WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in
workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the
date of purchase. CONDITIONS
1.- This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or
purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be
presented when warranty service is required.
2.- If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free
of charge.
3.- The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the
claim was received.
4.- Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to
customer, as well as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned
later. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God,
mishandling, leaky batteries, failure to follow enclosed instructions,
improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper safe keeping,
among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase
establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice
or purchase ticket.

SPECIFICATIONS
Supports MPG 1/2/4 and AVI formats.
Up to 30fps, resolution up to 720x480 (NTSC).

To avoid damaging the card or computer components caused by static
electricity, be sure to discharge your body by touching any metal surface.
IMPORTANT
Before installing the application software, make sure your system have
DirectX 9 or higher installed.
1 .- When you turn on the computer, with the card installed, the system
should detect it and you should see New Hardware wizard. Click Cancel to
close the wizard.
2 .- Insert the installation disc into the CD drive. The application will run
automatically.
3 .- Once the computer read the CD installation menu appears.
4 .- Access Driver Setup to install the drivers. A welcome window will
appear. Click Next to continue.
5 .- Conrm the installation by clicking Install.
In the Start Menu from card’s installation disk, access the Setup Utility to
install this collection of utilities. Start by clicking NEXT.
If you like to print the license agreement, select PRINT.
To continue the installation, accept the license agreement by clicking
YES.
PCI CARD INSTALLATION
PCI card must be installed inside the PC. Make sure you have computer
installation knowledge, otherwise go with a technician.
1 .- Disconnect the power cord from
your computer and any device connected
to it. Take precautions about static
electricity or electric shock.
2 .- Remove the CPU cover, select an
available PCI slot.
3 .- Place the PCI card, matching the
connector with the expansion slot.
Press rmly.
4 .- Replace the CPU cover and
connect all your devices.
5 .- Turn on your computer to install the
drivers (drivers) contained on the installation disk.
Note: Make sure you have DirectX 9 or higher installed on your
computer for the proper functioning of Super TVPro and Movieplayer players.
INSTALL DIRECTX
DirectX is a collection of APIs (Application Programming Interface) created
to facilitate the tasks related to multimedia, especially game programming
and video in Windows.
Note: If you have installed Directx in your computer, ignore this section
and continue with Installing drivers.
In the Start Menu from installation disk card, access to DirectX to install this
application.
Click to accept the license agreement.
After the basic installation instructions click on Next to continue installation.
To conclude installation in rigth window, click on Finish.
SETUP UTILITY
Choose one of three installation methods:
Typical: Installation with stock options. This is the most recommended
since it has the resources needed to run the card and its components.
Compact: resources are installed with the minimum options.
Custom: You can choose to install the resources as needed.
Click on Browse to select data store destination.
Otherwise, the program will create a folder in Program Files on your hard
disk, called a Super TV Pro. Continue installation by clicking Next.
Installation will begin, wait until the blue status bar is complete and nish
the installation.
When the next window appear, the installation is completed
successfully. Select Launch Super TVPro to open the Super TVPro
reproduction Panel and adjust their settings to use.

PÓLIZA DE GARANTÍA
Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en todas sus partes y
mano de obra, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y funcionamiento, a partir de
la fecha de entrega. CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente ésta póliza y el producto, en donde fue
adquirido o en Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso
de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de transportación
serán cubiertos por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días, contados a
partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde pueda hacerse
efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios,
así como hacer válida esta garantía es en cualquiera de las direcciones menciona-
das posteriormente.
ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARA EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no autorizado
por Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa
comercial donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el con-
sumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor para que le expida otra póliza de garantía,
previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

Para evitar daños en la tarjeta o en componentes de la computadora
provocados por electricidad estática, asegúrese de descargar la energía
de su cuerpo tocando cualquier supercie de metal.
IMPORTANTE
INSTALACIÓN DE CONTROLADORES EN WINDOWS XP
Antes de instalar el software de aplicaciones, asegúrese de que su sistema
cuente con DirectX 9 o superior.
1.- Cuando encienda la computadora, ya con la tarjeta instalada, el sistema
debe detectarla y debe aparecer el asistente para hardware nuevo. Presio-
ne cancelar para cerrar el asistente.
2.- Inserte el disco de instalación en la unidad de CD. La aplicación se
ejecutará automáticamente.
3.- Una vez que la computadora lea el CD aparecerá el Menú de instalación.
4.- Acceda a Setup Driver para instalar los controladores.
Haga clic en Next para continuar.
5.- Conrme la instalación dando clic en Instalar (Install).
En el Menú de Inicio del disco de instalación de la tarjeta, acceda a
Setup Utility para instalar esta colección de utilidades. Comience
haciendo clic en siguiente (NEXT).
En caso de que guste imprimir el contrato de licencia, seleccione PRINT.
Para continuar la instalación acepte el contrato de licencia dando clic en YES.
ESPECIFICACIONES
INSTALACIÓN DE LA TARJETA PCI
Su tarjeta PCI se instala en el interior de la computadora personal.
Asegúrese de tener conocimientos de instalación de computadoras, en
caso contrario acuda con un técnico especializado.
1.- Desconecte el cable de corriente de
su computadora y cualquier dispositivo
conectado a ella. Tome precauciones
acerca de la electricidad estática o
descargas eléctricas.
2.- Remueva la cubierta del CPU,
seleccione una ranura PCI disponible.
3.- Coloque la tarjeta PCI, haciendo que
coincidan los conectores con la ranura
de expansión. Presione rmemente.
4.- Coloque nuevamente la cubierta
del CPU y conecte todos sus
dispositivos.
5.- Encienda la computadora para
instalar los drivers (controladores)
contenidos en el disco de instalación.
Nota: Asegúrese de tener instalado DirectX 9 o superior en su equipo
para el buen funcionamiento de los reproductores Super TVPro y
Movieplayer.
INSTALAR DIRECTX
DirectX es una colección de API (Interfaz de Programación de Aplicaciones)
creadas para facilitar las tareas relacionadas con multimedia, especialmente
programación de juegos y vídeo en Windows.
Nota: Si usted ya tiene instalado DirectX en su equipo, ignore este
apartado y continúe con la instalación de controladores.
En el Menú de Inicio del disco de instalación de la tarjeta, acceda a DirectX
para instalar esta aplicación.
Haga clic en “Aceptar contrato de licencia”.
Luego de las indicaciones básicas de instalación dé clic en “Siguiente” para
continuar la instalación.
INSTALAR UTILIDADES (SETUP UTILITY)
Elija una de las tres modalidades de instalación:
-Typical (típica): La instalación con las opciones comunes. Esta es la
más recomendada ya que posee los recursos necesarios para ejecutar
la tarjeta y sus componentes.
-Compact (Compacta): Se instalan los recursos con las opciones mínimas.
-Custom (Personalizada): Puede elegir los recursos a instalar según sus
necesidades.
Dando clic en Browse usted escogerá el destino donde se almacenarán
los datos.
De lo contrario, el programa creará una carpeta en Archivos de Programa
del disco duro, llamada Super TV Pro. Continúe la instalación dando clic
en Siguiente (Next)
Conrme el destino del almacenamiento de los archivos dando clic en
Siguiente (Next) para continuar la instalación.
Comenzará la instalación, espere a que la barra azul de estado se complete
y nalice la instalación.
Seleccione Launch Super TVPro para abrir el Panel de reproducción
Super TVPro y ajustar sus conguraciones de uso.
