1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige
Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den
technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster
Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der
höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND VERSTANDEN
WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der
Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.

2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut
beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung
kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie vorausschauend,
beobachten Sie, was getan wird, und nutzen Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand bei der Verwendung des
Gerätes.
b) Bei Zweifeln, ob das Produkt ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert, oder wenn Schäden festgestellt werden,
wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst des
Herstellers.
c) Das Produkt darf nur vom Hersteller repariert werden.
Reparieren Sie es nicht selbst!
d) Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte fern; Unachtsamkeit
kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät führen.
e) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den
weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät an Dritte
weitergegeben werden, muss die Gebrauchsanleitung
mit ausgehändigt werden.
f) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
g) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
h) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs einschlieβlich
anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach übrigen
Betriebsanweisungen richten.
i) Dieses Gerät ist nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter
geistiger oder sensorischer Leistungsfähigkeit (z.
B. Anfälle, Bewusstseinsverlust usw.) vorgesehen,
die Gefahren für den Bediener oder umstehende
Personen verursachen können.
Die originale Anweisung ist die deutschsprachige Fassung.
Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind Übersetzungen aus der
deutschen Sprache.
2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT
ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der
Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu schweren
Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod führe.
HINWEIS!Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
2.2 PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende
Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient
werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die
Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer
Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.
c) Das Gerät darf nur von körperlich geeigneten
Personen bedient werden, die zu ihrem Benutzen
fähig und entsprechend geschult sind und die
diese Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden
haben und im Rahmen der Sicherheit und des
Gesundheitsschutzes am Arbeitsplatz geschult
wurden.

n) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Punkt, an dem das
Gerät befestigt ist, stabil ist, und eine weitere Arbeit
mit dem Gerät keine Gefahr dastellt, dass dieses aus
der Höhe fallen könnte.
o) Vermeiden Sie Stöße, Schläge und plötzliche
Geschwindigkeitsänderungen beim Transport des
Geräts. Dadurch wird die Gefahr des Herunterfallens
von Lasten aus einer Höhe verringert.
p) Achten Sie darauf, dass die Last am Schwerpunkt
befestigt ist oder so, dass die Last sicher verteilt ist.
q) Achten Sie immer darauf, dass das Gerät korrekt und
sicher am Befestigungspunkt befestigt ist.
r) Achten Sie immer darauf, dass alle Schrauben und
Muttern richtig angezogen sind und es keinen
unnötigen Spielraum gibt.
s) Die Warnschilder am Gerät dürfen nicht entfernt oder
verdeckt werden.
t) Verboten ist, die Last ohne Aufsicht zu hinterlassen.
u) Der Aufenthalt von Personen und Tieren unter
schwebenden Lasten ist strengstens verboten.
v) Es ist verboten, die Ladung mit dem Gerät über
Personen oder Tiere zu transportieren.
w) Es ist verboten, Personen oder Tiere mit Hilfe dieses
Geräts zu transportieren.
x) Dritte Personen sollten vor dem Betrieb des Geräts
gewarnt werden und sich in sicherem Abstand von
der Last aufhalten.
y) Das Gerät sollte innerhalb eines Gebäudes eingesetzt
werden.
z) Das Gerät dient nicht zum Transport von Schüttgut.
aa) Der Transport von Gefahrgütern, wie z. B.
geschmolzene Masse, radioaktive Stoe, ist nicht zu
empfohlen.
bb) Kettengehänge werden wegen der Gefahr der
Wasserstoversprödung nicht für den Einsatz in
Beizbädern empfohlen.
cc) Es ist verboten, dass sich Personen in gefährlichen
Bereichen aufhalten oder bewegen.
dd) Die Art der Lasten, die von diesem Gerät bewegt
werden können, ist zu beachten.
ee) Verwenden Sie keinen beschädigten Hebegurt oder
einen modizierten Hebegurt ohne Zustimmung des
Herstellers.
) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät sicher an der
entsprechenden Halterung befestigt ist, bevor Sie die
Last anlegen.
gg) Die als Hebegurthalter zu verwendende Oberäche
sollte nicht lackiert und/oder geschmiert werden, um
ein Verrutschen der Last zu verhindern.
ACHTUNG! Wenn Sie das Gerät als Aufhängepunkt
verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Tragkonstruktion,
an der das Gerät befestigt werden soll, stark genug ist, um
dem Gewicht der Last und des Gerätes standzuhalten. Es ist
verboten, das Gerät auf einer Konstruktion zu montieren,
deren Tragfähigkeit und Festigkeit nicht überprüft werden
kann. Die Verantwortung für die Montage an der Tragstruktur
und für die Tragstruktur selbst, liegt beim Benutzer. Bei
der Aufhängung des Geräts an der Tragkonstruktion
ist besondere Vorsicht geboten und es sind alle für ein
sicheres Arbeiten erforderlichen Bedingungen zu beachten.
Dadurch können eventuelle Gefahren vermieden werden,
die durch mögliche Verletzungen von Personen entstehen
können. Die Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung der
Installationsbedingungen des Geräts und für die Montage
des Geräts, liegt beim Benutzer.
3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Gerät ist zum Heben und Transportieren von Trägern,
Prolen und Konstruktionen bestimmt.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
3.1. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG

