MODO DE USO
INSTALACIÓN DE LA BATERÍA
Antes de utilizar el producto, lea cuidadosamente este manual para evitar cualquier
mal funcionamiento.
La información presentada sirve únicamente como referencia sobre el producto. Debido a

• Este aparato no se destina para utilizarse por personas (incluyendo niños), cuyas
capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales sean diferentes o estén reducidas, o carezcan
de experiencia o conocimiento.
• Los niños deben supervisarse para asegurar que no empleen el aparato como juguete.
• No intente abrir el equipo; puede ocasionar un mal funcionamiento y se anulará la garantía
• Evite las caídas del equipo, podría causar daños severos.

1. Deslice la tapa del compartimento e inserte una batería de 9 V recargable (no incluida).
Asegúrese de que la polaridad sea la correcta.
2. Presione la batería y deslice la tapa sobre el compartimento para colocarla nuevamente.
Para recargar la batería conecte un eliminador regulado a
12 V con plug de 3,5 mm en la entrada de alimentación
1. Presione el interruptor para encender el detector y seleccionar el modo:

En caso de que requiera detectar objetos metálicos de menor
volumen, gire la perilla de ajuste de sensibilidad en el sentido opuesto
a las manecillas del reloj.
2. Pase el área de detección sobre la superficie que desea examinar.
Si se detecta algún objeto metálico, el indicador LED encenderá en
rojo y el equipo emitirá un tono o vibrará (según el modo seleccionado).

Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en sus demás componentes y mano de obra, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y
funcionamiento, a partir de la fecha de entrega.
CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente esta póliza y el producto, en donde fue adquirido o en Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de
transportación serán cubiertos por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días,contados a partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde pueda
hacerse efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta garantía es en cualquiera de las
direcciones mencionadas posteriormente.
ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARÁ EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES
CASOS:
1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a
las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el
instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no
autorizado por Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V. El consumidor podrá
solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa
comercial donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se
extraviara, el consumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor para que le
expida otra póliza, previa presentación de la nota de compra o
factura respectiva.

BATTERY INSTALLATION
Before to use the product, please read carefully this manual to avoid any malfunction.

• This device is not designed for be using by people (including children) with physical
capacities, sensorial or mental reduced, or they noy have the necessary experience or
knowledge.
• The children should be supervised to ensure that don't use it like a toy.
• Don’t try open the device, may cause malfunction and the warranty is avoid.
• Avoid the falls of the equipment, may cause serious damage.

1. Remove the cover and insert a 9 V rechargeable battery (not included). Ensure that the
polarity is right.
2. Press the battery and slide the cover to place it again.
1. Press the Mode switch to turn on the detector and select the mode:

If you require to detect objects of smaller volume, turn the sensibility
control knob in in the opposite direction to clockwise.
2. Pass the detector over the surface that you want to examine. If the
device detects a metallic object, the indicator LED will turn on in red
and will emit a tone or vibrate (according wit the mode selected).

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from
the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented
