Thank you for purchasing the conversion kit for the ReVox B77 MKII tape machine

Remove the reel plates, headcover,
knobs, Pinchroller and upper frontpanel.
Bandteller, Tonkopfabdeckung, Knöpfe
Andruckrolle und oberes Frontpanel
entfernen.
remove the old housing
Entfernen Sie das Originalgehäuse

Put the B77 on its back and remove
these 2 screws
B77 auf die Rückseite legen und diese
beiden Schrauben entfernen
remove these 2 screws
Nun diese beiden Schrauben entfernen
Next we will mount the B77 front extention
U extension rail ( 2 x ) with screws ( 4 x )
Als nächstes montieren wir die B77 Front Erweiterung und benötigen diese Teile
U Erweiterungsschiene ( 2 x ) mit Montageschrauben ( 4 x )

lift the upper front of the B77 machine
and assemble the new U extention rail
on the left side with the new screws
Heben Sie die obere Frontplatte an und
montieren Sie die U Erweiterungssschiene
auf der linken Seite mit den neuen
Schrauben
lift the upper front of the B77 machine
and assemble the new U extention rail
on the right side with the new screws
Heben Sie die obere Frontplatte an und
montieren Sie die U Erweiterungssschiene
auf der rechten Seite mit den neuen
Schrauben
Remove the old stabilizer
Nun den alten Stabilisator entfernen

take the next new B77 MKII exended part the new stabilizer
Nehmen Sie nun das nächste neue Bauteil für Ihre B77 MKII den neuen Stabilisator
Mount the new stabilizer
Nun den neuen Stabilisator
montieren.

Put the B77 up side down
B77 auf die Oberseite stellen
Remove the 4 screws (red arrow) and
remove 1 cable tie (green arrow)
4 Schrauben entfernen ( roter Pfeil ) und
1 Kabelbinder entfernen ( grüner Pfeil )

Als nächstes bauen wir die
Anschlusspanel Erweiterung ein.
First mount the extension part with the small
additional extension
Montieren Sie zuerst das Erweiterungsteil mit
der kleinen Zusatzerweiterung
mount the other extention part
Nun das andere Erweiterungsteil
montieren

mount the connection panel with original screws on the new extention
Nun das Anschlusspanel mit den original Schrauben an der Erweiterung montieren
lay the B77 machine on its back
Die B77 Bandmaschine nun wieder auf die Rückseite legen

Now we mount in the front panel assembly part
Spacer bolts 15mm ( 3x ), Spacer bolts 13.7mm ( 2x )
Mounting bracket left ( 1x ) right ( 1x ) / 2 screws M4x10
Nun bauen wir die Frontpanel montage Teile ein
Abstand Bolzen 15mm ( 3x ), Abstand Bolzen 13.7mm ( 2x )
Montage Winkel links ( 1x ), rechts ( 1x ) / 2 Schrauben M4x10
mount the spacer bolts 15mm ( 3x )
Montieren Sie nun die Abstandbolzen
15mm ( 3x )
install the mounting brackets left & right
and the spacer bolts 13.7mm
Montieren Sie die beiden Montagewinkel
und die beiden Abstandbolzen 13.7mm

change the varispeed
recess plate and the reel
size button
Nun das Varispeed
Vertiefungsblech und den
Reel size Knopf
austauschen
put all 4 toggle switches in the straight
position
Nun alle 4 Kippschalter in gerade
Position stellen

Place the new frontpanel on your B77 and use the tape guide as a position point
Setzen Sie nun die neue Frontplatte auf Ihren B77 und verwenden Sie die Bandführung als
Positionspunkt
go slowly down with the new frontpanel to the B77 machine
und nun das Frontpanel ganz langsam auf die B77 absenken

check the gap around both reel plates, it is possible to ajust the gap a bit
and then attach the new frontpanel with all 5 screws
Nun den Lücke rund um die Bandteller kontrollieren, man kann die Lücke ein wenig
anpassen, danach das neue Frontpanel mit den neuen Schrauben fixieren.
Next we install the frontpanel with the new sidepanels on the left & right side
Das neue Frontpanel nun links & rechts mit den neuen Sidepanels fixieren.