3.2. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
a) Das Gerät muss in einem kompletten Satz mit einem
Kettenzug, einem Laufkran oder anderen Hebe-/
Transportvorrichtungen montiert werden.
b) Klemmen Sie die Spannbacken des Geräts mit Hilfe
des Hebels an das Transportgut.
c) Die Richtung zum Heben und Senken der Last muss
in einer vertikalen Linie zum Aufhängepunkt des
Geräts liegen.
d) Die Zugrichtung der Last muss in einer parallelen
Linie zum Aufhängepunkt des Geräts verlaufen.
e) Entfernen Sie nach dem Transport des Elements das
Transportgut vom Gerät und stellen Sie sicher, dass
das Transportset keine Absturzgefahr darstellt.
3.3. MONTAGE DES GERÄTS
• Befestigen Sie die Klemme an der tragenden Struktur
über dem Arbeitsbereich. Setzen Sie die Backen über
den unteren Träger und ziehen Sie den Hebel fest,
indem Sie den Klemmgri im Uhrzeigersinn drehen,
um ihn zu sichern.
• Wenn Sie den Grifer als Hebevorrichtung verwenden,
hängen Sie die Klemme an den unteren Haken des
Hebezeugs. Legen Sie die Last zwischen die Backen
der Klemme und ziehen Sie sie durch Drehen des
Hebels im Uhrzeigersinn an.
• Die Klemme sollte an der Last in einer Position
befestigt werden, die eine gleichmäßige Verteilung
der Last gewährleistet.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
b) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
c) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät
regelmäßig überprüft werden.
d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des
Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während
der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
e) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die Verwendung
einer geeigneten und zertizierten Schutzausrüstung
verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
f) Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von
beweglichen Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck
oder lange Haare können durch sich bewegende
Teile erfasst werden.
g) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle
zu vermeiden.
2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden
Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
c) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
e) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur
so wird die Sicherheit während der Nutzung
gewährleistet.
f) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
g) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
h) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden..
i) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts
einzugreifen, um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion
zu ändern.
j) Geräte von Feuer – und Wärmequellen fernhalten.
k) Der maximale Belastungswert des Geräts darf nicht
überschritten werden.
l) Halten Sie Ihre Hände während des
Zusammenklemmens nicht zwischen die
Spannbacken des Geräts.
m) Vergewissern Sie sich immer, dass die vom Gerät
transportierte Last stabil befestigt ist und nicht
herunterfällt, abrutscht, bricht, abbröckelt oder auf
andere Weise unerwartet aus der Höhe fällt. Ein
fallendes Gewicht kann zu schweren oder tödlichen
Verletzungen führen.

ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät in Hinblick
auf Sicherheit entworfen wurde und über
Schutzmechanismen sowie zusätzlicher
Sicherheitselemente verfügt, besteht bei
der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall- oder
Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.

d) Die Leitspindel sollte regelmäßig geschmiert werden.
e) Entfernen Sie Schmutz oder Wasser von der Klemme.
Das Gerät muss überprüft werden:
• vor jeder Inbetriebnahme
• nach Reparatur oder Remontage
• bei Verwendung von Zubehör
Achten Sie insbesondere auf:
• den technische Zustand der Komponenten des
Hebesystems, ob sie Verformungen oder Rissen
ausgesetzt sind oder keinen übermäßigen Verschleiß
aufweisen.
• lose oder fehlende Befestigungselemente
• den Zustand der Kennzeichnungsschilder und
Etiketten.

