BEFORE YOU START
This task is accomplished more easily with two people.
Gloves and goggles are recommended. No tools are required.
Identify all glass panels.
Identify the Z-clips.
Locate the W-clips from inside the greenhouse pack.
USING THE W-CLIPS TO SECURE THE GLAZING
The glazing is fixed with wire spring clips, also known as W-clips because of their shape.
Once the glass is in place, secure it with the W-clips as shown in the photograph.
Use three W-clips to each side of the largest panels and two for smaller panels.
The small panel in the middle of the door requires only one W-clip each side.
The W-clips should be a tight fit so a little pressure may be required to fix them in place.
The appearance will be neater if the clips are evenly spaced and symmetrical.
USING THE Z-CLIPS TO OVERLAP THE GLAZING
Two Z-clips are required between the higher and lower glazing panels at front and rear.
First slot the Z-clips over the top of the lower glazing panels.
Next, the higher glazing panels can be lowered into the Z-clips.
Once the glass panels are in place, secure them with W-clips
GLAZING THE ROOF VENT
The roof vent should be glazed during installation.
