1. General Information

2. Technical Characteristics
2.1 Radiators are made of stainless steel AISI 304 L (04X18H10) which suits for highly loaded
systems designed to pump under high pressure edible acids and liquids.
Technical parameters of the pipe allow to use it regardless the water quality and chemical
composition in central heating and hot water supply.
2.2 Distinctive features of the manufacturing method used in production of SUNERZHA series
design-radiators.
2.2.1 SUNERZHA design-radiators are made of polished stainless steel pipe. Stainless steel includes
nickel and chrome that not only ensure high corrosion resistance but also due to multistage
polishing provide mirror gloss.
2.2.2 IMPORTANT! THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE AN GALVANIC PLATING.
2.2.3 The accurate geometry of design radiators as well as symmetry, spacing uniformity over the
entire surface of the radiator, clear distance between the axes - those parameters are controlled
in the manufacturing process using specialist equipment developed in research institutes
.
2.2.4 Welding is performed by using hi-tech equipment which allows to weld in the pipe by the full
thickness of the pipe's wall. Thanks to tight-fitting of the pipe it is possible to weld without filler
what gives almost invisible welds but at the same time durable and hermetic.
2.2.5 All radiators pass multistage quality control.
2.3 Technical Characteristics of the unit.
2.3.1 Working pressure: 3 - 25 bar (2,5 Mpa).
2.3.2 Pressure during QC tests – up to 60 bar (6 МРа).
2.3.3 Heat carrier temperature Т – up to 105°С
2.3.4 Radiator fully complies with the following EU specifications: - EN 442-1:2005 Radiators, as well
as with accompanying and older specifications (in particular EN 442-1:2005/А1:2003).
3. Installation and operation instructions
3.1 Maximal designed working pressure of the heated towel rail is 25 bar. If working pressure of the
heating system used is higher than 25 bar it is recommended to install a pressure reducer.
3.2 Installation of the heated towel rail is to be performed in accordance with the CHART 1.
3.3 Recommended is to care the product with soft cloth dampened with water and soap or
dishwashing liquid. It is advised to eliminate all kinds of abrasive materials such as steel wool,
sponge with a rough texture, scouring powders which can scratch the surface. Avoid chemicals
which include hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and chlorine.
3.4 Load on heated towel rail should not exceed 5 (five) kg.
3.5 It is strictly prohibited to ground electrical devices via water supply and heating systems.

5. Packaging and configuration of the SUNERZHA design-radiator
5.1 Packaging.
5.1.1 Design-radiator is packed in polyethylene bag and corroboard box.
5.1.2 The radiator has a hologram on it.
5.2 Configuration.
The design-radiator is supplied with following components included (according to the Installation
Chart 1):
Stainless decorative cap 2 pcs.
(except MODUS/MODUS ECO)
Air-purge valve 2 pcs.
Adapter coupling 2 pcs.
(except MODUS/MODUS ECO)
Fluoroplastic stopwater of the header 2 pcs.
Allen key 12 1 pcs.
(except MODUS/MODUS ECO)
Allen key 2 for the wall bracket 1 pcs.
Extensible wall bracket 4 pcs.
ATTENTION! Adapter coupling should only be installed using allen key 12 that is
supplied with the radiator.
5.3 Extensible wall bracket.
Design-radiator is mounted on the wall via extensible wall brackets that allow adjusting distance
to the wall (see Chart 1).
Extensible wall bracket is supplied with following components included:
Inner stud-bolt 1 pcs.
Self-tapping screw 1 pcs.
Dowel 1 pcs.
Wall bracket hub 1 pcs.
Lock screw 1 pcs.
Mounting disk 1 pcs.

Apply the radiator to the wall in desired
position and mark anchoring points.
Drill holes in the marked positions,
insert dowels and apply mounting disks
to the drilled hole. Insert wall-bracket
hub with locking screw in the center of
the disk. Fit the four mountings to the
wall self-tapping screws.
Install the radiator on the wall by putting
the pin in the center of mounting disk.
Connect the radiator to the pipeline.