2.1. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b) If you are unsure about whether the product is
operating correctly or if you nd damage, please
contact the manufacturer’s service centre.
c) Only the manufacturer’s service centre may make
repairs to the product. Do not attempt to make repairs
yourself!
d) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden to
enter a work station. (A distraction may result in loss
of control over the device).
e) Please keep this manual available for future reference.
If this device is passed on to a third party, the manual
must be passed on with it.
f) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts in
a place not available to children.
g) Keep the device away from children and animals.
h) If this device is used together with another equipment,
the remaining instructions for use shall also be
followed.
i) The device should not be used by persons with
compromised physical, sensory or intellectual capacity
(i.e. convulsion, mental blackout, etc.) who would may
cause harm for an operator or outsiders.

2.2 PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/
or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instruction on how to operate the device.
c) The device can be handled only by physically t
persons who are capable of handling it, properly
trained, familiar with this manual and trained within
the scope of occupational health and safety.
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protective equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct and approved personal
protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
g) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the device.
CAUTION!: If the device will be used as a dangle point,
make sure that a supporting structure, that the device is
hitched to, is suciently tough to bear the weight of the
load and the device. It is forbidden to mount the unit on
a structure that cannot be veried with regard to its load
capacity and strength. The user is responsible for mounting
the unit on the load-bearing structure and for the load-
bearing structure itself. When mounting the unit on the
load-bearing structure, special care must be taken to
ensure that all conditions are suitable for safe operation -
to avoid any risk of injury to people. The user is responsible
for preparation of mounting conditions and for mounting
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is designed for lifting and transporting beams,
proles and structures.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate
tools for the given task. A correctly-selected device
will perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c) Keep the device in perfect technical condition.
Before each use check for general damage and
especially check for cracked parts or elements and
for any other conditions which may impact the safe
operation of the device. If damage is discovered,
hand over the device for repair before use.
d) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
h) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
i) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
j) Keep the device away from sources of re and heat.
k) Do not exceed the maximum load of the device.
l) Do not put your hands between the jaws of the
device while the jaws are being tightened.
m) Always make sure that the load transported by the
device is securely attached and cannot fall, slip,
break, crush, and that no any other unexpected
event will occur that may cause the load to fall from
a height. A falling load can cause severe injury or
death.
n) Make sure that the point to which the device is
attached is stable and that further operation of the
device will not lead to its falling from a height.
o) Avoid shocks, impacts and sudden changes in speed
during transportation using the device. That will
reduce the risk of the load falling from a height.
p) Make sure that a load is hitched in the center of its
gravity or in such a way that it enables safe weight
distribution.
q) Always make sure that the device is properly and
safely hitched to an attachment point.
r) Always make sure that all screws and nuts are
properly tighten and the device does not include
unnecessary backlashes.
s) Do not remove or cover warning marks that are
placed on the device.
t) Do not leave a hanging load unattended.
u) No person or animal is allowed under suspended
loads.
v) It is forbidden to transport any load using the device
over people or animals.
w) It is forbidden to transport people or animals using
this device.
x) Any third persons should be warned of the work of
the machine and should stay at a safe distance from
the load.

Additionally, it is produced in compliance with the most

trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform maintenance tasks. The

2. USAGE SAFETY

3.2. DEVICE USE
a) The unit must be assembled in a complete set
with a chain hoist, crane trolley or other lifting or
transporting equipment.
b) Using the lever, tighten the jaws of the device on the
piece to be transported.
c) The direction of lifting and lowering of the load must
be perpendicular to the point of suspension of the
device.

3.3. DEVICE ASSEMBLY
• Mount the beam clamp to the load-bearing structure
above the working area. Place the jaws above the
lower ange of the beam and tighten the lever by
turning the clamp handle clockwise to secure it in
place.
• When using the gripper as a lifting device, hang the
clamp on the lower hook of the hoist. Place the load
between the jaws of the clamp and tighten it by
turning the lever clockwise.
• The clamp should be attached to the load in a place
ensuring an even distribution of the load.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
c) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
d) The lead screw should be lubricated regularly.
e) Remove all dirt or water from the clamp.

