G100/30 - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

HARDWARE STEP 1
Attach casters to the base of
your unit using caster screw
(35-17S) provided. There will
be 16 pre-drilled holes in the
base to align casters.

STEP 2
Insert connecting locks (CL1)
into the holes in the sides,
centre divider (if applicable)
and back(s) with the arrow
pointing towards to closest
edge of the panel
STEP 3
Screw connecting bolts (CB1) into the
holes in the top, bottom, sides and
centre dividers (if applicable) as
indicated below. The thread at the
base of the bolt should be fully
screwed into the holes
Please note BEST Craft Organiser
units do not require shelf pegs

Please note that all diagrams of panels are not to scale and depending on the
unit you have purchased certain holes may be in slightly dierent postions. This
will not aect the method of assembly that is requried.

These instructions are suitable for all Really Useful units up to 100cm height and all BEST Organiser units up to 30 slot height.
UNITS SUPPLIED WITH DOORS - If you chose a unit complete with doors then please follow these extra steps to complete your unit.
1. AT STEP 1 - Attach the magenetic catch(es) to the underside of the top using the pre drilled holes and screws provided with the catch
2. AT STEP 5 - Before tightening the connecting locks to secure the top of the unit t the door(s) to the unit by inserting the hinge pegs into
the housings in the top and bottom. You may need to lift the top slightly to do this
3. Attach a door knob to each door using the screws provided and attach the metal plate to the inside of the door to align with magnetic catch.
Please note if you have a BEST organiser unit you will either have to leave a 1 inch space at the top of the unit to allow for the magnetic catch or not t the magnetic catch.

STEP 4
Attach the sides and centre
divider(s) (if applicable) to the
back(s) by inserting the connect-
ing bolts which you have
attached to these panels into the
holes in the edges of the back
and tightening the connecting
locks (turn the lock fully until it
stops).
STEP 5
Attach the top and bottom to the
section you made in step 4 and
tighten the connecting locks to
secure.
STEP 6
Fit shelves or drawers into the
unit using shelf pegs or runners
provided. Please note that you
do NOT need to use a shelf or
runners for the bottom drawer or
box.