7. Connection chart for SUNERZHA design-radiators
Models ELEGY VERSO, FURORE VERSO EU50 should be connected to the central heating and hot water
supply systems in accordance to the following schemes (see Chart 1):
1:8 – lower connection;
4:8 – cross-connection (ELEGY VERSO);
5:1 - cross-connection (FURORE VERSO EU50).
ATTENTION! Because of construction features in models: ELEGY VERSO, FURORE VERSO EU50
the heating element cannot be installed (in these models electrical version shall not be
applicable).

Models ELEGY, MODUS, MODUS ECO, FURORE, FURORE BIS, GALLANT, BOHEMIA, BOHEMIA ARC,
BOHEMIA L should be connected to the central heating and hot water supply systems in accordance to the
following schemes (see Chart 2):
1:8 – lower connection;
1:4 & 5:8 – vertical connection.
4:8 & 1:5 – cross-connection.
ATTENTION! Heating element shall be fitted with models: ELEGY, MODUS, MODUS ECO, FURORE,
FURORE BIS, GALLANT, BOHEMIA, BOHEMIA EU50, BOHEMIA L, BOHEMIA ARC.
These models can be used in electric version only or in dual-energy version.
ATTENTION! An electric element must be mounted at the bottom of the collector marked with a red
dot on right or left side.
The radiator have to be operated in vertical position- with the heating element directed
downwards.

Models BOHEMIA P1 and BOHEMIA P4 should be connected to the central heating and hot water supply
systems in accordance to the following schemes (see Chart 3):
1:8 – lower connection;
1:4 & 5:8 – vertical connection;
4:8 & 1:5 – cross-connection.
ATTENTION! An electric element must be mounted at the bottom of the collector marked with a red
dot on right or left side.
It is important to indicate side where the electric element will be mounted (left or right)
when buying radiator with a shelf.
The radiator have to be operated in vertical position- with the heating element directed
downwards.
8

8. Warranty policy
8.1. Subject of the warranty is SUNERZHA design radiator which complies with the code in warranty card.
8.2. The warranty period for the device is:
- when installing the radiator in the heating system – 20 years from date of sale.
- when installing the radiator in the hot water system – 7 years from date of sale.
Product covered by the warranty, subject to compliance with the installation, operating and transport rules, and
the product described below.
8.3. The duty of the Customer is to check whether the wrapping is not damaged, what may indicate a problem with
the device at the time of purchase or during transport. Defects of the radiator (damage, wastage, improper
quality of the coating finish , etc..) visible with the naked eye should be reported by the Customer to the
Guarantor within 3 days from reception of the radiator. This kind of defects reported after installing the devices
will not be subject of a complaint.
8.4. Fallowing conditions must be fulfilled to start considering claim:
- filled warranty card (warranty card number, type and serial number of the device, date of sale and the seller's
signature and stamp) along with the invoice of purchase.
- installing the device in accordance to the operating instructions and manufacturer recommendations without
any individual modifications while keeping in mind the standards of installation and use cited in national
technical regulations.
Incorrectly filled, damaged (unreadable) or filled by an unauthorized person warranty card will not be considered valid
and binding for the Guarantor.
8.5. The warranty does not cover the following factors, which may lead to improper functioning of the device.
8.5.1. Insufficient circulation of water in the design-radiator caused by violation of assembling and installation
instructions as well as by specific characteristics of heating or hot water supply system.
8.5.2. Mechanical damage of the device and its components caused by assembly and operating inconsistent with
manual as well as damage during transport not reported to the Guarantor within 3 days from the date of
reception.
8.5.3. All cases related to the violation of the rules, as indicated in the assembly and operating manual.
8.5.4. Symptoms of electrical corrosion.
8.5.5. Failures of the pipeline and pipeline fittings caused by the installation and operation of the design-radiator.
8.5.6. Other damages arising in the device due to the Customers fault after the receipt of the device.
8.6. The warranty does not cover claims arising from technical and operational characteristics of the device, if they
are given in the assembly and operating manual and technical specifications of the device.
8.7. The warranty does not cover all actions which are mentioned in the assembly and operating manual that must
be done by customer at his own expense.
8.8. In accordance to the assembly and operating manual at the point of supply and return from the radiator should
be installed valves which allow to cut off connection with the central heating or hot water supply what will allow
to dismantle the radiator. Lack of valves can create additional costs of disassembly which must be done by
customer at his own expense
8.9. Product repaired or altered by anyone else than the Guarantor or a person not indicated by the Guarantor will
not be covered by the warranty.
8.10. In the case of any damage or incorrect work of the device the Customer is obliged to report it to the Guarantor
within 7 working days from a detection under penalty of invalidity. Damage should be reported on the
Complaint Form with a detailed description of fault. Complaint Form should be accompanied by the warranty
card with the purchase invoice. The warranty does not cover the cost of removing and installing the device.
8.11. In order to consider the complaint the Guarantor will examine the device in the place of installation or other
place indicated by the Guarantor.
8.12. The device should be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, to protect against the further damage.
8.13. The Guarantor will consider a claim within 14 working days. In the case of models or elements which require to
send them to the manufacturer for inspection this period may be extended to 30 days about what the
Customer will be notified.
8.14. The Guarantor is obliged to remove all defects in the extend the complaint is accepted. In the first place defect
will be repaired and if the repair is impossible or costs of repair are too high the defective product will be
exchanged. The deadline to remove defects will be agreed with the Customer individually.
ATTENTION! Assembly and operating manual is an integral part of the warranty so please carefully
read its contents before assembling and using the device.