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA
Urządzenie przeznaczone jest do podnoszenia
i transportowania dźwigarów, proli i konstrukcji.
Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe
w wyniku użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem
ponosi użytkownik.

do punktu zawieszenia urządzenia.
e) Po zakończonym transporcie elementu należy
usunąć element transportowany z urządzenia
i upewnić się, że zestaw transportujący nie stwarza
zagrożenia upadku z wysokości.
3.3. MONTAŻ URZĄDZENIA
• Zamontować zacisk belki do konstrukcji nośnej nad
obszarem roboczym. Umieścić szczęki nad dolnym
pasem belki i dokręcić dźwignię obracając uchwyt
zacisku zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara, aby
zabezpieczyć go na miejscu.
• W przypadku używania chwytaka jako urządzenia
podnoszącego, należy zawiesić zacisk na dolnym
haku wciągnika. Umieścić ładunek pomiędzy
szczękami zacisku i dokręcić, obracając dźwignię

z hlediska únosnosti a pevnosti. Odpovědnost za montáž
na nosnou konstrukci a za samotnou nosnou konstrukci leží
na uživateli. Při zavěšení zařízení na nosnou konstrukci je
třeba dbát zvýšené opatrnosti a zajistit všechny podmínky
nezbytné pro bezpečnou práci - umožní to vyhnout se
nebezpečím, v důsledku kterých by mohlo dojít ke zranění
osob. Odpovědnost za přípravu instalačních podmínek
zařízení a za jeho instalaci nese uživatel.
3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Zařízení je určeno pro zvedání a přepravu nosníků, prolů
a konstrukcí.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku použití
zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.
3.1. POPIS ZAŘÍZENÍ

a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte
vždy správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí
lépe a bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo
navrženo.
b) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí
a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo
návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v
rukou nezkušených uživatelů.
c) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav
i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém
stavu, a uživateli tak při práci se zařízením nehrozí
žádné nebezpečí. V případě, že zjistíte poškození,
nechte zařízení opravit.
d) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.
e) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět
pouze kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití
originálních náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné
používání zařízení.
f) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity
zařízení neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty
nebo neuvolňujte šrouby.
g) Pravidelně čistěte zařízení, aby nedošlo k trvalému
usazovaní nečistot.
h) Zařízení není hračka. Čištění a údržbu nesmí provádět
děti bez dohledu dospělé osoby.
i) Nezasahujte do zařízení s cílem změnit jeho
parametry nebo konstrukci.
j) Udržujte zařízení mimo zdroje ohně a tepla.
k) Nesmí být překročeno maximální zatížení zařízení
l) Nedávejte ruce mezi čelisti přístroje během jejich
svírání
m) Vždy se ujistěte, že náklad přepravovaný zařízením je
stabilně upevněn a nespadne, nesklouzne, neprolomí
se, nerozpadne se nebo jinak neočekávaně
nezpůsobí pád nákladu z výšky. Váha pádu může
způsobit vážné zranění nebo smrt.
n) Zajistěte, aby místo, ke kterému je zařízení
připevněno, bylo stabilní a další práce se zařízením
nehrozí rizikem pádu z výšky.
o) Při přepravě pomocí zařízení se vyvarujte otřesům,
nárazům a náhlým změnám rychlosti. Tím se sníží
riziko pádu z výšky.
p) Je třeba se ujistit, že náklad je zavěšen v bodu jeho
těžiště nebo takovým způsobem, který zajišťuje
bezpečné rozložení jeho hmotnosti.
q) Vždy se ujistěte, že zařízení je správně a bezpečně
připevněno k závěsnému bodu.
r) Vždy se ujistěte, že všechny šrouby a matice jsou
řádně dotaženy a že zařízení nemá zbytečná
nedotažení.
s) Je zakázáno odstraňovat nebo zakrývat výstražné
značky, které se na zařízení nacházejí.
t) Je zakázáno ponechat zavěšené břemeno bez
dozoru.
u) Je zakázáno přebývat pod zavěšeným břemenem
lidem a zvířátům.
v) Je zakázáno přepravovat náklad pomocí zařízení nad
lidmi nebo zvířaty.
w) Je zakázáno přepravovat lidi nebo zvířata pomocí
tohoto zařízení.
x) Třetí osoby by měly být upozorněny na provoz
zařízení a měly by zůstat v bezpečné vzdálenosti od
nákladu.
y) Zařízení by nemělo být používáno v budově.
z) Zařízení není určeno k přepravě sypkých materiálů.

