This unit must be grounded.
Switch off the power at the circuit breaker/fuse before installing and repairing the unit.
Make sure the unit is appropriate for the intended use (if needed, refer to the product catalog or a representative).

The towel warmer must be mounted on a wall in the vertical position approximately 10 cm from the ceiling and adja-
cent walls. moreover, the distance between the floor and the lower towel bar must be at least 60 cm. You must never
position the unit directly below or above an electrical outlet and no less than 60 cm from a water source. Use the sup-
plied driller toggles if the unit must be installed directly into drywall. However,you can install it directly in studs.
Do not install the towel warmer in a location where temperature measurements could be altered. For example:
• close to a window, on an external wall, or close to a door leading outside;
• exposed directly to the light or heat of the Sun, a lamp, a replace or any other heat source;
• close or in front of an air outlet;
• close to concealed ducts or a chimney; and
• in a location with poor air ow (e.g. behind a door), or with frequent air draft conditions (e.g. head of stairs).
This unit can be installed in wet areas such as a bathroom. However, its control buttons must be at a minimal distance
of 60 cm of the bathtub or the shower.

1 - Run a power cable through the wall. 2 – Then, run the power cable through the mounting bracket opening and
level the bracket.
3 - Mark the location of the rst hole (for the bottom mounting bracket). 4 – Using a level, mark the location of the second hole at 31 in (80 cm) above

OPERATION
A = Yellow indicator
B = Thermostat
C = Indicator
D = Timer
E = Red indicator
F = On/Off switch
Using the product
The towel warmer is equipped with an On/Off switch (F); when the unit is powered, the red indicator (E) lights up and the operating status depends on the posi-
tion of the thermostat (B). The red indicator can be lit even if there is no heating.
The thermostat (B) automatically turns the unit on and off in order to maintain the desired ambient temperature. You must turn the thermostat button clockwise to
increase the temperature, and counterclockwise to decrease it. When the selected temperature set point is higher than the ambient temperature, the unit turns on
and the yellow indicator (A) lights up. To start the heater, turn the thermostat button clockwise until the yellow indicator (A) lights up.
Setting the thermostat
In a room where the temperature exceeds 30°C (termostat maximal temperature), the thermostat does not turn on the unit even if it is set at the maximum set
point. Conversely, in a room where the temperature is lower than 5°C (termostat minimal temperature), the thermostat keeps the unit continuously on even if it is
set at its minimum set point.
To adjust the thermostat properly, proceed as follows.
- Set the thermostat (B) at its maximum set point and wait until a comfortable ambient temperature is reached.
- Turn the thermostat button counterclockwise until you hear a “click” (the unit turns off).
- Turn the thermostat button clockwise just a little bit. The thermostat will then maintain the desired ambient temperature.
Setting the timer
Press down the central button (D) to select one of the four following functions.
Light load heating : 15 min. Heavy load heating : 30 min. Light load drying : 60 min. Heavy load drying : 120 min.
Each time you press down the central button (D), the indicators (C) corresponding to the selected functions light up (clockwise movement). Once the four indica-
tors have been lit, the timer turns off and the unit is controlled by the thermostat (B) again.
Once the indicator corresponding to the selected function is lit, release the central button (D). After 3 seconds, the unit will operate with the timer for the selected
duration, independently of the thermostat (B). You must press down the central button (D) again to turn the timer off.
As time goes by, the various indicators light up to give a rough indication of the time remaining before the cycle ends (see the cycles above).
When the cycle nishes, the unit is controlled by the thermostat again and remains in function only if the ambient temperature is lower than the set point.
Heating/drying fabrics
Extend clothes/towels on the bars without overlapping them. Moreover, avoid folding up towels on themselves several times. Do not partially or completely cover
the unit by hanging objects or clothes directly on the plastic structure instead of on the bars. Always use the bars making sure the items to dry/heat do not come
into direct contact with the radiant panel. Do not embed anything between the bars and the radiant panel.
Overheating
In case of overheating, the thermal protection will automatically deactivate the unit. The unit will automatically turn on again when the surface temperature will be
lower than the safety limit.
MAINTENANCE
The towel warmer does not require any special maintenance. However, it is recommended to clean it twice a year (or when needed) using a dry cloth.