2. Kenndaten
2.1 Das Erzeugnis ist aus dem für Umpumpen der Genusssäuren und Nahrungsmittel unter hohem.
Druck geeigneten rostfreieren Stahl AISI 304 L (04X18H10) hergestellt ist. Die Kenndaten
solchen Rohren erlauben es, sie unabhängig von Wasserbeschaffenheit und ihrer chemischen
Zusammensetzung in Heizungssysteme und Heißwasserleitungen zu verwenden.
2.2 Das Fertigungsverfahren, das für Herstellung der Design-Heizkörper SUNERZHA benutzt wird,
bietet bestimmte Vorteile an.
2.2.1 Design-Heizkörper der Handelsmarke SUNERZHA werden aus blankem rostfreieren Stahl
hergestellt. Der rostfreiere Stahl schließt Nickel und Chrom ein, die dem Erzeugnis nicht nur
bessere Korrosionsfestigkeit, sonder auch - nach dem mehrstufigen Polieren - Spiegelglanz
leisten.
2.2.2 ACHTUNG! Das Erzeugnis hat keine galvanische Plattierung.
2.2.3 Die Formgerechtigkeit, Gleichachsigkeit, Gleichmäßigkeit der Achsabstände und der Spiele der
Design-Heizkörper werden während der Herstellung mit Hilfe der Sonderausrüstung, die in
Forschungsinstituten entwickelt wird, beaufsichtigen.
2.2.4 Verschweißung wird mittels Hochtechnologieanlagen abwickelt, die es erlauben, in
Rohrverbindungen, erreichen eine Eindringtiefe in der Schweißzeit die gesamte Dicke der
Rohrwand. Die Rohrlöcher werden maßgenau gebohrt, das erlaubt die Rohre ohne
Schweißdraht oder anderen Drittsubstanzen fest und damit der Schweißnaht wird praktisch
unsichtbar beim gleichzeitige Dauerhaftigkeit und hermetische Garantie.
2.2.5 Jeder Design-Heizkörper läuft einen mehrstufigen Qualitätskontrolle.

2.3.3 TemperaturdesHeizmittels T‒bis105°C
2.3.4DerHeizkörper entspricht Ansprüchen der EU-Normen: - EN 442-1:2005 Heizkörper, sowie auch
der einigen zusätzlichen und obsoleten Normen (u.a. EN 442-1:2005/A1:2003).
3. Montage- und Bedienungsanweisung
3.1 Der maximale nominale Betriebsdruck - 25 bar. Wird im Heizungssystem dieses Niveau
überschreiten, muss man ein Druckminderer installieren, der der Druck auf 25 bar beschränken
wird.
3.2 Montage des Handtuchtrockneres muss man laut Zeichnung 1 abwickeln.
3.3 Für Pflegemittel wird empfohlen, ein weiches Tuch mit Wasser und Seife auf der Basis von
Spülmittel angefeuchtet verwenden. Sie müssen alle Arten von Schleifmittel wie Stahlwolle,
Schwämme grobe Textur, Scheuerpulver usw. zu beseitigen, dass sie in der Lage sind, die
Oberfläche zu zerkratzen, auch Chemikalien enthaltende Zusammensetzung, Salzsäure,
Phosphorsäure, Essigsäure sowie Chlor ist.
3.4 Die Belastung auf Handtuchtrockner muss nicht 5 kg übertreffen.
3.5 Es ist streng verboten, die Elektrohaushaltgeräte mittels Heizungs- oder Wasserleitungssysteme
zu erden.