3.2. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
a) Zařízení musí být smontováno v kompletní sadě s
řetězovým kladkostrojem, jeřábovým vozíkem nebo
jinými zvedacími/přepravními zařízeními.
b) Upevněte čelisti zařízení pákou na přepravovaném
předmětu.
c) Směr zvedání a spouštění nákladu musí být kolmý k
bodu zavěšení zařízení.
d) Směr tažení nákladu musí být rovnoběžný s bodem
zavěšení zařízení.
e) Po přepravě vyjměte přepravovanou část ze zařízení
a ujistěte se, že přepravní souprava nepředstavuje
hrozbu pádu z výšky.
POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby
bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,
tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při
práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu
nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost
a zdravý rozum při jeho používání.
aa) Nedoporučuje se přepravovat nebezpečné věci, např.
roztavené hmoty, radioaktivní materiály.
bb) Závěsné řetězy se nedoporučují používat v mořících
lázních kvůli vodíkové křehkosti.
cc) Je zakázáno stát a pohybovat se v nebezpečných
oblastech.
dd) Musí být dodržen druh břemen, která mohou být
tímto zařízením přepravována.
ee) Nepoužívejte poškozené závěsné zařízení nebo
upravené bez souhlasu výrobce.
) Před použitím zátěže se ujistěte, že je zařízení
bezpečně připevněno k příslušnému držáku.
gg) Povrch, který má být držadlem závěsu, by neměl
být natřen barvou a/nebo namazán tukem, aby se
zabránilo sklouznutí nákladu.

2.1. SÉCURITÉ AU POSTE DE TRAVAIL

3.3. MONTÁŽ ZAŘÍZENÍ
• Namontujte svorku nosníku na nosnou konstrukci
nad pracovní oblastí. Umístěte čelisti přes spodní
nosník a utáhněte páku otáčením rukojeti svorky ve
směru hodinových ručiček, abyste ji zajistili na místě.
• Pro použití uchopovače jako zvedacího zařízení,
zavěste svorku na spodní hák zvedáku. Vložte náklad
mezi čelisti svorky a utáhněte jej otáčením páky ve
směru hodinových ručiček.
• Svorka by měla být připevněna k nákladu na místě,
které zajistí rovnoměrné rozložení nákladu.
3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) K čištění povrchu zařízení používejte výhradně
prostředky neobsahující žíravé látky.
b) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu
svitu.
c) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,
zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.
d) Vodící šroub je třeba pravidelně promazávat
e) Odstraňte ze svorky veškeré nečistoty nebo vodu.
Zařízení by mělo být zkontrolováno:
• před každým použitím
• po opravě nebo opětovné montáži
• při použití příslušenství
Věnujte pozornost zejména:
• technický stav součástí zdvihacího systému, zda
nejsou deformovány, prasklé nebo nevykazují

de monter l‘appareil sur une construction qui ne peut être
vériée en termes de capacité portante et de résistance. La
responsabilité de l‘installation sur la structure portante et

3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION

2.3. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L’APPAREIL
a) Ne faites pas surchauer l’appareil. Utilisez les outils
appropriés pour l’usage que vous en faites. Le choix
d’appareils appropriés et l’utilisation soigneuse de
ceux-ci produisent de meilleurs résultats.
b) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d’utilisation
doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des
personnes qui ne connaissent ni l’appareil, ni le
manuel d’utilisation s’y rapportant. Entre les mains
de personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d’appareils
peut représenter un danger.
c) Maintenez l’appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant
chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages
en général et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-
vous qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et
vériez que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement
sécuritaire de l’appareil). En cas de dommages,
l’appareil doit impérativement être envoyé en
réparation avant d’être utilisé de nouveau.
d) Tenez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants.

