisare sempre terzi prima dell'utilizzo
della macchina. Questi devono trovarsi a una
distanza sicura dal carico.
n) È vietato sollevare persone o animali con questa
macchina.
o) È vietato sollevare il peso utilizzando la macchina
sopra persone o animali.
p) Osservare sempre il carico.
q) È vietato lasciare il carico inosservato.
r) Non riporre il dispositivo con il peso attaccato.
s) Evitare che il carico oscilli.
t) È possibile sollevare solo un carico alla volta.
u) La macchina non è adatta al sollevamento prolungato
di carichi.
v) Speciale attenzione va rivolta a fattori che possono
limitare la forza magnetica (per esempio in caso
siano presenti materiali che non favoriscano
il campo agnetico, ruvidità e la forma della
supercie, temperature, il rapporto delle sostanze
ferromagnetiche rispetto all'acciaio e lo spessore
suciente del ateriale sollevato in modo che
la corrente del campo magnetico possa venire
egistrata).
w) Non può essere eettuata alcuna modica alla
macchina.
x) È vietata l'attuazione del lavoro meccanico o simile
(saldatura, taglio, ecc.) al carico appeso.
y) Dopo la ne dell'utilizzo la macchina va tenuta
lontana dall'utilizzo non autorizzato.
3. CONDIZIONI D'USO
I dispositivi di sollevamento maagnetici creano una
grande forza magnetica di sollevamento con l'utilizzo di
un magnete stabile. Essi sono ideati per il sollevamento e
il trasporto di carichi realizzati con metalli ferromagnetici.
L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da
un uso improprio.

3.2. PREPARAZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO
Prima dell'installazione sul posto di lavoro controllare che
la macchina non presenti danneggiamenti. Controllare che
la struttura di trazione assicurata alla macchina sia in grado
di sostenere il carico e il peso della macchina. È vietato il
ssaggio della macchina a una struttura di cui non sia
vericabile la portata. L'utente è responsabile per il ssaggio
alla struttura portante e per la struttura portante stessa.
Prestare particolare attenzione all'attacco della macchina
alla struttura portante. Garantire la sicurezza del lavoro per
evitare il pericolo in caso di eventuali incidenti. Controllare
che i magneti del sollevatore non siano sporchi. Qualora lo
siano, pulirle prima di procedere all'utilizzo. Il carico sollevato
deve essere pulito e senza tracce di corrosione.
3.3. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO
1. Vericare se la supercie del pezzo da sollevare sia
pulita e priva di ruggine.
2. Posizionare il sollevatore sul baricentro del pezzo da
sollevare.
3. Spostare la leva in posizione „ON”.
4. Dopo aver movimentato e depositato in modo
stabile il carico, riportare la leva in posizione „OFF”
per distaccare il magnete.
ATTENZIONE: Non ruotare mail la leva in posizione
„ON” quando il magnete non è posizionato sulla
supercie del pezzo da sollevare.
3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
a) Per pulire la supercie utilizzare solo detergenti
senza ingredienti corrosivi.
b) Tenere l'apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,
protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.
c) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per
mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni. Una volta
all’anno controllare la capacità di carico.
d) Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno morbido e umido.
e) Non utilizzare oggetti appuntiti o / e metallici (come
una spazzola o una spatola metallica) per la pulizia,
poiché potrebbero danneggiare la supercie del
materiale con cui è fatto il dispositivo.
f) Non pulire il dispositivo con sostanze acide.
Attrezzature mediche, diluente per vernici,
carburante o altre sostanze chimiche possono
danneggiare l‘unità.
g) Terminato il lavoro, applicare dell‘olio sul magnete.
h) Non conservare l'apparecchio con il carico installato.
SMALTIMENTO DELLE ATTREZZATURE USATE
I materiali utilizzati nel dispositivo possono essere riciclati
secondo indicazioni. Riutilizzando i materiali o i dispositivi,
si contribuisce a tutelare l'ambiente circostante. Le
informazioni sui rispettivi punti di smaltimento sono