5. Verpackung und Erstausrüstung des Design-Heizkörpers SUNERZHA
5.1 Verpackung.
5.1.1 Der Design-Heizkörper ist in Polyäthylenbeutel und Polsterpappekiste eingepackt.
5.1.2 Das Erzeugnis ist mit dem Hologramm vorgesehen.
5.2 Erstausrüstung.
Der Design-Heizkörper ist laut Montagezeichnung ausgerüstet (sehe Zeichnung 1):

5.3 Ausziehbare Konsole.
Design-Heizkörper heftet an die Wand mittels ausziehbaren Konsolen an. Das erlaubt der
Abstand von der Wand zu regulieren (sehe Zeichnung 1).
Die Erstausrüstung der ausziehbaren Konsole schließt folgende Einzelteile mit ein:

Der obige Wirkungsablauf ist ein Muster für Montage des Design-Heizkörpers
mittels Zubehörteilen der Handelsmarke SUNERZHA. Reihenfolge der
Operationen und die Operationen selbst können variieren je nachdem
Montagebedingungen und Zubehörteile.
Bauart der Design-Heizkörper SUNERZHA sichert bestimmte Vereinheitlichung
des Wirkungsablaufes bei der Montage.
7. Anschließenszeichnung

Zentralheizung- und Heißwasserversorgungssysteme laut den folgenden Anschlussschemen angeschlossen
werden (sehe Zeichnung 1):
1:8 – der untere Anschluss;
4:8 – der diagonale Anschluss (ELEGY VERSO);
5:1 – der diagonale Anschluss (FURORE VERSO EU50).
ACHTUNG! Denn die Modele ELEGY VERSO, FURORE VERSO EU50 haben die bestimmten
baulichen Eigenschaften, können sie mit der elektrischen Wärmflasche NICHT benutzen.
(In der elektrischen Version haben sie keine Anwendung).

BOHEMIA L - Heizkörper der obergenannten Serien müssen zur Zentralheizung- und
Heißwasserversorgungssysteme laut den folgenden Anschlussschemen angeschlossen werden (sehe

ACHTUNG! Die Modele ELEGY, MODUS, MODUS ECO, FURORE, FURORE BIS, GALLANT,
BOHEMIA, BOHEMIA EU50, BOHEMIA L, BOHEMIA ARC können mit der elektrischen
Wärmflasche benutzen werden. Man kann sie in der elektrischen Version oder in der
wasser-elektrischen Version benutzen.
ACHTUNG! Elektroheizstab installieren Sie nur in der unteren Öffnung des Kollektors, mit einem roten
Aufkleber auf der linken oder der rechten Seite gekennzeichnet.
Die Ausbeutung des Heizkörpers nur in der lotrechten Lage. Die Wärmflasche soll unten
sein.
BOHEMIA P1, BOHEMIA P4 - Heizkörper der obergenannten Serien müssen zur Zentralheizung- und
Heißwasserversorgungssysteme laut den folgenden Anschlussschemen angeschlossen werden (sehe
Zeichnung 3):
1:8 – der untere Anschluss;
1:4 и 5:8 – der vertikale Anschluss;
4:8 und 1:5 - der diagonale Abschluss.
ACHTUNG! Elektroheizstab installieren Sie nur in der unteren Öffnung des Kollektors, mit einem