3.2. UTILISATION DE L‘APPAREIL
a) L‘appareil doit être monté dans un ensemble complet
avec un palan à chaîne, chariot à engrenages ou un
autre appareil de levage/transport.
b) Serrer les mâchoires de l‘appareil c l‘aide du levier
sur l‘élément à transporter.
c) Le sens de levage et d‘abaissement de la charge
doit être perpendiculaire au point de suspension de
l‘appareil.
d) Le sens de remorquage de la charge doit être
parallèle au point de suspension de l‘appareil.
e) Après le transport de l‘élément, retirez-le de
l‘appareil et assurez-vous que l‘ensemble de
transport ne présente pas de risque de chute de
hauteur.
3.3 MONTAGE DE L‘APPAREIL
• Montez la xation de la poutre sur la structure
porteuse au-dessus de la zone de travail. Placez les
mors sur la poutre inférieure et serrez le levier en
tournant la poignée de la pince dans le sens des
aiguilles d‘une montre pour la xer en place.
• Lorsque vous utilisez la pince comme dispositif de
levage, suspendez la pince au crochet inférieur du
palan. Placez la charge entre les mors de la pince et
serrez en tournant le levier dans le sens des aiguilles
d‘une montre.
• La pince doit être xée à la charge dans un endroit
assurant une répartition uniforme de la charge.
3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Pour nettoyer les diérentes surfaces, n‘utilisez que
des produits sans agents corrosifs.
b) Conservez l‘appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et
sec, à l‘abri de l‘humidité et des rayons directs du
soleil.
c) Contrôlez régulièrement l‘appareil pour vous assurer
qu‘il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun
dommage.

2.2 SICUREZZA PERSONALE
a) Non è consentito l’uso del dispositivo in uno stato
di aaticamento, malattia, sotto l’inuenza di alcol,
droghe o farmaci, se questi limitano la capacità di
utilizzare il dispositivo.
b) Questo dispositivo non è adatto per essere utilizzato

) Prima di applicare il carico, assicurarsi che l’apparecchio
sia saldamente ssato all’apposito supporto.
gg) La supercie da utilizzare come supporto per brache
non deve essere verniciata e/o lubricata per evitare
lo scivolamento del carico.
ATTENZIONE!: Nel caso in cui l’attrezzo sia utilizzato come
punto di sospensione, assicurarsi che la costruzione portante
a cui sarà agganciato sia sucientemente resistente da
poter reggere il peso complessivo del carico e dell’attrezzo.
E‘ vietato montare l‘apparecchio su una struttura non
certicabile in termini di capacità di carico e resistenza.
La responsabilità del montaggio sulla struttura portante e
della struttura portante stessa è a carico dell‘utente. In caso
di sospensione dell‘apparecchio su una struttura portante,

3. CONDIZIONI D’USO
L‘apparecchio è progettato per il sollevamento e il trasporto
di travi, proli e strutture.
L‘operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da un
uso improprio.
L’uso di dispositivi di protezione individuale adeguati
e certicati riduce il rischio di lesioni.
f) Non indossare indumenti larghi o gioielli. Tenere
capelli, indumenti e guanti lontano da parti in
movimento. Vestiti sciolti, gioielli o capelli lunghi
possono impigliarsi nelle parti in movimento.
g) Questo dispositivo non è un giocattolo. I bambini
devono essere sorvegliati anché non giochino con
il prodotto.
2.3. USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO
a) Non far surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare
strumenti appropriati. Dispositivi scelti correttamente
e un attento utilizzo degli stessi portano a risultati
migliori.
b) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori
dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non
hanno familiarità con il dispositivo e le istruzioni
d’uso. Nelle mani di persone inesperte, questo
dispositivo può rappresentare un pericolo.
c) Mantenere il dispositivo in perfette condizioni.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano
danni generali o danni alle parti mobili (frattura
di parti e componenti o altre condizioni che
potrebbero compromettere il funzionamento sicuro
del prodotto). In caso di danni, l’unità deve essere
riparata prima dell’uso.
d) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
e) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell’attrezzatura