DATOS TÉCNICOS
Conceptos como "aparato" o "producto" en las advertencias
y descripciones de este manual se reeren a IMÁN DE
LEVANTAMIENTO PERMANENTE DUAL.
2.1. SEGURIDAD EN EL PUESTO DE TRABAJO
a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.
El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar
accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo
que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando
utilice el dispositivo.
b) En caso de duda sobre si el producto funciona
correctamente o si detectara daños, póngase en
contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente del
fabricante.
c) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por
el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice
reparaciones por su cuenta!
d) Se prohíbe la presencia de niños y personas no
autorizadas en el lugar de trabajo (la falta de atención
puede llevar a la pérdida de control del equipo).
e) Conserve el manual de instrucciones para futuras
consultas. Este manual debe ser entregado a toda
persona que vaya a hacer uso del dispositivo.
f) Mantenga el equipo alejado de niños y animales.
g) Al utilizar este equipo junto con otros, también deben
observarse otras instrucciones de uso.
2.2. SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de
fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,
drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la
capacidad de manejo del aparato.
b) La máquina debe ser manipulada exclusivamente por
operarios con la formación adecuada y físicamente
sanos, que hayan leído las presentes instrucciones y
conozcan los requisitos en materia de seguridad y
salud.
c) Esta máquina no debe ser utilizada por personas
(entre ellas niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales
o mentales reducidas, o con falta de la experiencia
y/o los conocimientos necesarios, a menos que
sean supervisadas por una persona responsable de
su seguridad o que hayan recibido de esta persona
responsable las indicaciones pertinentes en relación
al manejo de la máquina.
d) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común
cuando maneje este producto. La más breve falta de
atención durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones
graves.
e) Utilice el equipo de protección personal necesario
para el empleo de este dispositivo, de acuerdo con
las especicaciones del punto 1 de las explicaciones
de los símbolos. El uso de un equipo de protección
personal apropiado y certicado reduce el riesgo de
lesiones.
f) Este aparato no es un juguete. Debe controlar que
los niños no jueguen con él.

g) El dispositivo produce un campo magnético, que
puede dañar equipos médicos, como implantes
de metal o marcapasos. En este caso, no utilice ni
se aproxime al aparato, a no ser que el fabricante
del equipo médico o un médico hayan dado su
consentimiento para ello.
2.3. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO
a) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los
niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas
con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido las
instrucciones pertinentes al respecto. En manos de
personas inexpertas este equipo puede representar
un peligro.
b) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado
de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,
compruébelo en busca de daños generales o de
piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes
u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el
funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de
daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver
a ponerse en funcionamiento.
c) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos
solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado
y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.
Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.
d) Al transportar o trasladar el equipo desde su lugar
de almacenamiento hasta su lugar de utilización,
se observarán los requisitos de seguridad e higiene
para la manipulación manual en el país en que se
utilice el equipo.
e) No deje este equipo sin supervisión mientras esté en
funcionamiento.
f) Limpie regularmente el dispositivo para evitar que la
suciedad se incruste permanentemente.
g) Este aparato no es un juguete. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento no deben ser llevados a cabo por
niños que no estén bajo la supervisión de adultos.
h) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del
dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.
i) En caso de que la máquina haya sido sobrecargada
o haya sufrido sacudidas, debe ser comprobada por
el correspondiente servicio técnico antes de volver
a ponerse en funcionamiento.
j) Se prohíbe la carga del dispositivo por encima de la
capacidad máxima permitida.
k) No golpear el elevador o la carga jada a él.
l) Se prohíbe circular y permanecer bajo la carga
suspendida (o en las proximidades).
m) Debe advertirse a los presentes de la puesta en
funcionamiento de la máquina. Estas personas
deben mantenerse a una distancia segura de la
carga.
n) Se prohíbe utilizar esta máquina para elevar personas
o animales.
o) Se prohíbe elevar cargas sobre personas o animales.
p) La carga debe estar siempre vigilada.
q) Se prohíbe dejar la carga sin supervisión.
r) No almacenar la máquina con la carga.
s) Evite el balanceo o giro de la carga.
t) Elevar solamente una carga cada vez.
u) La máquina no es apta para mantener la carga
elevada.
v) Se debe prestar especial atención a factores, que
puedan afectar a la fuerza magnética (por ejemplo
elementos no conductores, aspereza y forma
de la supercie, temperatura, comportamiento
del material electromagnético en relación con el
acero y el hecho de que el material elevado sea lo
sucientemente denso, como para que la corriente
del campo magnético pueda soportarlo).
w) No está permitido realizar modicaciones en la
máquina.
x) Se prohíbe la realización de trabajos mecánicos
o similares (soldadura, corte, etc.). en la carga unida.
y) Después de su utilización, debe guardar/asegurar
la máquina para evitar el uso de terceros no
autorizados.
3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Los elevadores magnéticos generan una gran potencia de
elevación gracias a un robusto imán. Están destinados al la
elevación temporal y transporte de mercancías, fabricadas
con materiales ferromagnéticos.
El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un
uso inadecuado del aparato.

