sequence and the instructions contained in this instruc-
tion handbook have been read and understood. The
device works at a high force, refer to see "10) Technical

dents in the event of non-compliance
with the safety regulations
All safety regulations must be complied with; the
manufacturer is not liable for any damage resulting
from non-observance of safety regulations!
iWARNING Risk of injury due to incor-
rect use, not wearing the personal pro-
tection equipment.
During use, all users and all persons in the vicinity
must wear protective goggles and safety gloves to pre-
vent skin or eye contact with the dispensed material.
The user is not permitted to point the mixer at living
beings during use.
Observe the safety instructions on the cartridge
Only use cartridges that are approved for the dis-
penser, see " Type plate and CE mark" on page 2 and
see "10) Technical data" on page 11.

iWARNING Risk of electric shock
It is not permitted to run the dispenser near
electrical installations, the device is not earthed.
• Only use the device when it is in a technically perfect
condition in accordance with its intended purpose
and in compliance with all safety regulations.
• In the event of defects or operational faults, stop op-
eration of the device immediately, remedy the faults
if possible and inform the manufacturer.
• Never open the device and the batteries.
• The dispenser must be handled carefully and stored
at a cool, dry place. The device must be transported
carefully. Shocks should be avoided as far as possi-
ble. Never drop the dispenser onto the floor or work-
bench. Prevent knocks at the workplace.
• It is not permitted to remove, circumvent, bridge or
take the safety devices out of operation when the
device is in use.
• Before usage, always check the dispenser for any visi-
ble signs of damage and faults. Only use the dispenser
when it is in usable condition. If you are unsure of the
usability of the device or if signs of breakage or other
damage become recognizable, stop using the device
immediately. Send the device to an authorized agent of
the manufacturer for inspection and repair. Contact
manufacturer for further details.
• Always keep the dispenser clean to prevent func-
tional fault or injury.
• Never attempt to make any repairs or modifications
to the device yourself. Maintenance and repairs
must be carried out exclusively by qualified special-
ist personnel. This work may never be carried out
when the dispenser is connected to the battery.
• Always ensure that the workplace is safe.
• Only original spare parts of Sulzer Mixpac UK Ltd
may be used. When using spare parts of other man-
ufacturers, all warranty rights towards the manufac-
turer are rendered invalid and malfunctions or
accidents may occur.
Manipulations or modifications to the device by
persons not authorized by the manufacturer as
well as non-compliance with the safety regula-
tions contained in the instruction handbook are
dangerous and can cause accidents with serious
injury and/or damage to materials.

Use in accordance with the instructions
The dispenser is intended as a hand held tool, for the
purpose of mixing and dispensing materials of various
combinations. Use in accordance with the intended
purpose requires compliance with the instructions in the
instruction handbook. The specifications in Chapter see
"10) Technical data" on page 11 apply as the binding
limits for use and technical data of the device.
Use not in accordance with the instruc-
tions
These include:
• Any applications that deviate from the applications
listed in the Chapter «Use in accordance with the in-
structions».
• Use of the dispenser without appropriate instruction
• Removing the warning plates on the device
• Charging any batteries other than the original bat-
tery
• Charging damaged batteries or with a damaged bat-
tery charger
• Charging the batteries with a different battery char-
ger than the original charger
• Careless handling near open fire or energy sources
• Changes to the device without the written permis-
sion of the manufacturer
• Use of cartridges or spare parts of a different man-
ufacturer without written consent of the manufac-
turer

The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting
from non-observance of the intended purpose which is
mixing and dispensing materials of various combina-
tions.

warning signs and instruction handbook, Any
missing or damaged warning signs must be
replaced immediately.
This instruction handbook must be kept ready
and within reach at all times to all persons
working with the dispenser.

4) PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Refer to figure {A}, {B} on page III and figure {F} on
page IV:
5) FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Refer to figure {A} on page III:
• Press the trigger (1) to activate the electric motor on
the driving unit. The plungers (5) move out and
press the material out of the cartridge.
• Dispensed material is evenly transported to the mix-
er (15). Control the dispensed quantity with the ad-
justment wheel (2).
• Release the trigger (1), press the release button (3)
and pull the plungers (5) back by pulling manually
on the rack pull (8) so that the cartridge can be re-
moved.
6) PREPARING THE DISPENSER
FOR USE
Instruction and reporting obligation
The operator ensures that all activities at the dispenser are
only carried out by authorized persons. He provides thor-
ough instruction for all persons working on the device, with
special emphasis on the residual dangers and safety regu-
lations, based on this instruction handbook.
The operator is obliged to report all defects occurring
during operation to the manufacturer if the instruction
handbook do not contain any information on how to
remedy these. Measures specified by the manufacturer
must be strictly complied with.
Charging the battery
iCAUTION Risk of injury and damage

Only use original batteries; the use of incorrect batter-
ies involves the risk of injury and damage to equipment
Never use damaged batteries; toxic fumes or liquids
may be discharged
Only charge the batteries with the original battery

If the service life of the battery is considerably
shorter after charging, the battery must be replaced

The cartridges, mixer (15) are not included in
the scope of delivery. Only use cartridges that
are compatible for the dispenser.
The battery is semi-charged upon delivery. To
ensure the full capacity of the battery, it must
be fully charged before use with the supplied
battery charger.
The Li-ion battery can be charged at any time
without shortening its service life. The battery
is protected against low charge by the "Elec-
tronic Cell Protection" (ECP). When the
battery is empty, the dispenser is switched off
by means of a protective circuit.

iCAUTION Risk of damage to the bat-
teries
Never expose the battery to direct sun-
light for prolonged periods of time.
Only store the battery in the temperature range of
0°C to 45°C
Occasionally clean the ventilation slots of the bat-
tery with a clean, dry cloth
Protect the battery against moisture and water
Store the batteries far away from metal objects
such as screws, nails etc
Checking the battery charge
Refer to figure {F} on page IV:
The three LEDs (16) of the charge level indicator
symbolize the charging condition of the battery. The
charging condition can only be checked when the
dispenser is switched off, but also when the battery is
not fitted.
• Press button (17) to check the charge
Inserting/removing the battery
Refer to figure {A} on page III:
1. Place the charged battery into the base of the
dispenser from the front and push the battery into
the base until it engages
2. To release the battery press the release button (10)
and pull the battery out of the dispenser. Do not use
excessive force.
Changing the straps (MR only)
Refer to figure {G} on page IV:
1. Press top/ bottom of strap to unclip from frame
2. Press two side clips to fully remove them from frame
Removing the plungers (MR only)
Refer to figure {H} on page IV:
1. Using a 13 mm spanner loosen the rack back nut
2. Unscrew the plunger from the rack by hand
3. To replace plunger repeat steps 2 and 1

If none of the three LEDs lights up, the battery
must be replaced.
When inserting/removing the battery it is
recommended to lock the trigger (1) by
engaging trigger lock (12).