3.2. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO
a) L'apparecchio deve essere montato in un set
completo con un paranco a catena, un carrello gru
o altri mezzi di sollevamento o di trasporto.
b) Serrare le ganasce dell'apparecchio con una leva sul
pezzo trasportato.
c) La direzione di sollevamento e abbassamento
del carico deve essere perpendicolare al punto di
attacco dell'apparecchio.
d) La direzione di traino del carico deve essere parallela
al punto di attacco dell'apparecchio.
e) Dopo il trasporto dell'oggetto, rimuovere l'oggetto
trasportato e assicurarsi che il set di trasporto non
presenti il pericolo di caduta dall'alto.
3.3 MONTAGGIO DELL’APPARECCHIO
• Fissare la pinza della trave alla sottostruttura sopra
l’area di lavoro. Posizionare le ganasce sopra la
parte inferiore della trave e serrare la leva ruotando
la maniglia della pinza in senso orario in modo da
ssarla in posizione.
• In caso di utilizzo del gripper come mezzo di
sollevamento, occorre appendere la pinza al gancio
inferiore del sollevatore. Posizionare il carico tra le
ganasce della pinza e serrare ruotando la leva in
senso orario.
• La pinza deve essere ssata al carico in una posizione
che garantisca una distribuzione uniforme del carico.
3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
a) Per pulire la supercie utilizzare solo detergenti
senza ingredienti corrosivi.
b) Tenere l‘apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,
protetto dall‘umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.
c) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per
mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.
d) Il bullone di traino deve essere lubricato
regolarmente.
e) Rimuovere lo sporco o l’acqua dalla pinza.
L’unità deve essere ispezionata:
• prima di ogni avviamento
• dopo la riparazione o il rimontaggio
• durante l’uso dell’attrezzatura
In particolare, occorre prestare attenzione:
• se lo stato tecnico degli elementi strutturali
del sistema di sollevamento non è soggetto a
deformazioni, fessurazioni o usura eccessiva.
• se non vi sono elementi di ssaggio allentati o
mancanti
• allo stato delle targhette di identicazione e delle
etichette.

p) Asegúrese de que la carga esté enganchada en el
punto de su centro de gravedad o de una manera que
garantice que su peso se distribuya de manera segura.
q) Asegúrese siempre de que el dispositivo esté
correctamente conectado al punto de anclaje.

peligrosas, por ejemplo, masas fundidas o materiales

bb) No se recomienda el uso de eslingas de cadena en
baños de decapado debido al riesgo de fragilización
por hidrógeno.
cc) Las personas no deben estar de pie o moverse en
áreas peligrosas.
dd) Se debe atener a las cargas que puede manejar este
dispositivo.
ee) No utilice una eslinga dañada o que haya sido
modicada sin el consentimiento del fabricante.
) Antes de manipular la carga, asegúrese de que el
dispositivo esté bien sujeto al soporte adecuado.
gg) La supercie que servirá de enganche no debe
pintarse con pintura ni engrasarse con grasa para
evitar que la carga se resbale.
¡ATENCIÓN! Si el dispositivo se va a utilizar como un
punto de suspensión, asegúrese de que la estructura
de soporte a la que esté conectado el dispositivo sea lo
sucientemente fuerte como para soportar el peso de
la carga y el dispositivo. No monte el dispositivo en una
construcción que no pueda ser vericada en términos de
su capacidad y resistencia de soporte. La responsabilidad
del montaje en la estructura de soporte y el montaje
de la estructura en sí recae en el usuario. Al suspender
el dispositivo sobre la estructura de soporte, se debe
tener especial cuidado y deben garantizarse todas las
condiciones necesarias para un trabajo seguro, lo que
permitirá evitar situaciones peligrosas con posibles lesiones
personales. La responsabilidad de preparar las condiciones
apropiadas para la instalación del dispositivo y del montaje
del dispositivo recae en el usuario.
3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
El dispositivo está diseñado para levantar y transportar vigas,
perles y estructuras.
El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un
uso inadecuado del aparato.
e) Utilice el equipo de protección personal necesario
para el empleo de este dispositivo, de acuerdo con
las especicaciones del punto 1 de las explicaciones
de los símbolos. El uso de un equipo de protección
personal apropiado y certicado reduce el riesgo de
lesiones.
f) No utilice ropa holgada o adornos tales como joyas.
Mantenga el cabello, la ropa y los guantes alejados
de las piezas móviles. La ropa holgada, las joyas o el
cabello largo pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas
móviles.
g) Este aparato no es un juguete. Debe controlar que
los niños no jueguen con él.
2.3. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO
a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice
las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo.
Debe seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada
aplicación y utilizarse conforme al n para el que
ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores
resultados.
b) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los
niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas
con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido las
instrucciones pertinentes al respecto. En manos de
personas inexpertas este equipo puede representar
un peligro.
c) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado
de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,
compruébelo en busca de daños generales o de
piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes
u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el
funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de
daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver
a ponerse en funcionamiento.
d) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.
e) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos
solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado
y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.
Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.
f) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del
dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los
tornillos instalados de fábrica.
g) Limpie regularmente el dispositivo para evitar que la
suciedad se incruste permanentemente.
h) Este aparato no es un juguete. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento no deben ser llevados a cabo por
niños que no estén bajo la supervisión de adultos.
i) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del
dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.
j) Mantenga el dispositivo alejado de fuentes de fuego

