WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship
and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1.- This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product
box or package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2.- If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3.- The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was
received.
4.- Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well
as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries,
failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper
safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase
ticket.

Do not select a voltage higher that the one required by the electronic device on your converter.
It is recommended that you select a voltage lower than the voltage set on your equipment.
Do not use or store this equipment in places where there are leaks or water spattering.
This can cause a malfunction or an electric shock.
Do not try to open the equipment, this can cause a malfunction and void the warranty.
If the power cord is damaged, go with an authorized distributor for its replacement.
Disconnect the voltage converter before cleaning it. Always use a soft dry cloth to clean
your equipment.
Your voltage converter allows you to feed directly the electric network to tape recorders,
televisions, video games, CD players, camcorders, etc.
this regulated voltage converter makes it very safe for your electronic equipment as it
avoids it from being damaged.
1. Select with the voltage switch, the electricity network
to 110-120V.
When the power adaptor does not let energy ow:
1. Check that the converter cable isn´t damaged.
2. Check that the plug is correctly connected to the outlet.
3. Make sure that the voltage selector is the correct position according to your electronic
device.
4. Check that the connector is suitable for your equipment.
5. Check that your outlet has energy.

2. Insert the multiple connector to the connection cable. It is very important to verify the
polarity of your electronic appliance and that you select the same in your power adaptor.
If your equipment requires positive polarity match TIP sign of the connection cable with the
symbol (+) of the multiple connector so that the center es positive. If you match the TIP sign
with the (-) symbol, the center will be negative.
3. Using the voltage selector, choose the amount of voltage
required according to your electronic equipment (3 / 4,5
/ 6 / 7,5 / 9 / 12V - - -). For additional security choose a
lower voltage than the one that has been marked on the
equipment you wish to connect.
4. Connect the power adaptor to the outlet.
5. Insert the connector that is appropiate for your electronic equipment.

PÓLIZA DE GARANTÍA
Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en todas sus partes y mano de obra, contra
cualquier defecto de fabricación y funcionamiento, a partir de la fecha de entrega.
CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente ésta póliza y el producto, en donde fue adquirido o en
Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin
ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de transportación serán cubiertos por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días,contados a partir de la recepción del
producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde pueda hacerse efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer
válida esta garantía es en cualquiera de las direcciones mencionadas posteriormwente.
ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARA EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no autorizado por Electrónica Steren
S.A. de C.V.
El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial donde
adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el consumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor
para que le expida otra póliza de garantía, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

Problemas y soluciones
No seleccione en su convertidor un voltaje superior al que requiera su aparato electrónico.
Es recomendable que seleccione un voltaje inferior al voltaje marcado en su equipo.
No use ni almacene este equipo en lugares donde existan goteras o salpicaduras de
agua. Puede causar un mal funcionamiento o un choque eléctrico.
No intente abrir el equipo, puede ocasionar mal funcionamiento y anulación de la garantía.
Si el cable de alimentación se encuentra dañado, acuda con un distribuidor autorizado
para su reemplazo.
Desconecte el convertidor de voltaje antes de limpiarlo. Siempre utilice un paño suave y
seco para limpiar el equipo.
Su convertidor de voltaje le permite alimentar directamente de la red eléctrica radiograbadoras,
televisores, juegos de video, reproductores de CD, videocámaras, etc.
Este convertidor por ser de voltaje regulado es muy seguro para sus equipos electrónicos
y evita que se dañen.
1. Seleccione con el interruptor de voltaje, la red eléctrica
en 110-120V.
Cuando el eliminador no pase energía:
1. Revise que el cable del convertidor no se encuentre dañado.
2. Revise que la clavija este haciendo contacto correctamente en el tomacorriente.
3. Cerciórese de que el selector de voltaje se encuentre en la posición correcta de acuerdo
a su aparato electrónico.
4. Revise que el conector sea el adecuado para su equipo.
5. Revise que su tomacorriente tenga energía.

2. Inserte el conector múltiple al cable de conexión. Es muy importante que verique la
polaridad de su aparato electrónico y que seleccione la misma en su eliminador.
Si su equipo requiere polaridad positiva haga coincidir el letrero TIP del cable de conexión
con el símbolo (+) del conector múltiple para que el centro sea positivo. Si hace coincidir el
letrero TIP con el símbolo (-) del conector múltiple, el centro será negativo.
3. Con el selector de voltaje, elija la cantidad de voltaje
requerida de acuerdo a su equipo electrónico (3 / 4,5 / 6
/ 7,5 / 9 / 12V - - -). Para mayor seguridad seleccione un
voltaje inferior al marcado en equipo que desea conectar.
4. Conecte el eliminador a un tomacorriente.
5. Inserte el conector adecuado a su equipo electrónico.