7) OPERATION
Before usage, always check the dispenser for any
visible signs of damage and faults. Only use the
dispenser when it is in usable condition. If you are
unsure of the usability of the device or if signs of
breakage or other damage become recognizable, stop
using the device immediately. Send the device to an
authorized agent of the manufacturer for inspection and
repair (refer to the address list at the back). Check the
outlet of the cartridge and the mixer (15) for obstruction
(e.g. hardened materials) before dispensing.
Controls
The dispenser is activated when the trigger (1) is actu-
ated. The trigger has the following variable settings:
• Variable speed control: Dispensing output speed
can be regulated by gradually (variable trigger)
pressing the trigger.
• Dripping protection: The plungers (5) are automati-
cally moved slightly backwards when the trigger (1)
is released
• Trigger lock (12): locks the trigger (1) to prevent ac-
cidental operation
• Release button (3): when pressed, plungers can be
manually moved, cartridge can then be released re-
spectively inserted
• Adjustment wheel (2): specifies the maximum speed
of the plungers when the trigger (1) is fully actuated.
Operating modes
Refer to figure {D} on page III:
• Trigger lock (12) pressed up: The trigger (1) is
locked
• Trigger lock (12) pressed down, prepared cartridge
inserted, trigger (1) actuated: dispenser works with
the adjusted speed (2)
Inserting the cartridge
iWARNING Risk of injury if the wrong
cartridges are used or used incorrectly,
bursting cartridges!
Use the cartridges in accordance with the force of
the dispenser, see " Type plate and CE mark" on page 2
and see "10) Technical data" on page 11.
Observe the safety instructions on the cartridge
iCAUTION Risk of crushing by extend-
ing plunger!
When inserting the cartridge, do not put
your fingers in the insertion area!
Refer to figure {C} on page III
MR only:
1. Insert cartridge into the cartridge holder (7). When
using mixed ratio cartridges pay attention to orienta-
tion, ensuring smaller cartridge cylinder is inserted first
into the holder.
2. Press cartridge until cartridge cylinders locate posi-
tively into it corresponding profile of cartridge straps
(13).
600 1:1/ Extended:
1. Align rear or cartridge cylinders into corresponding
cartridge locators (14).
2. Using aligned cartridge depress locators rearward
and simultaneously push cartridge down to sit hori-
zontally in cartridge holder (7). Ensure outlet nozzle
of cartridge is correctly located into cutout in front
plate (4).
If working at height, it is recommended to
connect the dispenser to an appropriate tool
restraint lanyard via the connection eye (11).

Equalizing the cartridge materials
Refer to figure {D} on page III:
1. Insert the cartridge as previously described
2. Set the adjustment wheel (2) to the lowest discharge
rate, position "1"
3. Actuate the trigger (1) until both components are
evenly pressed out of the cartridge
4. Release the trigger (1)
Fix the mixer onto the cartridge
Refer to figure {E} on page III:
1. Remove any external material from the cartridge
and the cartridge bed with a clean cloth
2. Screw the mixer (15) onto the cartridge, respectively
cap nut (18) onto the cartridge
Dispensing the material
Refer to figure {D} on page III:
1. Set the material discharge rate to position '1' with
adjustment wheel.
2. Actuate the trigger (1). The material is pressed out
of the cartridge into the mixer (15) and is discharged
from the tip of the mixer
3. Increase the discharge rate with adjustment wheel
(2) to suit the dispensing application
Remove the used cartridges
Refer to figure {G}, {H} on page IV:
1. Release the trigger (1)
2. Press the "Release” button (3) and hold it down
3. Holding the rack pull (8) manually, withdraw the
racks/ plungers from the cartridge
4. Remove the cartridge
MR only:
1. Supporting dispenser push cartridge sideways to
disengage from straps (13) and remove from
cartridge holder (7).
600/ Extended:
1. Supporting dispenser push cartridge back against
sprung locators (14) and pivot up to remove from
cartridge holder (7).
Observe the instructions of the material
manufacturer for the dispensed material!
Dispensers weighing more than 5 kg should
be carried with a shoulder strap that is
hooked into the eye (11) of the device.
Dispose of the cartridge in accordance with
the manufacturer’s instructions.

Das Austraggerät darf erst in Betrieb genommen
werden, nachdem der Arbeitsablauf und die in dieser
Betriebsanleitung enthaltenen Anweisungen sorgfältig
gelesen und verstanden wurden. Das Gerät arbeitet mit
hoher Kraft, siehe "10) Technische Daten" auf Seite 11.
Wenn die in dieser Betriebsanleitung enthaltenen
Anweisungen nicht eingehalten werden, kann es
zu Körperverletzungen des Bedieners oder der in
der Nähe befindlichen Personen und zu Sach-