k) No supere la carga máxima del dispositivo.
l) No coloque la mano entre las partes móviles del
dispositivo mientras las esté enroscando.
m) Asegúrese siempre de que la carga transportada

con otro objeto que pueda producir su caída. La

n) Asegúrese de que el punto al que está conectado
el dispositivo sea estable y de que el trabajo con
el dispositivo no le afecte y pueda provocar un

o) Al transportar cosas usando el dispositivo, evite

3.1. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL APARATO
¡ATENCIÓN! Aunque en la fabricación de
este aparato se ha prestado gran importancia
a la seguridad, dispone de ciertos mecanismos de
protección extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de
seguridad adicionales, existe el riesgo de lesiones
durante el funcionamiento, por lo que se recomienda
proceder con precaución y sentido común.

3.2. MANEJO DEL APARATO
a) El dispositivo debe montarse en un juego completo
de polipasto de cadena, un carro de traslación
u otros dispositivos de elevación/transporte.
b) Usando la palanca, sujete la pinza del dispositivo al
elemento que se va a transportar.
c) La dirección de elevación y descenso de la carga
debe ser perpendicular al punto de sujeción del
dispositivo.
d) La dirección de remolque de la carga debe ser
paralela al punto de sujeción del dispositivo.
e) Después de realizar el transporte, retire del
dispositivo el elemento transportado y asegúrese de
que no haya riesgo de accidente por caídas de algún
elemento.
3.3. MONTAJE DEL DISPOSITIVO
• Monte la pinza para viga en la estructura de soporte
sobre el área de trabajo. Coloque las mordazas
sobre el ala inferior de la viga y apriete la palanca
girando la manija de la pinza en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj para asegurarla en su posición.
• Cuando utilice la pinza como dispositivo de
elevación, cuelgue la pinza en el gancho inferior del
polipasto. Coloque la carga entre las mordazas de la
pinza y apriétela girando la palanca en el sentido de
las agujas del reloj.
• La pinza debe sujetar la carga en un lugar que
garantice una distribución uniforme de la carga.
3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
a) Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que
no contengan sustancias corrosivas.
b) Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y
protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.
c) En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles
daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.
d) El tornillo debe lubricarse regularmente.
e) Elimine cualquier suciedad o agua de la pinza.
La inspección del dispositivo se debe realizar:
• antes de cada uso
• tras una reparación o después de ser montado
• mientras se utilizan accesorios

Especialmente debe prestar atención a:
• estado técnico de los componentes del sistema de
elevación, que no sufran deformaciones, grietas o
que no presenten desgaste excesivo.

gebrauchte Elektro – und Elektronikgeräte dürfen gemäß europäischer Vorgaben [1] nicht zum unsortierten Siedlungsabfall
gegeben werden, sondern müssen getrennt erfasst werden. Das Symbol der Abfalltonne auf Rädern weist auf die Notwendigkeit
der getrennten Sammlung hin. Helfen auch Sie mit beim Umweltschutz. Sorgen Sie dafür, dieses Gerät, wenn Sie es nicht mehr
weiter nutzen wollen, in die hierfür vorgesehenen Systeme der Getrenntsammlung zu geben.
In Deutschland sind Sie gesetzlich [2] verpichtet, ein Altgerät einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung
zuzuführen. Die öffentlich – rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger (Kommunen) haben hierzu Sammelstellen eingerichtet, an denen
Altgeräte aus privaten Haushalten ihres Gebietes für Sie kostenfrei entgegengenommen werden. Möglicherweise holen die
rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger die Altgeräte auch bei den privaten Haushalten ab.
Bitte informieren Sie sich über Ihren lokalen Abfallkalender oder bei Ihrer Stadt – oder Gemeindeverwaltung über die in Ihrem
Gebiet zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von Altgeräten.