¡ATENCIÓN! Aunque en la fabricación de este aparato
se ha prestado gran importancia a la seguridad,
dispone de ciertos mecanismos de protección
extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de seguridad
adicionales, existe el riesgo de lesiones durante el
funcionamiento, por lo que se recomienda proceder
con precaución y sentido común.

3.2. PREPARACIÓN PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA
Antes de la instalación de la máquina en la zona de trabajo,
revísela en busca de posibles daños. Asegúrese de que la
estructura del soporte, jado al polipasto, sustente la carga
y el peso de la máquina. Se prohíbe la jación de la máquina
a una construcción, cuya capacidad de carga no pueda
comprobarse. El usuario es el responsable de la jación
a la estructura portante y de dicha estructura. Se ruega
preste especial atención al colgar la máquina a la estructura

portante. Debe garantizar que se cumplan las medidas
de seguridad necesarias, para evitar posibles riesgos de
lesiones. Debe comprobar que el imán del elevador no
esté sucio. En caso de que así fuera, limpiar antes de seguir
utilizándolo. La carga elevada también debe estar limpia y
no tener rastros de corrosión.
3.3. MANEJO DEL APARATO
1. Asegúrese de que la supercie del objeto levantado
esté limpia y sin óxido.
2. Coloque el imán en el centro de la pieza de trabajo.
3. Mueva la palanca de bloqueo a la posición "ON".
4. Una vez que la carga haya sido transportada y esté
de manera estable, mueva la palanca de bloqueo a la
posición "OFF" para desconectar el imán.
ATENCIÓN: No coloque la palanca de bloqueo en
la posición "ON" si el imán no se encuentra sobre la
supercie de la pieza de trabajo.
3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
a) Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que
no contengan sustancias corrosivas.
b) Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y
protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.
c) En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles
daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.
Una vez al año el dispositivo debe ser sometido
a una prueba de eciencia.
d) Para su limpieza utilizar un paño húmedo y suave.
e) No utilizar para la limpieza objetos de metal
puntiagudos y/o alados (p.ej. cepillos metálicos
o espátulas de metal), ya que podrían dañar la
supercie del material del que está hecho el aparato.
f) No limpie el aparato con limpiadores que puedan
contener sustancias ácidas. Los aparatos médicos,
disolventes, carburantes y otros químicos podrían
dañar el producto.
g) Después de terminar el trabajo, se recomienda
proteger el imán con aceite.
h) No guarde el dispositivo con una carga adjunta.

Los materiales utilizados en este aparato son reciclables,
conforme a su designación. Con la reutilización,
aprovechamiento de materiales u otras formas de uso de
los aparatos utilizados, contribuirás a proteger el medio

gebrauchte Elektro – und Elektronikgeräte dürfen gemäß europäischer Vorgaben [1] nicht zum unsortierten Siedlungsabfall
gegeben werden, sondern müssen getrennt erfasst werden. Das Symbol der Abfalltonne auf Rädern weist auf die Notwendigkeit
der getrennten Sammlung hin. Helfen auch Sie mit beim Umweltschutz. Sorgen Sie dafür, dieses Gerät, wenn Sie es nicht mehr
weiter nutzen wollen, in die hierfür vorgesehenen Systeme der Getrenntsammlung zu geben.
In Deutschland sind Sie gesetzlich [2] verpichtet, ein Altgerät einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung
zuzuführen. Die öffentlich – rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger (Kommunen) haben hierzu Sammelstellen eingerichtet, an denen
Altgeräte aus privaten Haushalten ihres Gebietes für Sie kostenfrei entgegengenommen werden. Möglicherweise holen die
rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger die Altgeräte auch bei den privaten Haushalten ab.
Bitte informieren Sie sich über Ihren lokalen Abfallkalender oder bei Ihrer Stadt – oder Gemeindeverwaltung über die in Ihrem
Gebiet zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von Altgeräten.