8. Garantieverpflichtungen
8.1. Als Gegenstand der Garantieverpflichtungen tritt ein Design-Heizkörper der Handelsmarke SUNERZHA,
deren Artikel mit dem Code des Produkts im Garantieschein angegeben ist.
8.2. Die Garantiezeit des Produkts beträgt:
- beim Betrieb der Heizkörper in der Heizungsanlage – 20 Jahre ab Verkaufsdatum.
- beim Betrieb des Heizkörpers im System der Warmwasserversorgung – 7 Jahre ab Verkaufsdatum.
Die Garantie erstreckt sich auf das Erzeugnis bei Einhaltung der Montage, Betriebsund Transport, sowie bei
der Erfüllung der folgenden Bedingungen.
8.3. Die Pflicht des Inhabers der Garantie ist, um zu prüfen, ob der Verpackungsvorrichtung nicht beschädigt wird,
was die Entstehung von Schäden an den Geräten zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs oder während des Transports
hindeuten. Heizkörper Herstellungsfehler (Beschädigung, Verlust, unzureichenden Oberflächenqualität, etc ..)
Mit bloßem Auge gesehen ist vom Inhaber der Garantie auf die Garantin innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Erhalt
eines Heizkörper zu melden. Diese Art von Fehlern nach der Installation des Gerätes gemeldet, unterliegen
nicht der Beschwerde sein.
8.4. Grundlage einer Garantie ist gemeinsame Erfüllung der folgenden Bedingungen:
- Unter füllte Garantiekarte (Garantiekartennummer, Typ und Seriennummer, Kaufdatum und mit Unterschrift
und Stempel des Verkäufers) zusammen mit der Rechnung des Kaufs.
- Die Installation der Geräte gemäß der Gebrauchsanleitung und Anweisungen des Herstellers, ohne
irgendwelche individuelle Anpassungen, unter Berücksichtigung der nationalen technischen Vorschriften und
Normen in ihrer Installation und Verwendung zitiert. Falsch ausgefüllt oder beschädigt (unlesbar) oder durch
eine nicht autorisierte Person gefüllt, um die Garantiekarte nicht als gültig und bindend für den Garantiegeber.
8.5. Die Garantieverpflichtungen fassen keine von untergenanten Gegenstände um, die zur Störung des
Erzeugnisses herbeigeführt haben.
8.5.1. Der mangelhafte Wasserumlauf im Design-Heizkörper, der zufolge falscher Montage oder bestimmten
Eigenschaften des Heizungs-oder Heißwasserversorgungssystems entstehen ist.
8.5.2. Beschädigungen der Zulieferteile oder des Heizkörpers, die zufolge Verletzung der Montage-, Bedienungs-und
Transports Anweisungen entstehen sind. der Garantin nicht innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Erhalt des Gerätes
informiert.
8.5.3. Alle andere Falle, die mit der Verletzung der Montage-und Bedienungsanweisungen verbinden sind.
8.5.4. Vorhandensein der Elektrokorrosionsanzeichen.
8.5.5. Beschädigungen der Rohrleitung und der Rohrleitungsarmatur, die zufolge der Montage und des Betriebes von
Design-Heizkörper entstehen sind.
8.5.6. Alle andere Falle, die durch Verschulden des Käufers und nach dem Verkauf entstehen sind.
8.6. Gebrauchseigenschaften, falls sie die in dieser Anweisung oder in technischer Spezifikation angegebenen
Kenndaten entsprechen, können als kein Grund für Garantieansprüche gelten.
8.7. Die Garantieverpflichtungen fassen keine von in dieser Aufweisung angegebenen Operationen um, die der
Käufer selbstständig und auf eigene Rechnung zu erledigen ist.
8.8. In Übereinstimmung mit den Anweisungen an der Stelle der Vor- und Rücklauf des Heizkörpers Ventile sollten
installiert werden, damit das Abschneiden der Heizkörperanschluss mit der Installation von Zentralheizung
oder Warmwasser für seine Entfernung. Diese Ventile installieren Sie es nicht macht Demontagekosten ist

8.9. Garantie gilt nicht für Produkte repariert oder durch andere als die Garantin oder die Garantin angegebenen

8.11. Um die Beschwerde zu prüfen, wird der Garantiegeber beworben eine Sichtprüfung Einrichtung, die an der
Einbaustelle Trockner oder in einem anderen Ort von der Garantin angegeben auftreten können.
8.12. Rückkehr der beworbene Geräte sollten in Originalverpackung des Herstellers ausgeschrieben werden, um
gegen die Schaffung von weiterem Schaden zu schützen.
8.13. Berücksichtigung der Ansprüche der Beschwerde innerhalb von 14 Arbeitstagen. Im Fall von anspruchsvoll,
um ein Produkt an den Hersteller, um zu überprüfen schicken, kann diese Frist verlängert werden (bis zu 30
Arbeitstage), wie Inhaber der Garantie wird benachrichtigt.