befolgen sind:
iWARNUNG Verletzungs- und Unfall-
gefahr durch Nichteinhaltung der Sich-
erheitsvorschriften
Sämtliche Sicherheitsvorschriften sind einzuhalten,
der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch Miss-
achtung von Sicherheitsvorschriften entstanden sind!
iWARNUNG Gefahr von Körperver-
letzung aufgrund unsachgemässen
Gebrauchs und fehlender persönlicher
Schutzausrüstung.
Während des Betriebs müssen alle Bediener und in
der Nähe befindlichen Personen Schutzbrillen und
Sicherheitshandschuhe tragen, um zu verhindern, dass
das ausgetragene Material mit der Haut oder den
Augen Kontakt hat.
Der Bediener darf die Mischerspritze während des
Betriebs in keinem Fall auf Lebewesen richten.
Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise auf der Kar-
tusche.
Es dürfen ausschliesslich für das Austraggerät
zugelassene Kartuschen verwendet werden, siehe
" Typenschild und CE-Kennzeichnung" auf Seite 2 und
siehe "10) Technische Daten" auf Seite 11.
iWARNUNG Explosions- und Brandge-
fahr; Gefahr durch toxische Substanzen
Niemals mit dem Austraggerät auf offe-
nes Feuer sprühen
Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Zündquellen
oder Energiequellen verwenden, die ein potenzielles
Risiko für Entzündung/Explosion darstellen.
Akku weder offenem Feuer, ständigem direktem
Sonnenlicht noch Wasser oder Feuchtigkeit aussetzen.
Nur Originalakkus 1010-016/BAT612/ verwenden;
die Verwendung falscher Akkus birgt Verletzungsgefahr
und Gefahr von Sachschäden

Schlags
Das Austraggerät darf nicht in der Nähe
von elektrischen Anlagen betrieben werden, denn das
Gerät ist nicht geerdet.
• Gerät nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand, bestim-
mungsgemäss und unter Einhaltung sämtlicher Si-
cherheitsvorschriften verwenden.
• Bei Defekten oder Betriebsstörungen Gerät umgehend
ausser Betrieb setzen, Defekte wenn möglich beseiti-
gen und Hersteller informieren.
• Gerät und Akkus dürfen keinesfalls geöffnet werden.
• Das Austraggerät ist sorgfältig zu handhaben und an
einem kühlen, trockenen Ort zu lagern. Das Gerät
muss vorsichtig transportiert werden. Erschütterungen
sind möglichst zu vermeiden. Austraggerät nicht auf
den Boden oder die Werkbank fallen lassen. Stösse am
Arbeitsplatz vermeiden.
• Sicherheitsvorrichtungen dürfen während der Benut-
zung des Geräts nicht entfernt, umgangen, überbrückt
oder ausser Betrieb gesetzt werden.
• Vor Inbetriebnahme ist das Austraggerät immer auf
sichtbare Anzeichen für Beschädigungen oder Fehler
zu überprüfen. Verwenden Sie das Austraggerät nur,
wenn es in funktionsfähigem Zustand ist. Bei Zweifel
an der Gebrauchsfähigkeit des Geräts, Anzeichen von
Brüchen oder anderen Schäden, Nutzung unverzüglich
einstellen. Gerät an einen autorisierten Agenten des
Herstellers zur Überprüfung und Reparatur senden.

• Austraggerät stets sauber halten, um Funktionsstörun-
gen oder Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
• Keine eigenen Reparaturversuche oder Änderungen
am Gerät vornehmen. Wartungs- und Reparaturarbei-
ten dürfen ausschliesslich von qualifiziertem Fachper-
sonal durchgeführt werden. Diese Arbeiten dürfen
niemals ausgeführt werden, während das Austraggerät
mit dem Akku verbunden ist.
• Sorgen Sie stets für Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz.
• Es dürfen ausschliesslich Originalersatzteile von Sulzer
Mixpac UK Ltd. verwendet werden. Bei Verwendung
von Ersatzteilen anderer Hersteller erlöschen alle Ga-
rantieansprüche gegenüber dem Hersteller, und es
kann zu Fehlfunktionen oder Unfällen kommen.
