installation, then store in a safe place for future reference.

Operation:
1. Insert AAA batteries into the battery charging compartment, on the underside of the unit
2. Fold out both sides of your solar charger and orientate towards the sun.
3. Let the panel absorb the sun’s rays for 1 minute
4. Your AAA batteries will now begin charging
5. Once the red ‘battery full’ LED is illuminated you can insert your USB device to begin charge, activating the
green ‘working’ LED
Note:
Your 2 watt AAA solar charger is designed to charge AAA rechargeable batteries only. Once the red LED is activated
the batteries are fully charged and ready for usage.
The USB output is only able to charge a device, when your fully charged AAA batteries are inserted into the battery
compartment
Troubleshooting:
To obtain a maximum charge, the solar charger requires correct orientation towards the sun. Periods of shade or
closing of the panels will reduce the charge into the batteries.
Check your AAA batteries are rechargeable, using standard non rechargeable batteries may damage the charger
and/or batteries voiding the warranty.
Should your USB fail to charge, check the status of your batteries. Initially any USB device will require the 5 AAA
batteries to be fully charged.
It is common to have one or more batteries degrade over time. Always check batteries using a voltmeter, comparing to
their indicated voltage.
